Baymont by Wyndham San Antonio Airport

The room was neat and clean. The staff was very helpful in getting new batteries for the tv remote. Breakfast was ok; however, I would add Chesse, Eggs, Bread to the menu. The cereals are too sweet for a Diabetic customer. Thank you for a restful stay!

We just stayed a night but it was very comfortable and quiet so we got a good night sleep

Stay as far away from this dump as you can. When we first got to the hotel at 11pm, we changed rooms 4 times - 5th room on the 1st night. Cockroach in first room, blood on sheets 2nd room, 3rd room lock didn't work, 4th room dead bugs in sheets. I had started my period that night so sheets got stained. They never changed them! Housekeeping made the bed with the dirty sheets. As soon as we came back from the day, I pulled the sheets back to find they never changed them. When I went to complain, the front desk guy gave me the sheets to change the bed!! He said they only change sheets every 2nd night. The sheets he gave me, although "clean" had a stain on them. The communal microwave was filty. The batter for the waffles with breakfasr was old and tasted moldy. The hallway was not vacuum the entire time we stayed, even though there was debris all over the floor. There was no hot water for 2 of the 3 days we stayed there. I had originally booked 9 days to stay there, but the place was such a dump, the daytime manager told me she would refund me 6 days if I left early. I agreed, but turns out she is a lying scam artist and only refunded me for 3 days. She rewarded herself for being a crappy human and a horrible property manager. Stay far, far away from here.
