The safety and security of the place was amazing love the fact that you could not access the building unless you were staying there so I felt very safe. The bed was really high up so I had trouble getting into it one of the light flashed constantly I reported it as soon as I checked in I was told there were no other single rooms available. They could put me in a double room, but I would have to pay extra so I said just put in a maintenance request at the nine days that I stayed there not one time did maintenance come to fix that light so I was not able to use the light in the kitchen area at all. There was no light above the stove so anytime I cook to cook in the dark I know at most places housekeeping checks on the room at least once a week. I did not see how keeping one time. It was extremely quiet, which was nice overall it was a nice hotel and I would possibly stay again. Maybe not at that location due to the fact that I had to cook in the dark and I couldn’t get into the bed properly.

Very clean, spacious room. Checking In and checking out process was very smooth. Great staffing overall. TV in the room had a already cracked screen, with no remote available which wasn’t expected. Wasn’t a big deal since I didn’t plan on using it. The gym available is a bit petite but worth it. Air conditioning worked very well in keeping the room at desired temperature levels.

The rooms are nice and comfortable with full kitchen and fridge. The front desk lady was very friendly and made us feel comfortable. Conveniently close to airport but no shuttle service.

Parking was great, the location close to shopping mall and resturants was a plus. The staff was pleasant,the coffe in the lobby was great, the access to a stove and fridge was a plus.Access the gym was a plus.

The mattress was great to sleep on. Room was clean. Staff were friendly. No ice machine. The looks of the area of town where it's located, I wasn't sure if it was safe. I had no problems.

I really enjoyed out stay at WoodSpring Suites. We just needed one night with a safe, clean place to rest our heads on a shopping trip to IKEA. Every staff member was kind and helpful. The room was clean and smelled good. There was a minor damage to the shower that was patched, but I'm sure they have it on a list of repairs to be done. I loved that parking was free and the area felt quiet and safe. Considering the cost savings compared to the neighboring hotels was at least $100. I would most defiantly visit again.

Good: Brenda at front desk was absolutely terrific at checkin. So friendly. Parking was easy. Fairly quiet Fitness room was sufficient. Close to airport. Bad: A/C in room was broken and calling on phone to get help got no pickup. Fortunately, night was cool enough I left window open. Window was already open when I got into room so A/C must have been broken and known by hotel personnel? Bathtub stopper was not working right. Hot tea at lobby was so so.

Checked in and was greeted by a squashed cockroach by the elevators. Asked for a refund, but my refund was declined, although I mentioned the cockroaches and the dirty room. The hotel mentions being pet-friendly, but they had a small patch of dried grass that was more dirt than anything. I don't know what it had more of, cigarette buds or unpicked-up dog feces. Even my dogs refused to go to the bathroom. The hotel had a weird overpowering smell on every floor, probably an attempt to mask the pungent smell of urine, ESPECIALLY coming from the first floor. The bathroom was worse than a filthy hair salon. It was full of hair all over the floors, toilet, and counter. The hairdryer was dirty with what I hope was makeup, and a couple of bright pink hair strands were stuck on it. I know I voluntarily stayed, but it's because I'd be dammed if I let this hotel rob me anymore. Never AGAIN will I be staying in this hotel. And also, people live here. Longterm. With the cockaroaches.

For whatever reason, the elevator smelled like urine. They had a wet floor sign and an air freshener in the corner trying to mitigate. I wanted two beds, I got a bed and a hide a bed. The hide a bed mattress had stains. The bathroom had the faint smell of cigarettes. Laminate floors in a hotel room always weird me out.

Didn’t even have our room ready 2+ hours after check in-time.. the room was disgusting. I took photos there was hair everywhere in the bathroom… would never ever stay here again. No apology from staff either.

