Overall the property is very good. Very polite, friendly and helpful staff. The reception and common areas are impressive. However, the condition of the room was not great, in fact it did not meet Marriott standards.

STAY AWAY! EXTREMELY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE! We unfortunately experienced discrimination and were poorly let down by Stephen James, Felicity, and Dan. We were lied to and treated unfairly. Worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. Will be escalating this to Marriott management!

The leisure facilities are not good enough for the size of the hotel. Everything is so small, the pool and the jacuzzi. The sauna and steam room were cozy when more than 4 people wanted to use. Needs much better leisure facilities. We left after 15 minutes as we were just sat round waiting to use
