Abbiamo apprezzato molto la formula adults only, gli spazi riservati in spiaggia, le piscine e l’alta qualità complessiva delle strutture e degli alloggi. In camera, sono da migliorare i materassi e l’oscuramento (le tende oscuranti sono insufficienti). Il ristorante a buffet non è all’altezza di un cinque stelle, né per varietà né per qualità, tanto che noi alla fine ci siamo serviti del ristorante dell’altro hotel del complesso.

This is a lovely place to stay and for the price, I have to score it 10 out of 10. However, it is not 5* in my opinion although it has 5* touches. Negatives - Although nice, the food is quite basic and although changes daily, it is still all quite similar. Maintenance could be a bit better for 5* resort. Sister hotel next door is chaotic and hard to steer clear of if you want to go to the beach. Poor wine but beer and spirits OK Positives - Staff are really helpful and friendly Villas are spacious, clean and modern. Private pool a nice bonus even if shared with your neighbour. Beach is a 15 min walk through the sister family hotel but they offer a shuttle service on demand to and from. Private section reserved on the beach which always had beds whilst the sister hotels beds were long gone with towels reserving them for the day. Waiter service on the beach, again not offered to sister hotel guests. 2 Private pools away from the sister hotel guests, one with a swim up bar. 3 Ala carte restaurants to use per stay - book as soon as you arrive to get tables. some decent cocktails included in the All Inc and only small charge for premium cocktails. Overall I would recommend this place, especially for the money, but do not expect a top quality 5* experience.

Great friendly staff . Good food. Peaceful and pleasant stay. Towels provided were poor quality and not changed enough. The sister hotels A la carte restaurants poor. Private beach cold be better supervised and improved.

We stayed in a private Sandy Villa with its own pool, and it was amazing – our son even learned to swim within hours, and swimming at night was magical for the kids. The villa itself was spotless and spacious, and the housekeeping team and buggy drivers were brilliant. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the reception staff, who were very rude. Sadly, the rest of the resort didn’t live up to the same standard. Part of our villa had a strong sewage smell which took four days to “fix”, and even then the problem never fully went away. The food in the main restaurant was average at best, and the dining experience was stressful, with constant noise and crowds. The drinks were another major disappointment – no branded soft drinks, which feels like such a simple fix. The dining areas, pools (other than the Sandy Villas’ pool), and the beach were all overcrowded, with far too many guests for the facilities available. As for the à la carte restaurants – good luck getting a booking! The Sandy Villas themselves are 5-star quality, but being tied to the sister hotel drags the whole experience down. If food and drinks were available on the villa side, we would return in a heartbeat. Until then, it remains a holiday of two halves – 5-star villa, 2-star resort

We had an amazing holiday here. I never consider returning to the same place as I like a bit of variety but this is the first place I’ve stayed that I genuinely cannot wait to return to. We had a junior sharing pool room which was incredible, you share with 5/6 other rooms and it’s super peaceful and relaxing. The rooms are HUGE with two bathrooms. The food is unreal, we ate at the buffet every lunch and dinner and it was delicious. Loads of healthy options and a different selection every time we went. The beach is a bit of a walk which I enjoy but if you don’t, the golf buggies will happily take you where you need to go. The spa was good too - the ice glow massage was amazing and my partner had a full body massage which he said was good too Most relaxing holiday in paradise Can’t wait to book to come again

Vraiment un hôtel 5 étoiles à plus de 300€ la nuit?? On dirait plutôt un hôtel à l'abandon. Le pire c'est qu'il fait partie d'un immense resort alors que ça n'est écrit nul part, donc le adult only vous pouvez l'oublier... Ils disent avoir une salle de sport mais cette dernière est dans un autre hotel. Plage privative? Que nenni puisqu'il n'y a aucune surveillance donc tout le monde s'y installe à sa guise deplus personne ne s'occupe de jeter les détritus et de remettre en ordre les transats (qui je pense on bien vécu et devraient peut être être changés ainsi que les vieilles tables en plastique). Le bar de la plage est dégueulasse, il y a des milliers d'insectes morts sous le comptoir et sur le plafond. La chambre qui nous a été attribuée était une chambre pour les personnes à mobilité réduite avec une salle de bain digne des plus mauvais Airbnb, le mobilier est dans un état déplorable (abat jour de lampe de chevet, parasol et transats très très sales, moisissures sur l'échelle pour descendre dans la piscine,...). Nous sommes allés nous plaindre à la réception et là on s'est vite rendus compte qu'ils n'en avaient rien à faire. La solution ? On vous change le parasol et les transats!! Inutile de vous dire que niveau respect on est à un niveau rarement atteint. En posant quelques affaires sur une table je me suis aperçue qu'elle était crasseuse, nous sommes retournés à la réception pour parler au directeur qui ne s'est même pas déplacé.. sur Google avec photos

