I didn't like having to walk upstairs to my room. Also 9am is a little early to end breakfast. The room was pretty decent and the bed was comfortable.

The front desk staff were all very friendly and nice. The room was clean. The bathroom was ok but could use a facelift. The only thing I did not like was the bed linens. The sheets were so synthetic that you could see blue sparks in the dark. That, and an equally synthetic comforter, made me very hot. The lobby looked like there might have been breakfast options but we did not eat there. Just fyi, there is no elevator in this motel. Be aware of that if you have limited mobility. The motel has only 2 stories.

This was the worst hotel stay of my life! I’ve stayed at other Quality Inn’s before so I knew what to expect as far as the room layout and decor. I got to the hotel around 11 pm my first night and was unable to even access the parking lot. Cops had the entrance blocked so I knew the area must be rough. It turns out there is a nightclub of some sort right next to the hotel. The road that was blocked was full of hundreds of teenagers. I had to roll down my window and speak with a cop to let him know I needed to park because I was staying at the hotel. Kids were running and screaming all over the parking lot when I entered it. I checked into my room and found out the nightclub entrance was right outside my window. Cops spent the next 3 hours trying to get the kids to leave the area. The noise didn’t die down until after 2 am. The next day, I spoke with an employee who was unable to refund me any money; however, she said she’d give me a different room that night since the club was open once again that night. I understand the hotel can’t control the fact that there is a nightclub next door; however, something needs to be done so that firsts of the hotel can actually access the parking lot.

The rooms were average. This hotel needs serious renovations smells like mildew in some of the rooms. No elevators at all. The location was great for what I needed for the weekend. On the flip side running Hot water in the shower was great microwave and refrigerator was perfect in the room.

I knew it was not going to be the Hilton. I was fine with that. However, I called prior to my stay and asked about the free breakfast and fitness room. I asked if they had eggs at the breakfast, being that I am celiac and can’t eat many of the pastries that hotels serve, I was assured that they would have hard boiled eggs. Neither morning offered hard-boiled eggs. I asked if the gym had a full weight set because the online picture showed that the weight set was sparse. They assured me on the phone that they had a full weight set. When I went down to check the fitness room, the weight set was NOT a complete set and looked worse than the picture. I know the hotels can be loud. I expect that at times. But when I woke up at 2:30 in the morning, there were people outside of my window, which faced the back of the building, partying. I called the front desk and politely asked if he could ask them to just quiet it down a bit because I was trying to sleep. Instead, the music was turned up and nothing was done. I put earplugs in and I woke again at 5:23 in the morning to the people still partying outback. I’ve never written a review before for a hotel or a motel. I’m only doing this review because of the inconsistencies and lies that I was told prior to booking.

Grouchy check in- said I'd have to wait an hour for my room to be ready- but then found another room when I asked. Misdirected me to my room- told me wrong floor. Broken down bed, construction closed parking lot- woken by equipment noise and couldn't use parking, had to park on side street- sketchy neighborhood, older facility, smelly, dim hallway. Toilet ran, flooring cracked. Clean but walls cracked, many previous failed repairs in bathroom. Good a/c, ice machine, fridge, microwave, coffee machine. One star motel dressed up, charging two star price. Disappointing.

The room they put me in initially smelled like I was breathing through a dirty wet gym sock. I wasn't expecting much, and I just needed a place to crash, so I put up with it and spent the night. I woke up with a nasty cough... As I tried to get ready, I made a horrifying discovery - the paint above the shower was sagging away from the wall exposing black mold underneath. To their credit, as soon as I made the hotel aware they found me a new room. However the smell and visible mold tells me that they've been ignoring the issue for a while. The new room was completely fine, so presumably the issue is limited to that one room, but that room would be very dangerous for anyone with mold sensitivity.

The bathtub had white duct tape covering where the shower turns on, I found a fake eyelash and glitter on the bathroom counter. My ice container was missing a lid, the floor (LVP) was broken and coming up in spots, the floor lamp shade was broken, the curtains weren’t all the way connected on the top and didn’t close properly and it was very loud with hallway noise and highway noise- but the bed was comfortable and the fridge was cold.

⭐ 1-Star Review: Very Disappointing Stay Our hotel stay was terrible from the start. The room was dirty and outdated, with old appliances and a rusty luggage cart. The bathroom was filthy and poorly maintained. The whole building looked old and unclean, and our room was next to a trash can that smelled awful. The environment around the hotel was dirty, and the air was full of cigarette smoke, which made my kids start coughing. Because of how filthy everything looked, we didn’t even feel safe eating the breakfast — it didn’t seem clean either. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families with children. I booked for two days but I have to leave one day in the morning.THIS PLACE NEEDS TO SHUT DOWN IS NOT SANITARY FOR HUMAN BEINGS.

The room was absolutely terrible. The sheets were dirty, the rug was sticky and the smell…saw bugs too! Don’t get started in the smell. The breakfast area was dirty as well. We actually left and booked another hotel.

