Just a one night stay. Cool, clean and comfortable. Not many amenities. They need to make sure soap and shampoo dispensers are full. It did have a refrigerator and microwave oven. Not many choices in Corcoran. This is the second time we stayed there for the annual family reunion. Always in August so AC is a must. The cost was reasonable and we will be back next year.

Just a one night stay. Cool, clean and comfortable. Not many amenities. They need to make sure soap and shampoo dispensers are full. It did have a refrigerator and microwave oven. Was a nice stay considering the price and location. Only problem I had to provide my own hand soap and could not watch TV because the speaker had bad static in it as if it was blown out. The beds a little to firm but do able. The refrigerator and microwave worked good. Other problem was manager wasn’t in the office at checkout time and made me late to my appointment since I needed my cash deposit back. We will stay again since the little issues weren’t that big of a deal.

Probably won’t come back. Facilities outdated, parking lot needs to be resurfaced, not ADA friendly (no elevator), room layout so-so, better lighting placement needed. Office smelled like curry.

It was appreciated to see the provided hand soap, shower and bath liquid soap. I wanted to mention when I checked out that TV remote had a low battery signal and shower had a disturbing high pitch sound when water was running.

I was charged on top of my booking another $5 cleaning fee and a $50 cleaning deposit. It’s a racket that I hope hotels.Com can fix ! The beds were old and uncomfortable with small pillows. We had to stomp on bugs in the room upon arrival.

This place was not clean, the walls desperately needed paint. The bed was not comfortable. The vanity light did not work and there were no bedside lamps. However, the TV was new. The toilet was new and the tub sides were new.

I like the property & location ok. But the hotel room beddings looked dirty. The bedspread was very old and had multiple darkest stains on it. The fitted sheet also had a few light stains. Maybe they need to use more bleach when washing. They really need new bed spreads instead of those OLD fashioned dingy dirty ones. I also had to clean the toilet seat because it had very rough feel to it. Then after I cleaned it. It felt smooth. So what does that tell you. Also the body wash/shampoo & conditioner was laying on the tub in desperate containers not labeled, therefore I couldn't tell which was which. They were not attached to the wall. Just laying out on edge of tub.. this hotel really needs some cleanliness attention. The owners were nice people. Just need some NEW update beddings.

Went there to enjoy time away from home with my boyfriend and the lay Day we wanted to check out late which there are the checkout information on the door inside the room it states we can request a late checkout for an additional fee which we were willing to do but the guy firmly said no no no but the information printed on door inside stated differently, secondly upon checking out he accused us of smoking in the room and upon entering room we noticed the smoke detector screen hanging but didn’t think much of it but he also accused that of us as well , and he was rude and disrespectful, I will never go to that motel again this was by far the worst experience ever and was very insulting! None the less! And I believe they had bed bugs cuz my and my boyfriend were itchy and not all over !! Health board should be called for sure!!!

Had a great time but with having an Autistic Non Verbal child he does not do good with changes and wanted to go home so he was crying for about an hour. Which I tried my best to keep him quiet because I know the walls are thin. And staff came banging on the door saying we were being too loud and I explained to him that it’s his first time being away from home and that he is nonverbal and he didn’t seem understanding. That was my only issue other than that the rooms were nice clean and quiet and super roomy.

This place is a joke. I called the hotel before I booked a room to ask if they were pet friendly. The man on the phone told me yes they were, which is the only reason why I booked the room in the first place. When I went to check in, the man up front said pets were not allowed unless it was a service animal (which my dog is). I told the man that my dog is a service animal and he told me to “prove it”, so I did. I showed him the tag, the service animal vest and the ID card, and he still refused to give me my room! He even has the nerve to tell me that whoever told me they were pet friendly over the phone was a new guy and he was wrong, even though he literally told me that only service animals were ok. There wasn’t anyone else in the office working either. He was very rude, argumentative and does not follow ADA Law.

I recently called to inquire about a deposit charge to my bank account, and I was met with an unacceptable level of rudeness and disrespect from the representative on the line. Not only did he use offensive language towards me, referring to me with a derogatory term, but he also made threats, stating, “Don’t ever go on my property or else.” This experience is shocking and completely unprofessional; I have never encountered such behavior from a business before.

Got to make sure the TV works, my was going off every 10 minutes. I have had this trouble before at this hotel. I called them last time and they changed the cable box, I was to tired to have to wait for them to come and fix it. Several floor panels were chipped, was afraid of walking barefooted, I didn’t want to get a splinter in my foot. The location is great and price is very reasonable. That’s what gets me here every year. There is a Starbucks and a great restaurant in the same space.

Got to make sure the TV works, my was going off every 10 minutes. I have had this trouble before at this hotel. I called them last time and they changed the cable box, I was to tired to have to wait for them to come and fix it. Several floor panels were chipped, was afraid of walking barefooted, I didn’t want to get a splinter in my foot. The location is great and price is very reasonable. That’s what gets me here every year. There is a Starbucks and a great restaurant in the same space.

Holes in the walls, no where to hang clothes, hair in the shower, the bed was so hard. No comforter on the bed just plain sheets. Floor was squeaky. Not a good experience all. We had to choice but to stay there. Won't go back again

I’ve stayed here multiple times. Always clean and well taken care of. I do wish the blankets were a bit thicker and the noise from upstairs is a bit much. If you don’t mind stairs I would recommend staying on the 3rd floor. The hard floors make the noise from upstairs almost unbearable if someone is moving around. Aside from that, the place is my #1 for when I’m visiting.