- Kein Pool ab 19Uhr (Tiefe max 1.05m...) - Essen und Drinks: nichts scheint frisch oder Lokal gesourced... Eine Ausnahme ist der frische Orangensaft am Morgen. Von dem hat am Abend aber niemand gehört.. Wir wurden von Bar zu Bar geschickt.. jedoch konnten wir keinen bekommen. Auch nicht gegen Aufpreis. - Das neue Restaurant Mare inkl der Swimup Beachar ist leider nicht auf der Resortkarte zu finden sodass wir erst am Abend vor der Abreise davon erfuhren. (Sie wollen es in Zukunft besser erklären) - Das Konzept, dass man im Adult only Resort durch das benachbarte Hotel mit Kidsclub und Animation zum Strand geführt wird erscheint ein wenig seltsam ubd ich kann mir vorstellen, dass nicht jeder damit happy ist. - Das angesprochene Hotel ist eine 4Sterne Anlage und das Schwesterhotel des Resorts. Drinks und Restaurants kann man mit nutzen, es scheint aber nicht besser zu sein, aber auch nicht schlechter.. Wenn man jedoch ein Eis am Nachmittag möchte zahlt man extra... Schade ;) Alles in allem ist das Hotel ok aber keine Weiterempfehlung..

Great place. Very quiet, chilled and relaxed. Facilities were great and you had access to the livelier sister hotel if needed. We stayed in a private villa. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Was a great stay and would go back again!

Beautiful immaculate hotel. Fabulous varied food and dining options. Food choice was massive with loads of healthy eating choices too. Staff could not be more helpful or friendlier. Nothing was a bother for them. Poured our wine the minute we sat down for dinner. Our junior suite was spacious, spotlessly clean and well maintained. Lovely glass balcony with pool view . No queuing for food or drinks. Loads of loungers around the pool and beach. Spacious groomed gardens. Drinks served on the beach was a lovely touch. Shuttles back and forth to beach, shopping and other on site restaurants. Nice wines included in all inclusive. Fantastic holiday. My only complaint was the mattress was far too hard. Other wise a perfect holiday. And I am very fussy!! Thank you to all staff.

Beautiful 5 star hotel. Relatively small, but superior staff, service, and decor. Very last minute 3 night stop (due cancellation of another destination) but well worth the time spent here. It was for my anniversary and birthday, and we were looked after so well. A really relaxing break. Only downside for us, Gym was in the 4* sister hotel, and probably the worst hotel gym I have visited. Will definitely return for an Adult only R&R trip.

Ich und meine freundin waren 12 tage im karaiba sandy villas und hatten durch die sehr guten bewertungen hohe erwartungen, daher das ich selbst schon sehr viel rum gekommen bin und in vielen 5 sterne hotels war muss ich leider sagen das dieses hotel diese aufjedenfall nicht verdient hat. der service und das personal war gut aber nicht sehr gut, die anlage ist aufjedenfall schon in die jahre gekommen, das einzige was wirklich sehr schön war war das zimmer mit direktem pool zugang und das es wirklich super ruhig war. leider war die sauberkeit nicht wirklich gut da die reinigungskräfte nicht wirklich gut sauber gemacht haben. das hotel befindet sich leider komplett ab von allem aber das kann man ja im vornherein schon sehen, es liegt direkt an dem partner hotel welches riesen gros ist und der lärmpegel aufgrund der vielen kinder auch dementsprechend wenn man abends zum strand geht oder in einem der restaurants essen geht die angeboten werden. das restaurant des sandy villas ist leider wirklich schlecht gewesen absolut keine auswahl und keine gute qualität vom essen, so schlecht habe ich schon lang nichtmehr gegessen. ich würde nicht nochmal in dieses hotel fahren.

