Beautiful area in the mountains. Loved our 2 bedroom cabin was very spacious, had 3 floors, full kitchen and we loved the 2 outdoor decks. They also have a rec center down the road(have to drive there) that has outdoor and indoor pool, hot tubes, arcade and mini golf that’s all included in the rate. Highly recommend!

I picked this place on a whim for a last minute hiking getaway. It came down to this or a house. I am so glad we picked this place. We spent every morning out hiking and then we spent every afternoon at the rec center playing mini golf, ropes course, arcade games, playing checkers or Jenga, or in the pool. Most of the amenities were included and the few that had an extra cost were reasonable. My kids easily found other kids to play with at the pool. We ate at The Library on site (get reservations unlike us if you want to eat outside) which had great food. We ate breakfast and lunch in the unit sitting on the patio and it was so peaceful and quiet. I know other units had families too but we never heard them. My husband even bought a started log to use the fire place. Management company was very responsive when we had an issue with a bathroom and had maintenance out to fix it very quickly. I would highly recommend it especially for families.

A good experience overall, but many items could be improved. The unit was old but clean. The split level layout was 3 half levels, with two flights of 6 steps. The master bathroom countertop was extremely low. The unit we were assigned had a peaceful view into the trees as well as the sound of a small waterfall. The pool needed surface scrubbing, especially the walls. The mini golf was old, but it was still usable and fun. The putters needed to be re-gripped, as the steel shaft came through the grips on most of the clubs.

Updated kitchen with marble counter tops backsplash and deep Stainless sink, fireplace, two private balconies(upstairs and downstairs) full size oven and refrigerator, washer and dryer, private master bedroom with jacuzzi tub, plenty of room for a family of five! Very clean! Excellent 4 day Thanksgiving stay! Great amenities at the Sapphire club house as well however you have a mile down the road to access. Thanks

The property looked as it did on line. The only thing that I found disappointing was the pool was not at the location where we stayed. It was a short drive but inconvenient. Overall I was pleased .

I booked late Saturday night for sunday and modnay unfortunately the check in office was closed on sunday. We had to go to the police station to check in and they didn't have our information but the officer was super nice and helpful. He made checkin super easy and fast. The condos were perfect for our family. The girls had their own bathroom and floor and we had ours at the bottom. The kitchen was perfect size and had all things to cook and eat with. The king size bed was a little hard for me but it was still nice and thw water was super hot. We mostly loved the lake right outside our back porch. Watching the stars at night too was incredibly. Unfortunately there are only a few units that are beside the lake so we were luckly enough to get one. The only real issue i had was when i took my kids to the recreation center. You have to drive about 2 miles from the condos to get there. They seemed like they had a lot of things to do but as we walked in the workers behind the desk did seem like they wanted us there. The place closed at 9 and it was only 7. I told them we were visiting and it was our first time there that we were just looking around first then decide what we wanted to do. The older lady behind the desk rudly told me that i needed to sign my card and had to sign in if we were going to do anything there so i went head and signed in so i wouldnt bother them again. Four employees was behind the desk and not one told us anything about the recreation area.

We really enjoyed our stay at Foxhunt. The accommodations were very clean, roomy and comfortable. Everything we needed was available. We look forward to staying there again! And it was much cheaper than a hotel room.

Property has been great every year that we have stayed at one of these condos. this year the only problem we had was when taking a shower, water tended to pool on the floor near the tub and there was some mold growing, so it looked like we were not the only guests with this problem. in every other way, the condo's are clean and plenty of room and very enjoyable.

The kitchen cooking supplies need to be replaced. The pans are not able to cook bacon without burning it and cannot fry an egg. The oven needs to be replaced. It would not keep a continuous heat on the eye for cooking properly. The mat in the kitchen is filthy and needs to be replaced and the place had a musty smell to it. We have stayed in another unit besides this one in the past and it was better, however, the view in this one was really nice. I feel they need to go in once a week regardless if someone has stayed in it and spray a neutralizer in it. They should also check in on them periodically to get rid of webs just to upkeep the property a bit. The staff is friendly and there are several things to do at the amenity center. I feel if they do these small things it will be much better for the future guests.