Mold! Black Mold from AC unit. Got room changed. Staff was helpful. Hallways stink like body. Think folks are living here. Extremely outdated from like back in the Bob Barker days!

I was pleasantly surprised!! Despite the outdated furnishings in the room, it was clean, no carpet, no random hairs in the bathroom, and the window opened for fresh air. It served its purpose and i have no complaints. I would stay again if i was back in the area.

It’s a very bad place dirty specially the room we have towel is not clean sheets of the bed is not clean couple cutting the sheet like an old sheet is not clean at all. Even the people work there doesn’t help for anything. I go ask the front desk even For bucket ice to bring some ice from the icemaker. She said sorry we don’t have an extra and I told her there’s nothing in room can you give me one? She said no we don’t have the extra the place is not clean at all.

Its a place to sleep but nothing more. Not awful, not great. Bathroom light wouldn't turn off, window wouldn't lock & we were on the 1st floor, TV putcure was funky, etc. If you just need a place to sleep on a comfortable mattress, this place works. Otherwise, its not a place for nice....well, anything.

I liked the cost and the location was convenient but other than that this day was far from enjoyable. There were children up and running the halls and screaming up until 3:30 in the morning. There was also loud music and doors slamming. And there was no avoiding the stench of marijuana in my room. There was no fruit out at breakfast time and a very limitted selection but for the price I guess you can't expect much.

I liked the cost and the location was convenient but other than that this day was far from enjoyable. There were children up and running the halls and screaming up until 3:30 in the morning. This was the worst hotel stay of my life! I’ve stayed at other Quality Inn’s before so I knew what to expect as far as the room layout and decor. I got to the hotel around 11 pm my first night and was unable to even access the parking lot. Cops had the entrance blocked so I knew the area must be rough. It turns out there is a nightclub of some sort right next to the hotel. The road that was blocked was full of hundreds of teenagers. I had to roll down my window and speak with a cop to let him know I needed to park because I was staying at the hotel. Kids were running and screaming all over the parking lot when I entered it. I checked into my room and found out the nightclub entrance was right outside my window. Cops spent the next 3 hours trying to get the kids to leave the area. The noise didn’t die down until after 2 am. The next day, I spoke with an employee who was unable to refund me any money; however, she said she’d give me a different room that night since the club was open once again that night. I understand the hotel can’t control the fact that there is a nightclub next door; however, something needs to be done so that firsts of the hotel can actually access the parking lot.

A reasonable basic accommodation if economy is a concern. The location is somewhat noisy, being set not very far back from a busy main road and just 200 yards from a highway. It was not so noisy that it interfered with our sleep, but if you're looking for quiet, this is not your place. The coffee machine in the breakfast area was broken for our entire stay, and the breakfast options were more limited than I would prefer. However, the room was clean and the staff was friendly and all the necessities were provided, including good access to outlets and charging ports. It's an acceptable basic option.

I was a little worried from the google reviews to stay here but the price was right so I went for it and I’m glad I did. I didn’t bother with breakfast but everything else was just right for what I needed. I didn’t see any bugs, felt fairly safe (although I did use a backup door alarm) and wasn’t grossed out by anything. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the walls weren’t as thin as expected. The only thing I had a gripe with wasn’t on the hotel but the guests. All nights but one, someone was shouting, yelling or screaming at some odd hour and ruined my sleep. Some woman was screaming about her baby daddy in jail and slamming doors at 6am. Last night it was a small child incessantly screaming at 11pm. I didn’t hear anyone doing normal things in their rooms but obviously if someone is screaming in the hallways, you’re gonna hear it. Would stay here again though!

I stay the four days but no Wi-Fi, the staff said it's still maintain. Breakfast is okay quite a lot of choice. I stayed the room face to the main road. This is noisy start at 6:00 in the morning time.

Not a bad place to stay for a concert. Friendly and accommodating staff. Check in was seamless, quick and efficient. My sister arrived about 2 hours before me and was able to check in despite me making the reservation in my name. No lengthy paperwork and I was able to get my key within a few short minutes.

Customer service was non existent. Saturday morning breakfast was until 10am as per the guest binder in my room. Went down at 9:25 to find the whole thing cleaned up. Asked the attendant at the counter and he said only till 9am. I told him that’s not what the binder says. He looked at me like I had two heads! Not a clue! Figure this caused me to spend an additional $60 unexpected for breakfast. Not staying here again. Don’t recommend.