Dieses Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert. Freundliche und sehr zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter:innen. Schöne und sehr gepflegte Hotelanlage. Speisen und Getränkeauswahl war für uns ebenso perfekt. Ein Urlaub wie man ihn sich wünscht und vorstellt.

This is a lovely place to stay and for the price, I have to score it 10 out of 10. However, it is not 5* in my opinion although it has 5* touches. Negatives - Although nice, the food is quite basic and although changes daily, it is still all quite similar. Maintenance could be a bit better for 5* resort. Sister hotel next door is chaotic and hard to steer clear of if you want to go to the beach. Poor wine but beer and spirits OK Positives - Staff are really helpful and friendly Villas are spacious, clean and modern. Private pool a nice bonus even if shared with your neighbour. Beach is a 15 min walk through the sister family hotel but they offer a shuttle service on demand to and from. Private section reserved on the beach which always had beds whilst the sister hotels beds were long gone with towels reserving them for the day. Waiter service on the beach, again not offered to sister hotel guests. 2 Private pools away from the sister hotel guests, one with a swim up bar. 3 Ala carte restaurants to use per stay - book as soon as you arrive to get tables. some decent cocktails included in the All Inc and only small charge for premium cocktails. Overall I would recommend this place, especially for the money, but do not expect a top quality 5* experience.

We stayed in a private Sandy Villa with its own pool, and it was amazing – our son even learned to swim within hours, and swimming at night was magical for the kids. The villa itself was spotless and spacious, and the housekeeping team and buggy drivers were brilliant. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the reception staff, who were very rude. Sadly, the rest of the resort didn’t live up to the same standard. Part of our villa had a strong sewage smell which took four days to “fix”, and even then the problem never fully went away. The food in the main restaurant was average at best, and the dining experience was stressful, with constant noise and crowds. The drinks were another major disappointment – no branded soft drinks, which feels like such a simple fix. The dining areas, pools (other than the Sandy Villas’ pool), and the beach were all overcrowded, with far too many guests for the facilities available. As for the à la carte restaurants – good luck getting a booking! The Sandy Villas themselves are 5-star quality, but being tied to the sister hotel drags the whole experience down. If food and drinks were available on the villa side, we would return in a heartbeat. Until then, it remains a holiday of two halves – 5-star villa, 2-star resort

Vraiment un hôtel 5 étoiles à plus de 300€ la nuit?? On dirait plutôt un hôtel à l'abandon. Le pire c'est qu'il fait partie d'un immense resort alors que ça n'est écrit nul part, donc le adult only vous pouvez l'oublier... Ils disent avoir une salle de sport mais cette dernière est dans un autre hotel. Plage privative? Que nenni puisqu'il n'y a aucune surveillance donc tout le monde s'y installe à sa guise deplus personne ne s'occupe de jeter les détritus et de remettre en ordre les transats (qui je pense on bien vécu et devraient peut être être changés ainsi que les vieilles tables en plastique). Le bar de la plage est dégueulasse, il y a des milliers d'insectes morts sous le comptoir et sur le plafond. La chambre qui nous a été attribuée était une chambre pour les personnes à mobilité réduite avec une salle de bain digne des plus mauvais Airbnb, le mobilier est dans un état déplorable (abat jour de lampe de chevet, parasol et transats très très sales, moisissures sur l'échelle pour descendre dans la piscine,...). Nous sommes allés nous plaindre à la réception et là on s'est vite rendus compte qu'ils n'en avaient rien à faire. La solution ? On vous change le parasol et les transats!! Inutile de vous dire que niveau respect on est à un niveau rarement atteint. En posant quelques affaires sur une table je me suis aperçue qu'elle était crasseuse, nous sommes retournés à la réception pour parler au directeur qui ne s'est même pas déplacé.. sur Google avec photos

Beautiful immaculate hotel. Fabulous varied food and dining options. Food choice was massive with loads of healthy eating choices too. Staff could not be more helpful or friendlier. Nothing was a bother for them. Poured our wine the minute we sat down for dinner. Our junior suite was spacious, spotlessly clean and well maintained. Lovely glass balcony with pool view . No queuing for food or drinks. Loads of loungers around the pool and beach. Spacious groomed gardens. Drinks served on the beach was a lovely touch. Shuttles back and forth to beach, shopping and other on site restaurants. Nice wines included in all inclusive. Fantastic holiday. My only complaint was the mattress was far too hard. Other wise a perfect holiday. And I am very fussy!! Thank you to all staff.