The friendly staff made the check in process quick and easy. The units are a bit dated, but they were clean and comfortable. The units on either side were occupied, but we never heard any noise. I will definitely stay here in the future and add one or two days to check out all the included amenities.

The checknin was easy but place is very hard to find esp at night. They need better signage. Unit was a bit dark and dated but clean. Alittle pricey for what it was but i needed two bedrooms and it was around july 4th!

From the exterior, the property was beautiful. The interior layout was good. But the furniture was TERRIBLE! It must have been 10-15 years old! The sofa was so worn, you sank down deeply into it. The other chair was not much better. I wanted to be comfortable while watching TV in the living room but that was not possible with that old furniture! The main bedroom dresser was so cheaply made as well. I will say that the kitchen was redone nicely, and the bathrooms were ok. I should have known better as I stayed at Foxhunt last year in a different condo. It had the same furniture!! I talked to another person staying there and they said the same thing about their furniture!! I told the lady at check in that I would not stay here again until these condos were updated. She said that my comments would be passed along to Management. Sapphire is a nice area. I will choose a different condo complex on my next visit! On our last night, the roof in the living room leaked and it was bowed!! I put a pot on the couch to catch the drips and reported it to the front desk!! (I would welcome comments from management. Thank you.)

Third year in a row to stay at Foxhunt. The property is beautiful and a great place for rest and relaxation. The decor is needing some up- dating. The fully stocked kitchen, outdoor spaces, fireplace, and comfy beds are big pluses and the price is very hard to beat for the space you get and the location. Overall, we don’t come here for the decor, but for the beautiful area and to make lasting memories. We hope to continue our family fall trips here for years to come.
Third year in a row to stay at Foxhunt. The property is beautiful and a great place for rest and relaxation. The decor is needing some up- dating. Everyone is always so lovely and the units are spacious and comfortable. Amenities available are great and it is the perfect place for beginning young skiers. Got the granddaughter a private lesson and the instructor was spectacular.

While it was clean (I had a few tiny caterpillars in the master bath), it was old. And decorating was dark colors - not enough lights to brighten it up. But it had everything we needed. And convenient for our activities. We did not see the pool or gym. We are in our 70’s and the split-level unit had more stairs than our knees liked.

However, when I arrived to check in at the security office they had no record of my reservation. They had to contact someone with the management company and after a somewhat lengthy delay, I was finally given a townhouse for my stay. The security officer told me to connect with the property management office the next morning as I may need to change locations. I was hiking the next morning and called the office to see what would happen with my reservation. It was before the office opened, so I left a message. They never called back and after hiking all morning, I stopped by the rental office. Staff was apologetic, but could not explain the issue. Overall, it was a good stay, but the management company seemed less than organized and not on top of things. I have stayed in Sapphire Valley several times before, but with a different management company. Those stays had no issues and the management company went out of its way to make sure my stay was going well.

The place was clean but dated. Poor lighting in most rooms, old furniture. When we got there we were told they had a water main break and there wasn’t running water. It was to be fixed before dinner time. We went out for the afternoon, came back around 7 to still no water. No on site manager after 5, answering service knew nothing. They said someone would call to update us, but no one called. Water didn’t come back in until 10pm, and it wasn’t usable the rest of our stay. It remained cloudy white even after running all faucets for 20 minutes. We rented a place with a kitchen specifically so we didn’t have to eat out every meal, but ended up having to do that. No compensation was offered. Had they communicated that there still wasn’t water by the time their office closed we would have tried to find other accommodations or at least picked dinner up on our way back to the townhouse. Instead we couldn’t even take a shower to look presentable after an afternoon of hiking, so we could go out to dinner- instead of cooking the food we had brought in the full kitchen that was now useless.The ladies during office hours were very nice, but could only give us a phone number to call for a manager. If we had received a call before their office closed with an update, or from a manager after we called the answering service at 9:30pm for an update, or a manager returned my call after we spoke to the office again as we left, my review would be higher.

