On our arrival the wifi was very weak in our room and you needed to be near the door for it to connect. We spoke with management and they purchased a booster which then worked well. I have to complement them on the way they treated us. Air con still struggled to get to 25 but otherwise very good.

This hotel is terrible. I would only say the location and the staff were good the rest everything was terrible: old room with old equipment, not clean, very small room and bathroom, Wi-Fi almost non-existent… Think before booking here.

The room was kept very clean with clean towels providedevery day. The reception staff were very kind helpful providing us with all the information we needed down to booking our airport transfers. He is an asset to the company. Thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub facility after a long day of walking/exploring this magnificent city. Therefore we will rebook this accomodation when we next return

We had 3 night stay and had a good time overall. We weren't expecting the room to be so small, but the hotel did list the sq ft during the booking process. The bathroom was the only issue we had in terms of cleanliness; shower head had hard water scaling, the paint was chipping on the trims, and the bath jets had paint or discoloration that made it seem like it wasn't hygienic to use the bath. The biggest pro of this hotel was the location! We were a brief 10-15 minute walk from the Vatican and 2 minute walk to the metro station entrance. The metro ride was easy to get to the other side of the river (colosseum, trevi fountain, spanish steps area). We found that our hotel area was less busy and filled with tourists than the other side of the river, we preferred it! Advice for those checking in soon- the hotel gives you sets of keys to enter the building, for the "apartment" side your room is in, your room, and for the lights in the room. The building itself is a mix of the hotel and residential apartments, but it's clearly marked which is which so there should be no confusion.

You should know that this isn’t a hotel but simply a floor in a random building. No amenities like a lobby or restaurant. Incredibly overpriced for what it is. I asked them to refund me as I was deceived and they refused.

This property is very close to Vatican City - maybe 4 blocks. Very convenient to everything. It is a bit confusing as the actual hotel begins on the 2nd floor of an apartment bldg. You need to take the lift up to meet the desk clerk. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and the taxi stand is down the street in the square. Great shopping and good restaurants nearby.

O que valeu a pena mesmo foi a localização, apenas isso! Um prédio extremamente velho, escadas para subir com malas, existe um elevador de mil anos, sem chance de usar. Quarto extremamente pequeno, muito diferente das fotos! O banheiro reformado, mas o quarto, com cortinas antigas que cheiram ruim, travesseiros desconfortáveis! Pelo valor que pagamos com certeza eu esperava mais! Sabemos que é alta temporada, mas mesmo assim a única coisa que valeu a pena foi a localização que era muito boa!

Stayed in the honeymoon suite, room was a good size, enjoyed the hot tub and big round bed, only bad things were the shower leaked from the outside into the room and the shower head was coming apart needs replaced.

I was beyond surprised. In meeting the representative inside who was so warm and helpful and showed us to our room, to the room, which was great as was the bathroom, to the fruit platter…this was fantastic! The guesthouse exceeded all our expectations! The staff was incredibly helpful and the room was always clean and well made up. It’s close to the metro, but Rome is also so walkable, that we ended up walking to almost every site and place we visited. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Bellisimo!

Die Unterkunft glänzt durch ihren Standort (Nah an Metro-Haltestation, nah an touristischen Sehenswürdigkeiten des Vatikans, viele Restaurants in der Nähe), das freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal, die Sauberkeit des Zimmers und der knappen, dafür aber ausreichenden Ausstattung. Der größte Negativpunkt und auch der Grund für die leider eher schwache Bewertung ist das Badezimmer. Über Zeit sammelt sich im Badezimmer ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch, der wohl von der Lüftung in das Badezimmer hineingeblasen wird. Der Toilettensitz saß die gesamte Zeit locker und war nicht gänzlich festgeschraubt. Auch die Dusche hat ihre besten Tage definitiv hinter sich: Die Armatur zum Einstellen der Temperatur und der Wasserstärke ist lose und dahinter zeigt sich eine große Ansammlung von Schimmel. Außerdem fehlt bei der faltbaren Duschtür eine gesamte "Falteinheit". Die Dusche kann also nicht geschlossen werden, da immer eine Spalte offenbleibt, durch welche zwangsweise das Wasser beim Waschen in das Badezimmer hinausspritzt und sich auf dem Fliesenboden im Anschluss ein kleiner See bildet. Insgesamt war das "Schlafzimmer" in Ordnung, das Badezimmer muss aber dringend renoviert werden.

This property was too old, the bathroom was decent, closet was damaged and inside was dirty hungers not dusted off.and under the bed were plenty of dusk. No nobody around between 10pm till 10am. Hot water was unavailable last Thursday 11/29/23. No table to sit on. I highly don’t recommend this place. This is the worst Hotel ever I stayed on.

Not a luxury hotel or guest house as it was advertised to me. Rooms are small even we booked Deluxe room and still very small and we could barely move. The property needs a renovation because bathrooms and everything else in the room needs an upgrade because they are old and not great condition. Our room noisy we heard every conversation front desk made and phones etc.

Nice hotel ( kind of BB) room was to small, didn't look like the picture, but bathroom was decent and clean. Really close to St Peter square and Vatican, lots of dining options and transportation, metro is only a few steps away.

Fantastic location! Walking distance to many sites. Lots of easy shopping and great food all along the street. Very helpful hosts. The room was very small, but really you're staying here for the lication, not a fancy room. Right down the street from a major metro station, too.

