Checked in to a room that was dirty. Housekeeping hadn’t been there yet. Inexcusable. Continental breakfast was none too good either.

This is an acceptable hotel for our needs. The neighbors had their TV too loud but that was not the hotels fault. The pool and spa were great. The building needs some repairs.

Disappointing. Web site says coffee maker. None. Have a luggage cart but no elevator which doesn’t help with a second floor room. Asked a few different questions and the response was consistently I don’t know and they did nothing to find out.

My room was clean, and had plenty of space. Nice, clean bathroom. Breakfast had a good selection, mostly carbohydrates like waffle, breads, cereal & biscuits and gravy. There was hard-boiled eggs & yogurt. I didn’t use the pool or hot tub, but they appeared clean.

Avoid this property. Booked through Hotels.com after midnight on June 19. The system auto-rolled the check-in to that afternoon at 3 PM. Arrived to check in, presented the confirmation number multiple times, and the desk clerk refused to take it or look it up. Explained the after-midnight auto-roll and offered to pay for an extra night to start the stay immediately. She confirmed the property had vacancies but couldn't process it. The on-duty manager came out, was rude and dismissive, told us we couldn't have a room because the reservation was "for later," and admitted he didn't know what the current date was. The lobby was visibly dirty and smelled strongly of mildew and old cooking. We left. Filed complaints with Wyndham corporate and the credit card issuer. Avoid this property.