It remained cloudy white even after running all faucets for 20 minutes. We rented a place with a kitchen specifically so we didn’t have to eat out every meal, but ended up having to do that. No compensation was offered. Had they communicated that there still wasn’t water by the time their office closed we would have tried to find other accommodations or at least picked dinner up on our way back to the townhouse. Instead we couldn’t even take a shower to look presentable after an afternoon of hiking, so we could go out to dinner- instead of cooking the food we had brought in the full kitchen that was now useless.The ladies during office hours were very nice, but could only give us a phone number to call for a manager. If we had received a call before their office closed with an update, or from a manager after we called the answering service at 9:30pm for an update, or a manager returned my call after we spoke to the office again as we left, my review would be higher.

I picked this place on a whim for a last minute hiking getaway. It came down to this or a house. I am so glad we picked this place. We spent every morning out hiking and then we spent every afternoon at the rec center playing mini golf, ropes course, arcade games, playing checkers or Jenga, or in the pool. Most of the amenities were included and the few that had an extra cost were reasonable. My kids easily found other kids to play with at the pool. We ate at The Library on site (get reservations unlike us if you want to eat outside) which had great food. We ate breakfast and lunch in the unit sitting on the patio and it was so peaceful and quiet. I know other units had families too but we never heard them. My husband even bought a started log to use the fire place. Management company was very responsive when we had an issue with a bathroom and had maintenance out to fix it very quickly. I would highly recommend it especially for families.

I stayed here again from dec4-7th. Staff is nice but I returned to find my door unlocked and a strange man in my condo. He was blowing leaves off the upper balcony and then went to the lower floor in my bedroom. I had medicine and personal items left in plain sight. I have no idea how long he had been inside. He quickly left with an apology. The check-in office is several miles down the rd and stayed they had no idea who was inside. After a call to the main manager it was discovered that they were part of the crew but never should have been inside. I was traveling alone and no strangers had the access code and lock to my condo. An apology was given by the front desk staff and they changed the entry code. I like this condo and it was the second time in 3 mths I have stayed here but never again. To know anyone can come inside is not acceptable. Beware.

Primary problem was Communication about the check in process . No email was sent, email / messaging with no response. Fortunately i was able to find the management group via web search and connected 5 minutes before the office closed to receive instructions for check in . Otherwise the trip was good.

Useless entry keys and absence of anyone on site to issue correct keys overshadowed my stay. The rental company's office is closed Sundays so I drove to their 'out of hours' office which is the public safety building. First I was given bracelets for entry - drove to the property - they didn't work. Drove back to the public safety office - given a key card - drove to the property - it didn't work. Drove back to the public safety office, they accompanied me back to the property and let me in with their master key for the development. But they couldn't let me have that of course, so when I went out to shop I had to get them to let me in again. Completely absurd. Call to company met with voicemail and zero action. I got workable key cards the next day when I drove to the normal office. A pity as the accommodation was clean, spacious, well equipped and comfortable, and all the staff I engaged with friendly and helpful.

I booked late Saturday night for sunday and modnay unfortunately the check in office was closed on sunday. We had to go to the police station to check in and they didn't have our information but the officer was super nice and helpful. He made checkin super easy and fast. The condos were perfect for our family. The girls had their own bathroom and floor and we had ours at the bottom. The kitchen was perfect size and had all things to cook and eat with. The king size bed was a little hard for me but it was still nice and thw water was super hot. We mostly loved the lake right outside our back porch. Watching the stars at night too was incredibly. Unfortunately there are only a few units that are beside the lake so we were luckly enough to get one. The only real issue i had was when i took my kids to the recreation center. You have to drive about 2 miles from the condos to get there. They seemed like they had a lot of things to do but as we walked in the workers behind the desk did seem like they wanted us there. The place closed at 9 and it was only 7. I told them we were visiting and it was our first time there that we were just looking around first then decide what we wanted to do. The older lady behind the desk rudly told me that i needed to sign my card and had to sign in if we were going to do anything there so i went head and signed in so i wouldnt bother them again. Four employees was behind the desk and not one told us anything about the recreation area.