Die Anlage liegt direkt hinter dem Labranda. Wir waren sehr froh nicht das Labranda gewählt zu haben. Denn im Kairaba Sandy Villas war vor allem der Service und das Essen hervorragend. In den Zimmern fehlt es an vielen Stellen: 1. Das Bett war als ob man beim Boxspringbett die eigentliche Matratze vergessen hätte. Das machten auch 4-6 Kissen nicht besser. Hier muss dringend Abhilfe geschaffen werden. Auch vernünftige Bettwäsche wäre in der Übergangszeit besser als ein Laken und eine dünne Wolldecke. 2. Für nasse Handtücher fehlen Möglichkeiten diese zum trocknen aufzuhängen. Eine Handtuchstange wäre sehr sinnvoll. 3. Zwei TV ohne Smarte Funktionen. Hat mich nicht weiter gestört. Es gibt aber Gäste die stehen drauf. 4. Ein unbeheizter Pool ist in der Nebensaison nicht nutzbar. Brrrrrr. Sehr kalt. 5. Private Pool Villa ohne Privacy Hier sollte man noch drei vier Jahre warten bis die Pflanzen gewachsen sind. Zurzeit liegt man offen auf der Terrasse Super war: 1. Der Service und das Personal 2. Die Qualität der Speisen im Restaurant. Zwar gab es nur Buffet aber das war abwechslungsreich und gut 3. Minibar auf dem Zimmer, Poolbar mit allem was man braucht, Spezialitäten aus Korfu wie leckere Produkte aus der Qumquat. 4. Ein offenes Ohr für Feedback Fazit: Ich würde dem Hotel 4 Sterne geben. Wenn Kleinigkeiten und das Bett verbessert würden. Privacy in den Villen geschaffen und etwas mehr Achtsamkeit für Details.

Abbiamo apprezzato molto la formula adults only, gli spazi riservati in spiaggia, le piscine e l’alta qualità complessiva delle strutture e degli alloggi. In camera, sono da migliorare i materassi e l’oscuramento (le tende oscuranti sono insufficienti). Il ristorante a buffet non è all’altezza di un cinque stelle, né per varietà né per qualità, tanto che noi alla fine ci siamo serviti del ristorante dell’altro hotel del complesso.

Sehr schöne, ruhige Anlage, schöne Zimmer ABER die Qualität der BETTEN bzw.MATRATZEN ist schlichtweg grauenhaft. Die dargestellten Fotos im Internet entsprechen nicht der verwendeten Matratzen ( viel dünner). Essen ist gut... aber für 5 Sterne??? AUSWAHL recht überschaubar. Servicepersonal sehr aufmerksam, weiter so.

We had an amazing holiday here. I never consider returning to the same place as I like a bit of variety but this is the first place I’ve stayed that I genuinely cannot wait to return to. We had a junior sharing pool room which was incredible, you share with 5/6 other rooms and it’s super peaceful and relaxing. The rooms are HUGE with two bathrooms. The food is unreal, we ate at the buffet every lunch and dinner and it was delicious. Loads of healthy options and a different selection every time we went. The beach is a bit of a walk which I enjoy but if you don’t, the golf buggies will happily take you where you need to go. The spa was good too - the ice glow massage was amazing and my partner had a full body massage which he said was good too Most relaxing holiday in paradise Can’t wait to book to come again

Great place. Very quiet, chilled and relaxed. Facilities were great and you had access to the livelier sister hotel if needed. We stayed in a private villa. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Was a great stay and would go back again!

We had a wonderful stay and are already planning on coming back next year. The staff was excellent and friendly - we couldn't have asked for more!
We had a wonderful stay and are already planning on coming back next year. The staff was excellent and friendly - we couldn't have asked for more!