Since we arrived to the hotel we didnt feel safe. We got There after 8pm and there was a group of juveniles walking around the parking lot. When we checked in and got our room the hallways smelt super bad like humid/spoiled food. We walked in our room and it was ok. We saw long hairs on the floor. After 10mins we noticed cockroaches co.ing out and we called front desk immediately. Who then told us she didnt have anymore rooms and couldnt give us a refund. When we went down to checkout she gave me her bosses number to call. I tolf her i had taken several pictures of the roaches which she didnt seem surprised about. So disgusting never staying here again.

The whole hotel smelled of strongly of the cleaning products they have used to cover up scents. The room itself smelled of cigarettes, febreeze and bleach and the walls were damaged. There were people doing drugs in the parking lot and all around the area and they were up making noise in the building until 5am. An absolutely awful experience

The old addage is true. You get what you pay for. For less than $100 a night this close to SeaTac, it was am acceptable stay. There was a weird smell to the room, and some kind of stain on the bedsheets. While services like laundry were nice, there was a pool of water on the floor.. The people in the room across from me had 2 vedy loud and noisy dogs and there was a dirty overflowing trashcan in the hall.

Front staff was friendly but the room was not good. There was a heavy cigarette smell, the bathroom door was installed too low to the floor so was nearly impossible to open and close, and the smoke alarm in the bathroom was totally gone. There was one spoon and one fork for two people to use, no dish soap, and no hand towels. Not a great experience. We won’t be staying here again. Door issue is a major safety concern for seniors and small children. Room 312 should not be used until it is fixed.

The room was nice but had an odd smell to it. When I got to my room later that night and went to go use the tv before bed the remote had no batteries in it and the tv had no buttons on it to use.

I would not stay here again. Walls are paper thin. It’s like there isn’t a wall at all. I wouldn’t say this play is a hotel, more of a motel and it’s wayyyy overpriced for what it is. They have long term permanent residents that live there. It’s not the most suitable place for travelers. I do like that they have someone walking around at night to watch the cars. My room was very clean and spacious.

I booked a King room nine months in advance, but upon arrival, we were informed that we had been downgraded to a Queen room because our originally booked room had been given to someone else. We were told there are only three or four King rooms in the entire hotel, with the rest being Queen rooms. While we were given a “discount,” it was simply the price difference between the King and Queen rooms — not a meaningful gesture given the inconvenience. Had we known we would end up in a room with only a Queen-sized bed, we would not have booked this hotel.

Everything was just fine except for the fact that the walls are so thin you can easily hear people in the hall way. On top of that, there were neighbors for my final three nights who were load from at least 11 pm to 2 am. I couldn’t sleep. The mattress was extremely firm and kind of gave me back pains .

I locked myself out of my room at around 6:30 am, while stepping out to grab a drink, the front desk was closed, called the number as posted multiple times from 6:30-9:00 am, with no answer, I couldn't even get into the lobby and had to sit outside in the cold. When attempting to get a new room key, the front desk agent asked 50 questions about why I needed it, I had my id matching name on room

Booked almost a month in advance and they called an hour before check in to let me know they over booked. I had driven 5 hours for a concert and they left me stranded. Luckily Expedia helped but rating so low due to that!

Front desk did not have an attendant 24/7. It was closed at night. When I needed to check out at 0600, the front desk was closed with no attendant. The phone in the lobby with instructions to call if the front desk is closed, wasn’t even working!

Check in was fantastic. Front desk staff worked really hard to get me a room when my flight was canceled. I felt incredibly well taken care of.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was a breeze and easy. The hotel itself was very clean. Our room was spacious, clean, and quite. The only thing that could be improved, but not necessarily, would be expanding the parking

