I needed two things in a hotel; location: Snowmass and a hot tub to use after running Ragnar. After checking in, we went to the pool / hot tub area and it had closed at 6:30. We were told that’s not usually the case. The condominium complex who owns the pool closed it, perhaps due to weather. There is no rain, or thunderstorms. I wish we were staying elsewhere with a hot tub.

Nice room, comfortable beds, well appointed. Full fitness center, well kept grounds. Nice "ski village" vibe although we are here before summer season really gets going.

No a/c and a room that never got below 80 degrees the first night was miserable! They even kept the hallway temperature at 80 degrees making it impossible to cool our room using the floor fan in the fully opened windows to try and bring the cooler air in. Also, the ice machine was broken and it seemed no one knew how to fix it.

When I follow my GPS direction for the facility, the GPS did not show that the road to the facility was closed. I found the detour sign, so I could find the facility. I wish the facility send me a notice about the road close. Also I have not received about the restaurant in the facility was closed for dinner. Another problem was that only one elevator in the building was not working. The front desk staffs helped me to carry up my luggage to my room in upstairs. Otherwise the facility was excellent.

We were there from 12/24/23-12/28/23 and they cleaned our room only once but charged us resort fee for every day. After cleaning room they left our room wide open all day.Charging a lot for parking! Dirty carpet, broken and scratched furniture! Will not recommend this property!

I would not stay at this property again. The check-in was unfriendly and involved a $130 safety deposit but no mention of the pool code or $22 breakfast option. In the room the furniture was dirty and the decor outdated. The safe didn't work, and although we reported it each morning for three days, it never got fixed. When I examined the bedding, I found small blood spots on the inside comforter. The room had a lingering odor of old grease. Even the bible was dirty. It was hard to believe that this was a Hyatt.

First there was hair in the tube. Felt unsanitary. The window was open in my room and broke so it would not close. I told 2 different people about the window. Both told me that maintenance would take care of it. But nobody showed. With temperatures around 10-15 degrees outside made it uncomfortable. I had to raise the thermostat in the room to counter the blowing cold air from outside. When I checked out, the same 2 different people that took my complaint just shrugged it off like it didn't matter and told me and my friends. "We just work here!" Large company such as Hyatt that owns this facility should hire better quality people that care about their guests.

There is no AC. Fans didn’t help. Super hot during the night. Old facility, but the gym was very clean and modern. The pool was okay. Lobby is renovated but the rooms are not.

Lobby area very nice, hotel area and rooms very dated and old. Bed was not comfortable. Mountain town hotels are going to need to add A/C due to ever warming temperatures.

Good location in Snowmass. Friendly and honestly, it was very clean. It just needs updated in a major way. I would not be comfortable hanging out in my hotel room at all - I really only wanted to be in there to sleep. Everything needs updated - paint, carpet, bedding, etc.

Rooms are small and doesn’t feel a happy place to stay in. No AC in the hotels in the area as we were told it get cold during night so crack the window. Lift doesn’t work. Not a very likely place I’d recommend anyone.

I actually really liked this property and the convenience. Right by the slopes!!!! Staff was nice and they redid the lobby area so super cute. If I had one complaint, the actual room was too hot and this is during the winter months so we opened the window but then it was kind of loud with the cars going by in the evening. But I heard the are redoing the rooms which might be super nice!!!

Great place and happy with the rate paid. However, with no air conditioning I think I would have been frustrated had I paid more than I did. It was quite hot in the room during the day.

Beautiful property! We had a wonderful meal at Heathers. The staff were very helpful with tips on what to do in town. We had a large comfortable room. We really enjoyed our stay.

Hotel was nice. Check in was good. Checkout was not a good experience. The lady at the desk was rude about the airport transfer when I asked a question (the driver was standing right next to her, apparently her boyfriend). He was nice. She was not. She also fussed at me for trying to look at the big window by the restaurant. I knew the restaurant was closed. It was 5am and I just wanted to see outside so I could tell my husband I wanted to come back here.