We stayed in a private Sandy Villa with its own pool, and it was amazing – our son even learned to swim within hours, and swimming at night was magical for the kids. The villa itself was spotless and spacious, and the housekeeping team and buggy drivers were brilliant. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the reception staff, who were very rude. Sadly, the rest of the resort didn’t live up to the same standard. Part of our villa had a strong sewage smell which took four days to “fix”, and even then the problem never fully went away. The food in the main restaurant was average at best, and the dining experience was stressful, with constant noise and crowds. The drinks were another major disappointment – no branded soft drinks, which feels like such a simple fix. The dining areas, pools (other than the Sandy Villas’ pool), and the beach were all overcrowded, with far too many guests for the facilities available. As for the à la carte restaurants – good luck getting a booking! The Sandy Villas themselves are 5-star quality, but being tied to the sister hotel drags the whole experience down. If food and drinks were available on the villa side, we would return in a heartbeat. Until then, it remains a holiday of two halves – 5-star villa, 2-star resort

The most relaxing holiday. The staff were incredible and couldn't do enough for you. Food there was a huge variety, fresh salads, rice, potato's, chips and a wide variety of different meats. Amazing fresh bread and the icecream was amazing. Lots of choice for free drinks. The hotel was spotless and you could see the staff taking great care of the site. The service really was 5star. Oh and the air conditioning was very effective. Great music entertainment every night by the pool bar with table service for drinks. We are already rebooking for next year. The most relaxing holiday. Top tip get a swim up pool and ask for it in block 4 or 5 so you get the best of the sun.

Wir waren drei Erwachsene direkt zu Saisonbeginn in diesem wunderbaren Hotel. Unsere beste Erholung bisher. Es war Alles ab erstem Öffnungstag vorhanden, von der Essens- und Getränkeauswahl bis zu den geöffneten Pools mit schönen Liegen. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Juniorsuite mit zwei großen Zimmern, direktem Poolzugang und eine Riesenterasse mit Sonnenliegen. Wir werden nächstes Jahr erneut kommen und andere Familienmitglieder auch. Unser größter Dank gehen an Ria und Litsa von der Rezeption die uns immer freundlich begrüßt haben und uns nach dem Wohlbefinden gefragt haben. Noch nie wurden wir in den vielen Urlauben so herzlich und zuvorkommend behandelt. Ria wir werden dich vermissen, wir sehen uns wieder. Die Freundlichkeit wird hier grossgeschrieben, vom Hotelmanager bis zu den restlichen Mitarbeitern. Das Essen und die Getränke sind von hervorragender Qualität. Hier zählt Klasse statt Masse.

Vraiment un hôtel 5 étoiles à plus de 300€ la nuit?? On dirait plutôt un hôtel à l'abandon. Le pire c'est qu'il fait partie d'un immense resort alors que ça n'est écrit nul part, donc le adult only vous pouvez l'oublier... Ils disent avoir une salle de sport mais cette dernière est dans un autre hotel. Plage privative? Que nenni puisqu'il n'y a aucune surveillance donc tout le monde s'y installe à sa guise deplus personne ne s'occupe de jeter les détritus et de remettre en ordre les transats (qui je pense on bien vécu et devraient peut être être changés ainsi que les vieilles tables en plastique). Le bar de la plage est dégueulasse, il y a des milliers d'insectes morts sous le comptoir et sur le plafond. La chambre qui nous a été attribuée était une chambre pour les personnes à mobilité réduite avec une salle de bain digne des plus mauvais Airbnb, le mobilier est dans un état déplorable (abat jour de lampe de chevet, parasol et transats très très sales, moisissures sur l'échelle pour descendre dans la piscine,...). Nous sommes allés nous plaindre à la réception et là on s'est vite rendus compte qu'ils n'en avaient rien à faire. La solution ? On vous change le parasol et les transats!! Inutile de vous dire que niveau respect on est à un niveau rarement atteint. En posant quelques affaires sur une table je me suis aperçue qu'elle était crasseuse, nous sommes retournés à la réception pour parler au directeur qui ne s'est même pas déplacé.. sur Google avec photos

