Ett mycket mysigt och trevligt familjehotell precis på stranden. Personalen var väldigt tillmötesgående och hjälpsamma. Nackdel att hotellrestaurangen öppnade först kl 14 för mat och att de inte hade några snacks att sälja innan dess. Finns dock två hotell precis bredvid som hade lunch innan kl 14.

Staff were welcoming and very helpful. Rooms were clean and perfect for me and my two teenage sons. Restaurant on the bottom floor and the beach right out back. I loved the balcony facing the water! 15 minute uber ride to Old town Split and Klis Fortress. Grocery store 5 minute walk from hotel the kids loved:)

Très déçue malgré des commentaires elogieux. Pas de shampoing ni savon dans la chambre. Un parking payant sans être annoncé à la réservation. Une chambre exigue. Bref pas une super expérience. Le seul point positif est le chouette emplacement de l'hôtel sur la mer.

Property is just perfect. Rooms, dining, swimming, are easily accessible. Parking is tricky but can be reserved. I would suggest reserving when you book the room. Use Whatsapp to communicate. Enjoy the beautiful scenery and water!

Zimmer war super hatten Balkon mit Meerblick. Direkte Lage am Strand man geht unten durch das Restaurant und schon ist man am Strand. Frühstück war okay fand ich nur eintönig jeden Tag das gleiche. Wer mit Auto anreist sollte direkt auch Parkplatz reservieren am Hotel. Drum rum ganz schwer ein Parkplatz zu bekommen. Chef vom Hotel war nett und Hilfsbereit. Also wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen,war ein schöner Aufenthalt

Schönes Hotel in Top Lage am Strand! Klimaanlage ist nur ein Gebläse, aber mit großem Fenster mit Meerblick ist alles gut. Das Restaurant im Hotel öffnet um 8.00 für Frühstück. Gerne wieder

A lovely clean & comfortable hotel on the beachfront, good breakfast and reasonable restaurant prices. There’s no lift but we’re fully able bodied so not a problem. Lovely place would stay again.

We were greeted by the partner of the hotel owner who didn't know anything we had to wait and were required to pay immediately, even though we paid and more in cash there was no one to give us a receipt in the morning we had to wait over half an hour until we received.Most rooms have stairs and the room doesn't even have a table to put your suitcase down.The place is clean close to the sea

Clean. Good breakfast and right on the beach. I did not like: either wxpedia posted wrong or misunderstanding. Basic room has sea view, so upgrating to balcony my understanding is that sea view with balcony. The upgrade was a balcony next to public passage , with the view of stairs. Balcony had partitions blocking any view other than stairs. Not pleased at all. Room is very tiny, hardly room for 2 luggages. Owner said what she posts isnt same as l saw on expedia. So somebody isn't updating the info. We stayed only 3 nights and spent Visiting the city or stayed at the beach. Went in the room just to sleep.

The location was excellent and right by the water; the sea was lovely and so clean. You could see another side of Split from the beach area. However, the place is managed like an apartment which we did not know ahead of time. So we had one towel each, no chairs to sit on (only furniture was a bed and a bedside table). When we went to the beach, we had to pay for towels, pay for chairs, pay for umbrellas and there was hardly anyone ever at the reception to ask a question of. We had to buy our own soap and shampoo. we had cups in the room but no coffee... It should be advertised as is so that people know what to expect.

Beautiful location right on the beach. It is a drive to Old town Split though so it depends on what you’re looking for. Perfect for our family to lounge on the beach, enjoy the food, and still take a day trip to Split. Hotel room was very clean and comfortable. Would stay again!

Sauberes und modernes familiengeführtes Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Der Besitzer war auch immer erreichbar und hatte auch einige Tipps und Empfehlungen. Besonders schön ist die Lage direkt am Meer, bei dem integrierten Restaurant gibt es leckere Cocktails mit Strandblick. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist klein aber fein von Croissants zu verschiedenem Brot und süße und salzige Optionen, Säfte, Kaffee. Eier können frisch bestellt werden. Mit dem Bus ist man in 20 Minuten in der Stadtmitte von Split. Auch nach Omiš kommt man mit der Expresslinie 60 in circa 20 Minuten. Die Ausstattung (Klimaanlage, Dusche, Schrank, etc) der Zimmer hat alles was man braucht, es wirkt alles neu und gepflegt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Terrasse und konnten aufs Meer schauen. Sehr zu empfehlen und gerne wieder :)

Esperaba más del hotel y me decepcionó, en mi paso por Split de 4 dias, el dia 1 y 4 no los cuento ya que llegue muy tarde el primer día y el 4 me fui muy temprano. En cuanto al servicio de limpieza deficiente es poco, no se hizo el aseo de mi habitación lo cual se lo mencioné al administrador y le di a entender que dos veces que no se hiciera era mucho. Incluido a lo anterior no hubo cambio de toallas. En cuanto al desayuno deficiente, poca variedad, empezaba de 8 a 10 y si ibas a las 9 ya casi no quedaba para comer y no había reposición, en cuanto a la pieza, sin detalles como para servirse un té, café, tazas y termo que creo que marca la diferencia en preocupación. Lo mejor del hotel es que tiene vistas al mar, un restaurant en un sector que prácticamente no hay y una playa directa saliendo del hotel con muy poca gente que va, pero en si esta bastante alejado de la ciudad.

