Okay I will not be going back due there was roaches crawling you had to turn in your towel to get clean ones you had to check out the iron and iron board and there was no ice machine and yes I report the bugs

Arrived right around 10:30pm to find front desk “closed.” The desk agent heard me and rolled up the wooden divider. She was pleasant, checked me in then informed me how to get in touch with her after hours, (what?!!!) and to “slide the key” under the wood partition if I wanted to check out before they opened. The front desk was closed until 10am on Sunday. The room had a phone, but was not attached to the wall (I would have had to use the lobby phone to contact the desk agent); the room smelled of mildew and the refrigerator was visibly rusty. The entire room hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time and there was a dead bug under the bed. There was little to absorbs the noise from the room upstairs or even lessen the nose from the cars right outside the window. There was no WiFi, no breakfast or food options to purchase. Bed was barely comfortable, the sheets showed signs of wear. The pillows were not comfortable. Stay somewhere else!

I have stayed in multiple Extended Stay America places and I was surprised to see that this place had no utensils within the room or utensils to check out for the stay available. When asked about them, they said that I could purchase a set to keep but they had none available for us. This was totally unexpected! This made the kitchen totally unusable for us and we ended up eating outside for all meals. In addition, there were only two sets of towels even though we reserved for three people. We did not request an extra set since it was already very late. The value of this hotel is not good. They need to lower the price much more to meet the lower service and lower product quality for this establishment.

This is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at in my entire life. The bed felt like I was sleeping on the floor. The entire hotel smelled like cigarettes. The base of the outside of the bathtub was dirty. The tv dId not work. The refrigerator was old and rusty although I did not use it. It was the only hotel that had available rooms in Tuscaloosa, otherwise I would have not booked here. I would have been better of sleeping in my car

I had to lay a layer of bug spray down. There are roaches here. After I finally got to sleep after making it safe for us, I woke up to 3 roaches dead from me spraying the boarders of the room. The hallways from the entrance smell of weed and cigarette. The hallway of the first floor had cigarette smoke coming from one doorway. Please wear shower shoes before getting in the shower. There's mold and hair left in there. Clean the shower before you take a shower. I can go on about how bad this place is. I'm not just saying this. It's just that bad.

Room was not cleaned from the previous quest. Trash cans full of food and trash. No soap. Beds and lien dirty with hairs. Hair on towel and tub. Room was nasty. Front desk stated that was the only room available.

This was by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed in in Tuscaloosa. I booked for a smoking room online when I got to the hotel the front desk attendant said there were no longer any smoking rooms available AFTER booking a smoking room online. I gets up to my room as soon as I turn the light on I see a roach. I didn’t even get to put my things down , as I turned and looked around there were roaches everywhere. All in the sink, all over the floor, all over the walls. I was too scared to even check the sheets after that! I was completely disgusted. I left the room, immediately called hotels.com to discuss my refund I tells the lady at the front desk the reason I want my refund because there are roaches everywhere and she’s not even surprised! Then the lady at the front desk calls the manager for instructions on how to process the refund and she goes “the guest is complaining about the roaches” ???? It’s like they know the hotel has roaches and it doesn’t bother them one bit! I’m sure this isn’t their first time getting this complaint. Pictures online are truly a scam. This hotel is nasty and disgusting! DO NOT RECOMMEND

The check in lady was great and the AC worked well. Could not get extra towels. Highway noise was very loud. Bed was smaller than expected. The keycard locks were temperamental, difficult to open. The places were advertised as having a kitchen but there were no amenities or cookware in room to use, not even a coffee machine.

This is one of the worse places I have ever said at... We had to wait 30 mins for the clerck to show up. She came out of a customers room reeking of pot and high as hell. The elavators was the same way smelled like a pot. The beds are not comfortable at all and then walls are paper thin.. The location is not easy to find and its way over priced

The lady checking us in was friendly, super nice, and helpful, but the facility itself was awful. The room was small, the refrigerator had rust all over it, the bathroom cabinet was tiny, and there were no updates such as USB charging ports. I would not stay there again.

This is one of the worse places I have ever said at... We had to wait 30 mins for the clerck to show up. She came out of a customers room reeking of pot and high as hell. The elavators was the same way smelled like a pot. The beds are not comfortable at all and then walls are paper thin.. The location is not easy to find and its way over priced

We made a reservation thru Expedia several days in advance and were told they had been on the phone 5 hours to their secondary sellers to explain that they had no rooms available. We had to find another hotel with a vacant room at 10:00 PM

Staff is always nice and when you need something they are always there to help. I have had a couple of days that I have been sick they have made sure I have what I need!

This hotel is intended for people who are in need of living quarters for weeks or months. It was graduation weekend in Tuscaloosa so everyplace else was booked or $350 a night. I was grateful to be able to stay here to avoid sleeping in my car. The front desk is open from 3pm-10pm. The desk staff were courteous.

The check in lady was great and the AC worked well. Could not get extra towels. Highway noise was very loud. Bed was smaller than expected. The keycard locks were temperamental, difficult to open. The places were advertised as having a kitchen but there were no amenities or cookware in room to use, not even a coffee machine.

Arrived right around 10:30pm to find front desk “closed.” The desk agent heard me and rolled up the wooden divider. She was pleasant, checked me in then informed me how to get in touch with her after hours, (what?!!!) and to “slide the key” under the wood partition if I wanted to check out before they opened. The front desk was closed until 10am on Sunday. The room had a phone, but was not attached to the wall (I would have had to use the lobby phone to contact the desk agent); the room smelled of mildew and the refrigerator was visibly rusty. I have stayed in multiple Extended Stay America places and I was surprised to see that this place had no utensils within the room or utensils to check out for the stay available. When asked about them, they said that I could purchase a set to keep but they had none available for us. This was totally unexpected! This made the kitchen totally unusable for us and we ended up eating outside for all meals. In addition, there were only two sets of towels even though we reserved for three people. We did not request an extra set since it was already very late. The value of this hotel is not good. They need to lower the price much more to meet the lower service and lower product quality for this establishment.

We spent over $800 for a two night stay here in Tuscaloosa Alabama. To spend that kind of money on the hotel at this caliber is absurd. We did not feel save, as people live in this hotel, some walk around in their pajamas. There is no coffee/pots in the room, much less at the hotel. The refrigerator had rust all over the front of it. However, the inside was clean. We recieved two towels for four of us. When asked for new towels, we were told we had to bring our used ones down and they would swap them out. I definitely will not be staying here my next trip into town.

The office staff at night was rude and unhelpful. She said her knee was injured and she was only doing what she could and if she couldn’t help due to her injury then oh well.

The beds weren't very comfortable (seemed like a futon mattress on a metal frame with no box spring) the refrigerator looked rusty and looked like someone had tried to paint it in spots, there was no lamp in the room only overhead lighting. It wasn't the worst place I've ever stayed. The young lady at the desk was very professional and helpful. She made the stay nice with her friendliness and willingness to be of assistance. Overall not a terrible place to stay.