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel hatte Höhen und Tiefen. Positiv hervorzuheben ist der ausgez eichnete Service. Insbesondere der Zimmerservice und die freundlichen Golfcarfahrer haben uns sehr beeindruckt. Auch die Spezialitätenrestaurants, vor allem das griechische "Ermes Gyro" und das italienische "Il Gusto", waren ein Genuss mit sehr nettem Personal. Der Strand ist ebenfalls hervorragend. Weniger zufrieden waren wir mit der Gastronomie im Hauptrestaurant. Hier war die Qualität des Essens und der Getränke nur mäßig und die Lautstärke sehr hoch. Außerdem fehlte es an den typischen All-inclusive-Snacks wie Gyros, Burger oder Pommes. Eis gab es nur zu den Hauptmahlzeiten im Restaurant, was besonders für Familien enttäuschend sein kann. Unsere Unterkunft in den Sandy Villas war top, mit tollen privaten Pools, aber auch hier fehlten die Snacks im Villen-Bereich. Beautiful 5 star hotel. Relatively small, but superior staff, service, and decor. Very last minute 3 night stop (due cancellation of another destination) but well worth the time spent here. It was for my anniversary and birthday, and we were looked after so well. A really relaxing break. Only downside for us, Gym was in the 4* sister hotel, and probably the worst hotel gym I have visited. Will definitely return for an Adult only R&R trip.

Ich und meine freundin waren 12 tage im karaiba sandy villas und hatten durch die sehr guten bewertungen hohe erwartungen, daher das ich selbst schon sehr viel rum gekommen bin und in vielen 5 sterne hotels war muss ich leider sagen das dieses hotel diese aufjedenfall nicht verdient hat. der service und das personal war gut aber nicht sehr gut, die anlage ist aufjedenfall schon in die jahre gekommen, das einzige was wirklich sehr schön war war das zimmer mit direktem pool zugang und das es wirklich super ruhig war. leider war die sauberkeit nicht wirklich gut da die reinigungskräfte nicht wirklich gut sauber gemacht haben. das hotel befindet sich leider komplett ab von allem aber das kann man ja im vornherein schon sehen, es liegt direkt an dem partner hotel welches riesen gros ist und der lärmpegel aufgrund der vielen kinder auch dementsprechend wenn man abends zum strand geht oder in einem der restaurants essen geht die angeboten werden. das restaurant des sandy villas ist leider wirklich schlecht gewesen absolut keine auswahl und keine gute qualität vom essen, so schlecht habe ich schon lang nichtmehr gegessen. ich würde nicht nochmal in dieses hotel fahren.

Die Anlage liegt direkt hinter dem Labranda. Wir waren sehr froh nicht das Labranda gewählt zu haben. Denn im Kairaba Sandy Villas war vor allem der Service und das Essen hervorragend. In den Zimmern fehlt es an vielen Stellen: 1. Das Bett war als ob man beim Boxspringbett die eigentliche Matratze vergessen hätte. Das machten auch 4-6 Kissen nicht besser. Hier muss dringend Abhilfe geschaffen werden. Auch vernünftige Bettwäsche wäre in der Übergangszeit besser als ein Laken und eine dünne Wolldecke. 2. Für nasse Handtücher fehlen Möglichkeiten diese zum trocknen aufzuhängen. Eine Handtuchstange wäre sehr sinnvoll. 3. Zwei TV ohne Smarte Funktionen. Hat mich nicht weiter gestört. Es gibt aber Gäste die stehen drauf. 4. Ein unbeheizter Pool ist in der Nebensaison nicht nutzbar. Brrrrrr. Sehr kalt. 5. Private Pool Villa ohne Privacy Hier sollte man noch drei vier Jahre warten bis die Pflanzen gewachsen sind. Zurzeit liegt man offen auf der Terrasse Super war: 1. Der Service und das Personal 2. Die Qualität der Speisen im Restaurant. Zwar gab es nur Buffet aber das war abwechslungsreich und gut 3. Minibar auf dem Zimmer, Poolbar mit allem was man braucht, Spezialitäten aus Korfu wie leckere Produkte aus der Qumquat. 4. Ein offenes Ohr für Feedback Fazit: Ich würde dem Hotel 4 Sterne geben. This is a lovely place to stay and for the price, I have to score it 10 out of 10. However, it is not 5* in my opinion although it has 5* touches. Negatives - Although nice, the food is quite basic and although changes daily, it is still all quite similar. Maintenance could be a bit better for 5* resort. Sister hotel next door is chaotic and hard to steer clear of if you want to go to the beach. Poor wine but beer and spirits OK Positives - Staff are really helpful and friendly Villas are spacious, clean and modern. Private pool a nice bonus even if shared with your neighbour. Beach is a 15 min walk through the sister family hotel but they offer a shuttle service on demand to and from. Private section reserved on the beach which always had beds whilst the sister hotels beds were long gone with towels reserving them for the day. Waiter service on the beach, again not offered to sister hotel guests. 2 Private pools away from the sister hotel guests, one with a swim up bar. 3 Ala carte restaurants to use per stay - book as soon as you arrive to get tables. some decent cocktails included in the All Inc and only small charge for premium cocktails. Overall I would recommend this place, especially for the money, but do not expect a top quality 5* experience.