The rooms were warm. There are no vents inside the bedrooms .I had to keep the air conditioning set for 18 just to get the temperature in the bedroom too 28. We also had to keep the bedroom doors open.

We had a fantastic stay at Sunset Split Rooms. The rooms are clean, modern, and while not large, they were more than spacious enough for a comfortable vacation. The sea is directly in front of the hotel—no more than 10 meters away—which made the location unbeatable. Breakfast is served at their beachfront restaurant, Life’s a Beach, which is also a great spot to relax during the day. The food was good and the views even better. There’s a beautiful coastal walkway just outside the hotel. I walked over 5 km in one direction and never reached the end—perfect for a peaceful morning or evening stroll. The staff and owners were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Their attention to service really stood out and made us feel welcome. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing seaside getaway with great hospitality.

Nice location not far from many places to eat. Room looked bigger in the photos than it actually was. Hot water for showers was an issue so short showers is a must so everyone can get a nice shower. We had a balcony suite which was nice, bit noisey with restaurant going at night but sound proof rooms when you shut the doors.
Nice location not far from many places to eat. Room looked bigger in the photos than it actually was. Hot water for showers was an issue so short showers is a must so everyone can get a nice shower. We had a balcony suite which was nice, bit noisey with restaurant going at night but sound proof rooms when you shut the doors.

Fantastisk mottagning i receptionen av en supertrevlig kvinna när vi kom. AC’n på rummet var dock inte bra, den var placerad i hallen och ena sovrummet fick därför ingen kyla. Det var 29grader i rummet och väldigt svårt att sova. Det var även väldigt lyhört. Lät som att någon slängde glasflaskor under natten.

Nice place with a couple of minor issues. 1.wifi is painfully slow 2. The ac kept beeping throughout the night which made it difficult to sleep. On the plus side, few feet from the beach. Beautiful view from the balcony. Friendly staff. Close to restaurants and supermarket. It is about 15 min drive to the town though.

The location was excellent and right by the water; the sea was lovely and so clean. You could see another side of Split from the beach area. However, the place is managed like an apartment which we did not know ahead of time. So we had one towel each, no chairs to sit on (only furniture was a bed and a bedside table). When we went to the beach, we had to pay for towels, pay for chairs, pay for umbrellas and there was hardly anyone ever at the reception to ask a question of. We had to buy our own soap and shampoo. we had cups in the room but no coffee... It should be advertised as is so that people know what to expect.

We had a fantastic stay at Sunset Split Rooms. The rooms are clean, modern, and while not large, they were more than spacious enough for a comfortable vacation. The sea is directly in front of the hotel—no more than 10 meters away—which made the location unbeatable. Breakfast is served at their beachfront restaurant, Life’s a Beach, which is also a great spot to relax during the day. The food was good and the views even better. There’s a beautiful coastal walkway just outside the hotel. I walked over 5 km in one direction and never reached the end—perfect for a peaceful morning or evening stroll. The staff and owners were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Their attention to service really stood out and made us feel welcome. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing seaside getaway with great hospitality.

Zimmer war super hatten Balkon mit Meerblick. Direkte Lage am Strand man geht unten durch das Restaurant und schon ist man am Strand. Frühstück war okay fand ich nur eintönig jeden Tag das gleiche. Wer mit Auto anreist sollte direkt auch Parkplatz reservieren am Hotel. Drum rum ganz schwer ein Parkplatz zu bekommen. Chef vom Hotel war nett und Hilfsbereit. Also wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen,war ein schöner Aufenthalt

Sauberes und modernes familiengeführtes Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Der Besitzer war auch immer erreichbar und hatte auch einige Tipps und Empfehlungen. Besonders schön ist die Lage direkt am Meer, bei dem integrierten Restaurant gibt es leckere Cocktails mit Strandblick. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist klein aber fein von Croissants zu verschiedenem Brot und süße und salzige Optionen, Säfte, Kaffee. Eier können frisch bestellt werden. Mit dem Bus ist man in 20 Minuten in der Stadtmitte von Split. Auch nach Omiš kommt man mit der Expresslinie 60 in circa 20 Minuten. Die Ausstattung (Klimaanlage, Dusche, Schrank, etc) der Zimmer hat alles was man braucht, es wirkt alles neu und gepflegt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Terrasse und konnten aufs Meer schauen. We were greeted by the partner of the hotel owner who didn't know anything we had to wait and were required to pay immediately, even though we paid and more in cash there was no one to give us a receipt in the morning we had to wait over half an hour until we received.Most rooms have stairs and the room doesn't even have a table to put your suitcase down.The place is clean close to the sea

Beautiful location right on the beach. It is a drive to Old town Split though so it depends on what you’re looking for. Perfect for our family to lounge on the beach, enjoy the food, and still take a day trip to Split. Hotel room was very clean and comfortable. Would stay again!