Hotel was nice. Check in was good. Checkout was not a good experience. Terrible front desk/service. Requested towels and coffee, got ready and 1.5 hours later left without ever getting either. No AC and when windows were open the bar below was loud until midnight. Just disappointing. Heather’s was good and great staff/friendliness. Checked out and left a day early and wasn’t even asked as to why. Requested a receipt and wouldn’t/could’t accomadate. Wouldn’t stay again due to service. Location was good, facility was beautiful. Too hot to sleep & no willingness to try to accommodate all the way around.

The customer service was excellent; very courteous staff member that checked us in. Checkin was so fast it took only 2 min literally. Parking was free and that was welcome:) the dine in restaurant in the hotel was great; food was v good so was the service. Laundry machines were available that was v useful for us in the middle of a long trip. Aspen downtown was a convenient 15-20 min away.

The carpet of the hotel needs major cleaning/washing (it smells like dog poop on the 5th floor once you get out of the elevator). Some staff are extremely nice (esp at The Artisan restaurant) but some front desk staff were extremely rude and unfriendly. The room is extremely dated but it’s very convenient if you want to use the bus system to ski at Aspen as the bus stop is right next to the hotel. The hot tub is nice and the ski in/out location is very convenient. If only they update the hotel, this would be a decent stay, it just doesn’t justify the amount we paid each night.

Room was nice, front desk lady could have been friendlier, Heather's was not good. Over $50.00 simple breakfast for two. Had to chase down a waitress for butter to put on my cold unbuttered toast. Eggs were overcooked. Ordered over medium, turned out crisp around edge and hard yolk. 20% tip was already added to bill, but there was a place on tab to put a tip. Could have tipped twice. Not good!

Excellent location for public shuttle transportation and bus into Aspen. Both stop at the entrance to the Inn. Room needs updating. Restaurant has poor options for breakfast.

The best things about this place is the location - easy access to slopes and the ski base. It’s also right next to the Aspen bus stop. Very easy to get around. No need for a car. The hot tub was amazing. The rooms are outdated and old but the bed was comfortable. Hits all the right things for a ski hotel. Hotel restaurant was decent.

Great location - stayed 1 night. A short walk (uphill) to the mall with restaurants and stores. Free gondola ride down the hill to the lower restaurants. Beautiful gardens and scenery. Bus stops right outside the inn.

We were really happy with the location of Stonebridge Inn (essentially ski-on/ski-off), the restaurant, the ski storage and the convenience of the free shuttle! We also think the hotel is great value for money, especially in the area. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at the Stonebridge Inn. Very close to the mall and base via bus or walking. Bus stop outside of hotel made it very easy to go anywhere, direct to Aspen or shopping/restaurants. Kids enjoyed hot tub and pool. The room is on the smaller side but perfect for our needs. Staff was very helpful. Renovated lobby and new restaurant (Heather's).

Beautiful property! We had a wonderful meal at Heathers. The staff were very helpful with tips on what to do in town. We had a large comfortable room. We really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location for public shuttle transportation and bus into Aspen. Both stop at the entrance to the Inn. Room needs updating. Restaurant has poor options for breakfast.

The service when checking-in was terrible. The entire property is outdated and an urgent overhaul and upgrade. For the price paid, the room mediocre, the bathroom, shower and wash sink not appealing. The light inside the bathroom was not working, and despite requesting it be fixed, it was not repaired until the date of check/out.. The restaurant & bar were not open for 3 nights during the week and no coffee was available in the lobby after 10:00 am. Location for Ski-in / Ski-out feature was perfect.

Room was nice, front desk lady could have been friendlier, Heather's was not good. Over $50.00 simple breakfast for two. Had to chase down a waitress for butter to put on my cold unbuttered toast. Eggs were overcooked. Ordered over medium, turned out crisp around edge and hard yolk. 20% tip was already added to bill, but there was a place on tab to put a tip. Could have tipped twice. Not good!

The gym and pool were great. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The shuttle was great. During my stay, a very large ski club group arrived, and the restaurant on site had difficulty accommodating the rest of the guests in the hotel. That was very inconvenient. You couldn't order breakfast, had to wait for a table for dinner. It wasn't fun. the location is alright, but not the best