We had an amazing holiday here. I never consider returning to the same place as I like a bit of variety but this is the first place I’ve stayed that I genuinely cannot wait to return to. We had a junior sharing pool room which was incredible, you share with 5/6 other rooms and it’s super peaceful and relaxing. The rooms are HUGE with two bathrooms. The food is unreal, we ate at the buffet every lunch and dinner and it was delicious. Loads of healthy options and a different selection every time we went. The beach is a bit of a walk which I enjoy but if you don’t, the golf buggies will happily take you where you need to go. The spa was good too - the ice glow massage was amazing and my partner had a full body massage which he said was good too Most relaxing holiday in paradise Can’t wait to book to come again

Pour la restauration, je ne mettrai pas forcément 5 étoiles mais on trouve tout de même de tout, à volonté, les autres prestations sont top, villa avec piscine privée, autres piscines, le personnel, la situation de l’hôtel au calme dans le Sud de Corfou, on y retournera.

Great place. Very quiet, chilled and relaxed. Facilities were great and you had access to the livelier sister hotel if needed. We stayed in a private villa. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Was a great stay and would go back again!

Beautiful immaculate hotel. Fabulous varied food and dining options. Food choice was massive with loads of healthy eating choices too. Staff could not be more helpful or friendlier. Nothing was a bother for them. Poured our wine the minute we sat down for dinner. Our junior suite was spacious, spotlessly clean and well maintained. Lovely glass balcony with pool view . No queuing for food or drinks. Loads of loungers around the pool and beach. Spacious groomed gardens. Drinks served on the beach was a lovely touch. Shuttles back and forth to beach, shopping and other on site restaurants. Nice wines included in all inclusive. Fantastic holiday. My only complaint was the mattress was far too hard. Other wise a perfect holiday. And I am very fussy!! Thank you to all staff.

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel hatte Höhen und Tiefen. Positiv hervorzuheben ist der ausgez eichnete Service. Insbesondere der Zimmerservice und die freundlichen Golfcarfahrer haben uns sehr beeindruckt. Auch die Spezialitätenrestaurants, vor allem das griechische "Ermes Gyro" und das italienische "Il Gusto", waren ein Genuss mit sehr nettem Personal. Der Strand ist ebenfalls hervorragend. Weniger zufrieden waren wir mit der Gastronomie im Hauptrestaurant. Hier war die Qualität des Essens und der Getränke nur mäßig und die Lautstärke sehr hoch. Außerdem fehlte es an den typischen All-inclusive-Snacks wie Gyros, Burger oder Pommes. Eis gab es nur zu den Hauptmahlzeiten im Restaurant, was besonders für Familien enttäuschend sein kann. Unsere Unterkunft in den Sandy Villas war top, mit tollen privaten Pools, aber auch hier fehlten die Snacks im Villen-Bereich. Ich und meine freundin waren 12 tage im karaiba sandy villas und hatten durch die sehr guten bewertungen hohe erwartungen, daher das ich selbst schon sehr viel rum gekommen bin und in vielen 5 sterne hotels war muss ich leider sagen das dieses hotel diese aufjedenfall nicht verdient hat. der service und das personal war gut aber nicht sehr gut, die anlage ist aufjedenfall schon in die jahre gekommen, das einzige was wirklich sehr schön war war das zimmer mit direktem pool zugang und das es wirklich super ruhig war. leider war die sauberkeit nicht wirklich gut da die reinigungskräfte nicht wirklich gut sauber gemacht haben. das hotel befindet sich leider komplett ab von allem aber das kann man ja im vornherein schon sehen, es liegt direkt an dem partner hotel welches riesen gros ist und der lärmpegel aufgrund der vielen kinder auch dementsprechend wenn man abends zum strand geht oder in einem der restaurants essen geht die angeboten werden. das restaurant des sandy villas ist leider wirklich schlecht gewesen absolut keine auswahl und keine gute qualität vom essen, so schlecht habe ich schon lang nichtmehr gegessen. ich würde nicht nochmal in dieses hotel fahren.