We love it here every time. It’s like home away from home. The units have been well maintained and/or updated. You can drive either a few minutes or a couple of hours in any direction from foxhunt and you will find nature’s beauty and fun adventures. We always leave already planning to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Foxhunt. The accommodations were very clean, roomy and comfortable. Everything we needed was available. We look forward to staying there again! And it was much cheaper than a hotel room.

There were a couple of things I wish were stocked in the kitchen. When I called the desk and asked for them, someone brought the things to me right away. I was pretty impressed for it being a holiday weekend.

Third year in a row to stay at Foxhunt. The property is beautiful and a great place for rest and relaxation. The decor is needing some up- dating. The fully stocked kitchen, outdoor spaces, fireplace, and comfy beds are big pluses and the price is very hard to beat for the space you get and the location. Overall, we don’t come here for the decor, but for the beautiful area and to make lasting memories. We hope to continue our family fall trips here for years to come.

The townhouse was very clean and comfortable. We appreciated having three TVS. Especially in the bedrooms! The kitchen could have used more utensils and dishes. There were plenty of coffee cups and glasses. The beds were comfortable. It would be nice to have an extra blanket or two. I would definitely stay there again!

Updated kitchen with marble counter tops backsplash and deep Stainless sink, fireplace, two private balconies(upstairs and downstairs) full size oven and refrigerator, washer and dryer, private master bedroom with jacuzzi tub, plenty of room for a family of five! Very clean! Excellent 4 day Thanksgiving stay! Great amenities at the Sapphire club house as well however you have a mile down the road to access. Thanks

The kitchen cooking supplies need to be replaced. The pans are not able to cook bacon without burning it and cannot fry an egg. The oven needs to be replaced. It would not keep a continuous heat on the eye for cooking properly. The mat in the kitchen is filthy and needs to be replaced and the place had a musty smell to it. We have stayed in another unit besides this one in the past and it was better, however, the view in this one was really nice. I feel they need to go in once a week regardless if someone has stayed in it and spray a neutralizer in it. They should also check in on them periodically to get rid of webs just to upkeep the property a bit. The staff is friendly and there are several things to do at the amenity center. I feel if they do these small things it will be much better for the future guests.

This was a great location for the weekend. Loved the space of the condo. This was a working trip so wasn't able to enjoy all the amenities but loved that there were so many available to us. Would definitely stay there again.

Overall, this condo is in a good location and is a decent size, but several issues affected our stay. Before arrival, I messaged the property with a question because the check-in packet referenced construction in 2024. Unfortunately, I never received a response. Thankfully, check-in itself went smoothly and we didn't encounter any issues. The condo also could have been cleaner. It didn't appear to have been vacuumed thoroughly, as we found someone else's hair on the floor. The layout wasn't ideal for our family of two adults and a toddler. The second bedroom is on a different floor from the primary bedroom and right next to the front door, so we weren't comfortable having our toddler sleep there alone. The kitchen had the basics, but the only cutting board was very small, and the coffee filters had been flattened and folded into a decorative shape, making them difficult to use. My biggest issue was the air conditioning. The upper floor stayed much warmer than the lower floor, so making one level comfortable meant the other was either too hot or too cold. Finally, the decor felt mismatched, and the overall layout didn't seem especially thoughtful. This wasn't the worst place we've stayed, but based on our experience, we would probably choose a different property next time.