Vakkert og nytt hotell rett ved stranden! Stille og rolig område, men du fant alt du trengte. Vi valgte å bli i området heller enn å dra til Split etter første kveld i byen ;) Hotellet oppleves nytt, og rommene er vakre!

A lovely clean & comfortable hotel on the beachfront, good breakfast and reasonable restaurant prices. There’s no lift but we’re fully able bodied so not a problem. Lovely place would stay again.

Ett mycket mysigt och trevligt familjehotell precis på stranden. Personalen var väldigt tillmötesgående och hjälpsamma. Nackdel att hotellrestaurangen öppnade först kl 14 för mat och att de inte hade några snacks att sälja innan dess. Finns dock två hotell precis bredvid som hade lunch innan kl 14.

Die Ausstattung (Klimaanlage, Dusche, Schrank, etc) der Zimmer hat alles was man braucht, es wirkt alles neu und gepflegt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Terrasse und konnten aufs Meer schauen. Sehr zu empfehlen und gerne wieder :)
Sauberes und modernes familiengeführtes Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Der Besitzer war auch immer erreichbar und hatte auch einige Tipps und Empfehlungen. Besonders schön ist die Lage direkt am Meer, bei dem integrierten Restaurant gibt es leckere Cocktails mit Strandblick. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist klein aber fein von Croissants zu verschiedenem Brot und süße und salzige Optionen, Säfte, Kaffee. Eier können frisch bestellt werden. Mit dem Bus ist man in 20 Minuten in der Stadtmitte von Split. Auch nach Omiš kommt man mit der Expresslinie 60 in circa 20 Minuten. Esperaba más del hotel y me decepcionó, en mi paso por Split de 4 dias, el dia 1 y 4 no los cuento ya que llegue muy tarde el primer día y el 4 me fui muy temprano. En cuanto al servicio de limpieza deficiente es poco, no se hizo el aseo de mi habitación lo cual se lo mencioné al administrador y le di a entender que dos veces que no se hiciera era mucho. Incluido a lo anterior no hubo cambio de toallas. En cuanto al desayuno deficiente, poca variedad, empezaba de 8 a 10 y si ibas a las 9 ya casi no quedaba para comer y no había reposición, en cuanto a la pieza, sin detalles como para servirse un té, café, tazas y termo que creo que marca la diferencia en preocupación. Lo mejor del hotel es que tiene vistas al mar, un restaurant en un sector que prácticamente no hay y una playa directa saliendo del hotel con muy poca gente que va, pero en si esta bastante alejado de la ciudad.

A lovely clean & comfortable hotel on the beachfront, good breakfast and reasonable restaurant prices. There’s no lift but we’re fully able bodied so not a problem. Lovely place would stay again.

The hotel is really nice. Clean, renewed, nothing to say about it and the room which was perfect as expected. Just in front of the beach, as expected as well, no surprise and pretty nice with the children…Toni welcomed us really well, and he is ALWAYS available, which is just amazing…! So thank you Toni, nice place!

Vi hadde et flott opphold på Sunset Split Rooms. Det er et moderne, velholdt og hyggelig hotell rett på stranden. Hotellet er drevet av en familie som faktisk bor på hotellet og alle bidrar, noe som skaper en hjemlig atmosfære. For en familie på 4 var firemannsrommet perfekt. Ungene fikk eget rom med egen TV og aircondition. Flott balkong med havutsikt. Det var hetebølge når vi var der, så brukte ikke balkongen så mye. Derfor var beliggenheten rett på stranda perfekt. Når det ble for varmt kunne vi eller ungene stikke opp på rommet for å kjøle oss ned. Vi valgte også å bli på stranda før vi fikk shuttle fra hotellet til flyplassen. Selv etter utsjekk fikk vi tilgang til bad med dusj for å stelle oss etter stranda. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

Eit fint og reint hotell på stranden. Personalet var superhyggelige og hjelpsomme. Det var eit rolig område og lite lyd. Vi fekk mange gode reisetips frå hotellet. Vi reiser med stor sannsynleghet tilbake her.

Booked a room for one adult and two kids. 9 and 11. there was only one double bed which is one bed to little. Outside that. Helpfull personall, nice hotel, clean, right at the beach. Thumbs up