Abbiamo apprezzato molto la formula adults only, gli spazi riservati in spiaggia, le piscine e l’alta qualità complessiva delle strutture e degli alloggi. In camera, sono da migliorare i materassi e l’oscuramento (le tende oscuranti sono insufficienti). Il ristorante a buffet non è all’altezza di un cinque stelle, né per varietà né per qualità, tanto che noi alla fine ci siamo serviti del ristorante dell’altro hotel del complesso.
Abbiamo apprezzato molto la formula adults only, gli spazi riservati in spiaggia, le piscine e l’alta qualità complessiva delle strutture e degli alloggi. In camera, sono da migliorare i materassi e l’oscuramento (le tende oscuranti sono insufficienti). Stayed here 14 nights. Food presented nicely but all low quality cheese, pork and cheap cuts of chicken. No poached eggs or salmon for breakfast. Confusion as to whether dark rum is included or not and then 2nd week ran off of dark rum!! Many drinks not included so many drinks an extra €4.00. All inclusive!!!

This is a lovely place to stay and for the price, I have to score it 10 out of 10. However, it is not 5* in my opinion although it has 5* touches. Negatives - Although nice, the food is quite basic and although changes daily, it is still all quite similar. Maintenance could be a bit better for 5* resort. Sister hotel next door is chaotic and hard to steer clear of if you want to go to the beach. Poor wine but beer and spirits OK Positives - Staff are really helpful and friendly Villas are spacious, clean and modern. Private pool a nice bonus even if shared with your neighbour. Beach is a 15 min walk through the sister family hotel but they offer a shuttle service on demand to and from. Private section reserved on the beach which always had beds whilst the sister hotels beds were long gone with towels reserving them for the day. Waiter service on the beach, again not offered to sister hotel guests. 2 Private pools away from the sister hotel guests, one with a swim up bar. 3 Ala carte restaurants to use per stay - book as soon as you arrive to get tables. some decent cocktails included in the All Inc and only small charge for premium cocktails. Overall I would recommend this place, especially for the money, but do not expect a top quality 5* experience.

We stayed in a private Sandy Villa with its own pool, and it was amazing – our son even learned to swim within hours, and swimming at night was magical for the kids. The villa itself was spotless and spacious, and the housekeeping team and buggy drivers were brilliant. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the reception staff, who were very rude. Sadly, the rest of the resort didn’t live up to the same standard. Part of our villa had a strong sewage smell which took four days to “fix”, and even then the problem never fully went away. The food in the main restaurant was average at best, and the dining experience was stressful, with constant noise and crowds. The drinks were another major disappointment – no branded soft drinks, which feels like such a simple fix. The dining areas, pools (other than the Sandy Villas’ pool), and the beach were all overcrowded, with far too many guests for the facilities available. As for the à la carte restaurants – good luck getting a booking! The Sandy Villas themselves are 5-star quality, but being tied to the sister hotel drags the whole experience down. If food and drinks were available on the villa side, we would return in a heartbeat. Until then, it remains a holiday of two halves – 5-star villa, 2-star resort

Tivemos uma estadia adorável em Kairaba Sandy Villas. The all inclusive package is really worth it after you choose your preferred way of enjoying it. The snacks near the beach are convenient if you dont want to break your day and leave the beach to have full lunch. The italian restaurant from Labranda (sister hotel) is super disappointing but the Mare restaurant from Kairaba compensated it. Amazing food and personel. We felt home and would come again!