Great location not far at all from the Vatican. Other than the rooms a/c not blowing cold air, Rome is very hot need that a/c. That was the only con staff and location was great.

The location of the property is good, but the management of the property is terrible. We arrived at the property a bid late than we expected due to the long line at the airport to get a taxi. The manager left the office, there is no one to answer our repeated phone calls, and we were locked out and stranded on the street. We were lucky that the owner of the property was there and gave us keys, otherwise, we would have no there to stay that night.

Very good location. Close to the Vatican and metro that allows you to go anywhere. Many of the popular destinations are within a reasonable walking distance. Not necessarily close but an easy walk. Can’t say enough good things about the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.

The room was kept very clean with clean towels providedevery day. The reception staff were very kind helpful providing us with all the information we needed down to booking our airport transfers. He is an asset to the company. Thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub facility after a long day of walking/exploring this magnificent city. Therefore we will rebook this accomodation when we next return

Deception à notre arrivée , chambre petite , sanitaires vétustes , pas de petit déjeuner alors qu'il était stipulé dans la présentation sur internet . Le personnel de service était serviable ! Notre avis est donc vraiment mitigé !

The room was comfortable and in a great location. However the lack of a receptionist really spoilt our stay - when another guest lost their key and rang the doorbell continuously for 20 minutes at 2am we were unable to contact them for help. It also took over 24 hours for them to resolve us having no hot water.

We stayed here for two nights.the location is great - pretty close to Vatican City, close to the metro and surrounded by outdoor cafes and restaurants. The staff was very helpful in arranging airport transportation for us. The room had high ceilings and looked out into a courtyard so was quiet. There was a small elevator to help us with our bag. The AC worked well. I would definitely stay here again if we return to Rome.

I originally had my travel agency book me at a different hotel. It as expensive and the bedding was really bad quality (sheets and bed) and the a/c broke and they just gave me a fan and were rude. So I immediately booked this property and got out of my old hotel. I was SO glad! This place is super cute boutique. Mattress was memory foam (not a 3in spring like that other “hotel” that felt like a mattress for a pull out bed, with bed sheets that felt as rough as a disposable face mask). This place was instead very very comfortable, convenient, well priced, and exceptionally well located! Staff is very friendly and professional. It’s super close to the Vatican, across the street is a convenience store for water and fresh fruit. Next door is a pharmacy, and it’s walking distance to some really great restaurants bars and the farmers market!!! It also gives you a vibe like you’re living there in an apartment. Which really enriches the experience to me. I would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Curtains should be washed, replaced, or totally removed. It was good they provided natural water and carbonated water, coffee machine and coffee. Staffs were very nice and helpful.

Nice hotel ( kind of BB) room was to small, didn't look like the picture, but bathroom was decent and clean. Really close to St Peter square and Vatican, lots of dining options and transportation, metro is only a few steps away.

Ganske udemærket overnatnings sted. Stedet har rengøring. Vores værelse havde køleskab men det kunne ikke tilsluttes, uden at man sprang alle sikringer på etagen. Så vi kunne ikke holde vores drikke vare kolde. Vi bad 2 gange om at få det lavet med personalet fik det ik fixet. Der er ikke mulighed for noget morgenmad, men der ligger gode steder nede på gaden.

You should know that this isn’t a hotel but simply a floor in a random building. No amenities like a lobby or restaurant. Incredibly overpriced for what it is. I asked them to refund me as I was deceived and they refused.

This property is very close to Vatican City - maybe 4 blocks. Very convenient to everything. It is a bit confusing as the actual hotel begins on the 2nd floor of an apartment bldg. You need to take the lift up to meet the desk clerk. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and the taxi stand is down the street in the square. Great shopping and good restaurants nearby.

The staff was extremely helpful. Location was great for touring the Vatican (approx 10 min walk), and ok for touring Forum, Colosseum, etc. (up to almost an hour walk). Room was clean. It is on the 2 floor, so if the elevator is busy there will be stairs. Plenty of dining in the surrounding area. Overall a good choice. Would stay there again if returning to Rome.

A "Luxury" Title That Demands a Massive Stretch of the Imagination Labelling MDM Luxury Rooms as "luxury" is a massive stretch of the imagination. As someone who frequently reviews travel and hospitality experiences, I expect a basic standard of maintenance and service, both of which were sorely lacking here. Room Facilities & General Condition Air-Conditioning: The unit functioned like an asthmatic eighty-year-old with lung cancer. It was absolutely useless at providing any real relief from the heat. The Fridge: The in-room mini-fridge was completely pathetic. It failed to cool anything at all, which was incredibly frustrating when you simply want to keep a bottle of water cold. Decor & Upkeep: The room felt deeply uncared for. There were noticeable holes and chips in the floor and walls, which immediately shatters any premium feel the hotel is trying to project. Bathroom & Plumbing Nightmares Shower Drainage: On our very first night, we found the shower wasn't draining properly, leaving us standing in a grim pool of soapy water. We reported this to reception, and whilst a maintenance man did come up, he merely poked about with a screwdriver for a few minutes and left. It didn't fix the issue at all, so we were forced to just live with it for the remainder of our stay. The Jacuzzi: We tried to use the jacuzzi, but the water from the hot tap was only slightly warm.