I knew it was not going to be the Hilton. I was fine with that. However, I called prior to my stay and asked about the free breakfast and fitness room. I asked if they had eggs at the breakfast, being that I am celiac and can’t eat many of the pastries that hotels serve, I was assured that they would have hard boiled eggs. Neither morning offered hard-boiled eggs. I asked if the gym had a full weight set because the online picture showed that the weight set was sparse. They assured me on the phone that they had a full weight set. When I went down to check the fitness room, the weight set was NOT a complete set and looked worse than the picture. I know the hotels can be loud. I expect that at times. But when I woke up at 2:30 in the morning, there were people outside of my window, which faced the back of the building, partying. I called the front desk and politely asked if he could ask them to just quiet it down a bit because I was trying to sleep. Instead, the music was turned up and nothing was done. I put earplugs in and I woke again at 5:23 in the morning to the people still partying outback. I’ve never written a review before for a hotel or a motel. I’m only doing this review because of the inconsistencies and lies that I was told prior to booking.

I would leave a negative rating if possible. I was awaken on night 1 at midnight by two men standing at the foot of my bed. The front desk had mistakenly given them the key to my room. I called the front desk and they said they thought I was in a different room. 90 minutes later it happened again, and this time the front desk said “oh, so you have two rooms??” I told them I had only one room as I was alone, and they said “okay.” When booking this hotel I was not expecting much given its low cost, but privacy and security should not be sacrificed regardless of the booking. This is the type of mistake that can result in someone being accidentally shot. Other than this incident, the place is as you’d expect…not all that clean, definitely not quiet, and very few amenities. I don’t recommend for others and certainly will never return myself.

Quality Inn was a very nice Motel. The environment was pleasant, the staff was friendly and willing to assist to solve any concerns that the guest had. There was an ample amount of parking. I was impressed with the breakfast. I am satisfied with the over all stay.

It’s a very bad place dirty specially the room we have towel is not clean sheets of the bed is not clean couple cutting the sheet like an old sheet is not clean at all. Even the people work there doesn’t help for anything. I go ask the front desk even For bucket ice to bring some ice from the icemaker. She said sorry we don’t have an extra and I told her there’s nothing in room can you give me one? She said no we don’t have the extra the place is not clean at all.

It did not look that great from the outside Greeted w a smile..Hotel was clean..bed SUPER comfortable!! When we first got there after being there for about 20mins we decided to go out and eat when i went outside it was about 30 people.just hangin around the front door,when i got to my car and it was like 10 people hanging on my car leaning n chilli like it was the thing to do, I WENT BOLISTIC and the words weren't nice. Thats not a good look seeing all them people just hanging around the entrance. Its got to be what they do becauae they were acting like it was normal and nobody said anything to them.I will NEVER stay here again

The bathroom was filthy and poorly maintained. The whole building looked old and unclean, and our room was next to a trash can that smelled awful. I liked the cost and the location was convenient but other than that this day was far from enjoyable. There were children up and running the halls and screaming up until 3:30 in the morning. The room was ok, clean. They were running the washer machines next to our room at 11:30 pm at night. Breakfast is advertised but there was no coffee or hot water provided. Just the bare minimum for the breakfast nothing hot except for the waffles.

Clean room. Entry to first room assigned failed so given another. Has 2 floors but no elevator. Older building but said to be undergoing renovations. Helpful staff pointed out late night eateries within half a mile.A/c worked great. Parked right in front!

The high spot of my stay were the "instant on" hot water; it worked. Otherwise, this has been my worst hotel stay. If ever there was a hotel that had rooms that required renovation, this is it. Black mold on the bathroom walls, refrigerators that were so frost filled as to make the freezer un-useable, one odor in the halls and a different odor in my room! The room service schedule provided one visit from cleaning staff for a 7 day visit, which fell on the second morning.

AC good, parking felt unsafe. Hotel public areas were filthy, room adequate. Bathroom badly maintained, roaches in room. Shower dripping, dryer not working. Vents filthy, mini fridge and trays in cafeteria very dirty along with serving utensils. Garbage cans in common areas filthy. Floors clean. Sheets clean.

This is a sad, tired, run down place. The bathroom ceiling was caving in. The electric switch for the entry light needs to be replaced. I had to unscrew the lightbulb for the nightstand lamp to turn off the light b/c the switch didn’t work. I don’t think the AC worked great, b/c the air was damp and musty. Breakfast bar was minimal: 2 cereals to choose from; there were a total of 3 yogurts in the fridge; frozen breakfast burritos to put in the microwave; highlight - make your own waffles. The place needs a LOT of TLC. There’s nothing against the folks who work there. They seemed nice. But the owner really needs to invest in his/her property. It desperately some a makeover.

Our stay was very disappointing. As soon as we entered the room, there was a strong musty smell, and one of the chairs was actually damp. The bathroom was in poor condition, with a hole in the wall behind the toilet where we saw a baby roach crawling in and out. The bathroom light also flickered, making the room feel even more run-down. On top of that, the bed sheets did not appear to be clean, which made it difficult to feel comfortable. The room did have a large TV, but unfortunately every channel was slightly fuzzy, so it wasn't enjoyable to watch. The only real positives were that the room included a microwave and a refrigerator, which were convenient. Overall, the room did not meet basic standards for cleanliness or maintenance, and I would not choose to stay here again.
