Propriedade de frente para o mar, não são as praias mais belas com água azul e pedras brancas. Pelo contrário, tinha muitas algas mortas na areia que a equipe do hotel poderia limpar. No último dia o quarto não foi limpo adequadamente. O café da manhã não tem bebidas a disposição, ou seja, não tem variedades de bebidas quentes e sucos. Pelo nível do hotel poderia ter itens para usar na banheira como sais de banho e espuma. A equipe maravilhosa e muito atenciosa. Chegamos muito tarde e recebemos um lanchinho, foi muito gentil, o que não é uma surpresa. Os gregos são maravilhosos. Esses são apenas alguns detalhes para tornar a experiência ainda melhor. O hotel é maravilhoso e eu certamente voltaria.

The property was never 5 stars. We were four adults but they have dealt with us as if we were two in the room. The standard room was in a very poor standard. The hotel staff were not trained to deal with five stars attitude. The half board meant to them in their cheap style to offer us the four one medium size of water bottle. The entrance to the room was dirty so we had to clean it ourselves. They never filled any tea or sugar or even toilet rolls unless we ask. We had to ask for clean towels or to clean the room. They have said that half board meant that we have to pay for the drinks for the dinner even if it is water or nonalcoholic beverages. We went to sit by the beach but a staff member came running towards us to ask us to leave the beach cabinet or pay €35. We accepted immediately to pay because we were settled and over 63 years old. However she went further in her rudeness to ask us to move to another cabinet because the one we were sitting in was reserved. No clear signage was there or we wouldn’t have sit in it. It is a very small size from behind that no one can see. In the end we packed all our stuff and left and never been back neither to the beach or to eat. Of course no one used that cabinet and all were empty most of the time. We felt unsafe and unsecured in that accommodation altogether. We contacted people we know there to make them aware of our situation and moved our rented car out. The experience was very upsetting for a couple in our age.

To be honest, the only good thing about this property is the beach. The hotel looks nothing like the pictures on its website. The bungalows are dirty and run-down, and the rooms are not properly cleaned. When I arrived, there was sand on my bedroom floor from a previous guest, and the telephone still had dried food residue on it. If you're traveling from the USA, I would only recommend staying here if affordability is your top priority. If you can spend a little more, I strongly suggest doing so. After traveling 15 hours, it was very disappointing to arrive at a poorly maintained property with subpar service. The guy that worked the beach had good customer service. Crete is a wonderful place but this place almost ruined my summer vacation luckily I spent as much time off the property as humanly possible smh

We loved this hotel. It was so thoughtful in the way it was all designed, all the food and resturants were amazing, the room and the views were lovely! Highly recommend from a fussy traveler!