Made it there at 3:30 to check-in and the room was NOT ready. We waited about 30 - 45 minutes and finally one of the other workers went to check on the progress and we had to wait some more. My room wasn’t the only one not ready. The next day, I attempted to get fresh towels the entire day and did not get any. The lady at the front desk said there was a lot of check in and they were out. I also had a trash bag and she tells me I have have to take it to the dumpster, no ma’am! Came back down again, now she says come back in an hour, came back and they still were not ready. I went to graduation, came back and the lobby is shut down. I went to the guest laundry room to wash the dirty towels and the machine to purchase detergent was “out of order”. WE DID NOT HAVE ANY TOWELS FOR WEDNESDAY! Get to the front desk Thursday morning and I explained to the front desk lady that I NEED towels, she tells me to take them to the laundry. Get to the laundry and she tells me I have to take them to the front desk, get back to the front desk and I tell her I am getting frustrated at this point. She finally went go get some fresh towels but it wasn’t the full set. Thursday I left and came back and before going back out I ask for towels so we can bath that night and before they run out AGAIN and she tells me she can only give me what I bring her. Went to the 4th floor to get the dirty towels and then she tells me she can only give me what I bought back when I wasn’t given the full set to begin.

Who books clients and run out of rooms. Let the customer come to check in on time and then u tell me there is no more room. Didn't even tell me, no call, no text, no email. Who does that? Didn't even try to rearrange or help me. Just straight up said ,no more room.

We stood at the front desk wanting on service for about 10 minutes... We could hear employs talking and laughing. I finally had to say excuse me loudly to get their attention. My intentions were not to be rude and disturb them.

Nice room with a kitchenette. Excellent for longer stays. Convenient to SEA-TAC airport. Located next to SouthCenter Mall which has everything you could ever ask for.

I was impressed by how clean and well maintained the hotel was. Room was spacious, smelled good and was up to date. Disliked how unsafe the area around the hotel was. There's people living in their cars out in the hotel parking lot.

The mattress was great to sleep on. Room was clean. Staff were friendly. No ice machine. The looks of the area of town where it's located, I wasn't sure if it was safe. I had no problems.

Went for soccer tournaments - convenient location. Close to area mall and dining options. Room was plain, clean/comforatable and had nice kitchenette.

Price was good. Clean but didn’t know that it was also a weekly/monthly rental. Many folks appeared to near homelessness who were staying. There is is a Ramada about 200 yards away, no rift raft there it has a casino with a restaurant the food was excellent. The front desk closes says it opened at nine but didn’t. No breakfast There is coffee (not sure who makes it since we could not find an employee )

I've never been to a hotel where they didn't have coffe in the room so that was my first disappointment. The coffee in the lobby was like mud, no cream or sugar at various points. The hotel was clean but the bathroom lacked hooks to hang clothing and the overall amenities were few.

They don't clean your room everyday, they do cleaning on weekly basis., you have to clean for yourself, 2 They dont offer b/fast, for one to get it you need to go far, only but they have complimentary plain coffee.

It was a good hotel. There was no coffee creamer or lids when we left early in the morning which was a bummer. Also the pillows werent the greatest when we asked for extra pillows they didn't have any so we went and bought some

Good: Brenda at front desk was absolutely terrific at checkin. So friendly. Parking was easy. Fairly quiet Fitness room was sufficient. Close to airport. Bad: A/C in room was broken and calling on phone to get help got no pickup. Fortunately, night was cool enough I left window open. Window was already open when I got into room so A/C must have been broken and known by hotel personnel? Bathtub stopper was not working right. Hot tea at lobby was so so.

Rooms were so dated and dingy. Everything smelled, vents caked with dirt and dust, bed was a on a metal be frame and looked like a prison bed….. worst choice to stay here

Felt like a slighty upgraded motel 6. Bed had two miserable little pillows that were stained and uncomfortably flat. Bed was also uncomfortable. The complimentary coffee was terrible

The elevator was broken for 5 of our 7 nights. My knees are bad and they put us on the 3rd floor. No coffee maker in the room, and the one in the lobby doesn’t work.No Kleenex or extra toilet paper. I had to go to the desk for a carousel plate for the microwave. Poorly run property overall

Went and paid $160 for one night there was literally nobody at the front desk an hour after I checked in at 6 PM all the way until 5 AM in the morning. I was not able to get anything or contact the front desk, whether I called or went down to the office which I did multiple times staff is currently painting the stairwell and you cannot use the elevator so I had to walk the entire time to the fourth floor
