The beach is magnificent! The staff at the restaurants are great, profesional and attentive. Not the case at the staff at front desk, not the same, they need to learn to smile and they lack of common sense! They wanted to charge a 6 hour rate for 1 hour I told them if it was possible to stay after 12:00pm check out time while the hotel was almost empty. (The real good hotels do it with no charge) Georgia was excellent at check in, only her! The hotel needs pain in all stell structures which are rusted by now. The sunbeds are fabulous! And the balconies with sea view (a must)

The property was never 5 stars. We were four adults but they have dealt with us as if we were two in the room. The standard room was in a very poor standard. The hotel staff were not trained to deal with five stars attitude. The half board meant to them in their cheap style to offer us the four one medium size of water bottle. The entrance to the room was dirty so we had to clean it ourselves. They never filled any tea or sugar or even toilet rolls unless we ask. We had to ask for clean towels or to clean the room. They have said that half board meant that we have to pay for the drinks for the dinner even if it is water or nonalcoholic beverages. We went to sit by the beach but a staff member came running towards us to ask us to leave the beach cabinet or pay €35. We accepted immediately to pay because we were settled and over 63 years old. However she went further in her rudeness to ask us to move to another cabinet because the one we were sitting in was reserved. No clear signage was there or we wouldn’t have sit in it. It is a very small size from behind that no one can see. In the end we packed all our stuff and left and never been back neither to the beach or to eat. Of course no one used that cabinet and all were empty most of the time. We felt unsafe and unsecured in that accommodation altogether. We contacted people we know there to make them aware of our situation and moved our rented car out. The experience was very upsetting for a couple in our age.
