We chose this hotel because it advertised a restaurant and bar. Since we were forced off the highway due to a blizzard we thought we could also have dinner and a cocktail. I asked the clerk if they had a bar, he said yes. Forgot to mention it was closed for renovations. Disappointing. Upside the pool was nice. Rooms clean and comfortable as expected from Cobblestone.

Very clean rooms, hot breakfast every morning. They have an indoor pool. The pool was not available on one night of the stay but it was fixed within 24 hours. They do have an exercise room but you have to contact the front desk for access. They have a very good Italian restaurant on the premises of the hotel.

Upon reaching out room, checked in a little after midnight as we were traveling through, the room next to ours must of had a pipe bust the entire hallway was soaked and several doors had towels in front of them. Walked into our room and it was really cold so we turned on the heat. The shower had a slow leak so my husband shut it off. The was a draft by the window only to find there was also a door there being covered by a curtain and the door was not all the shut and the was literally snow inside the room. The door would not shut all the way despite our best efforts. We went to sleep and got up the next morning at 7 to find there the shower would not turn on at all. Both my husband and my best friends husband tried to get it on. We got dressed and had to get on the road, prior to leaving I went once front desk to talk to them about all these issues. The front desk clerk stated well did you inform us about any of it. I said I am right now we were barely here for 6 hours and she well thanks I’ll let the manager know. For $130 stay I truly believe this was unacceptable response. I have worked in the hotel industry as a manger for 5 years and I know I should have been handled with better guest service.

After arriving at the property, and checking in, we canceled our reservation and asked for a refund (which was refused). Our rooms felt like we were in a basement, dank and musty smelling. There were large box fans in the hallway (don't know why). As we parked our vehicles on the rear side of the building a junker of a car backed into one of the adjacent stalls, and one guy went into the building while the other hung out smoking marijuana (with the motor on the vehicle still running). That's when we packed up and went back to the lobby (dark and unappealing) and checked out. We said we did not feel safe -- and found rooms at a much nicer hotel in town. The person at the front desk couldn't refund our money, so the manager called the next day. I told him that we did not feel safe, and therefore canceled our reservation. He simply told us that our reservations were non-refundable, and therefore he would not return our money.

Breakfast wasnt as good as previous stays fairly tasteless. The room has silly string on the wall from previous guest and a cup and empty pudding cup and straw wrapper under bed the steaw wrapper was in plain view, this isnt the normal when we have stayed in the past beds were clean bathroom were clean so we opted to just clean up the trash etc ourselves and comtinue to utilize the room as we were in for a reception and didnt want to switch hotels as this place has been our go to for over 10 years.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We were traveling with 2 small dogs and the room we were given was great. Often when we get a pet friendly room they can smell like a pet friendly room (if ya know what I mean) This room was really clean and smelled great. No pet odors and no heavy room fresheners covering up a pet smell. Our room was also right by an exit so taking the dogs out was easy.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We were traveling with 2 small dogs and the room we were given was great. Often when we get a pet friendly room they can smell like a pet friendly room (if ya know what I mean) This room was really clean and smelled great. Not as nice as it looked in photos. A bit bamboozled. My parents room has a door to the outside for some reason and the wind creates a high pitched noise. Quite surprised by this place.

Walked into the room ang got hit wth a gush of hot musty air. Decided to go to the pool. Again a gust of hot musty air. Pool water was clean and cool. When I got back to the room, it had cooled off. Room was clean, bed comfortable. The a/c was loud all night. I woke up at 4 am and left, so I didn’t experience the breakfast.

The hotel was an older hotel but nice. The safe was not working because it needed new batteries, we did not deal with that. The hot tub was not hot but the same temp as the swimming pool which was cool to cold. The breakfast was good but they microwave everything, so nothing was crispy. It is located in a high traffic area so there was lots of traffic noise.

The woman that we first experienced when we tried to check in the first time was not only not personable, she was rude and unapologetic for the hotel telling me they would allow me to check in at one, even though that wasn’t true. Overall, the hotel is very nice and we had a great time. I wish that woman wasn’t part of the equation though. Even if we didn’t get to check in at one like we were told, a simple “sorry, due to unforeseen circumstances, we can no longer allow you to check in early,” would’ve sufficed.

The woman that we first experienced when we tried to check in the first time was not only not personable, she was rude and unapologetic for the hotel telling me they would allow me to check in at one, even though that wasn’t true. Overall, the hotel is very nice and we had a great time. I wish that woman wasn’t part of the equation though. Even if we didn’t get to check in at one like we were told, a simple “sorry, due to unforeseen circumstances, we can no longer allow you to check in early,” would’ve sufficed.

The bed was very uncomfortable, so neither my wife or I got a good nights sleep while we were there. After we checked out, we realized that we had left 3 things in the room and when I called asking about it I was told nothing had been found and that I could call back in 30 minutes, I did and was told the same thing again. The front desk lady said she was going to go back and check the maid carts and call me back..she never did!

We really like the hotel except there were constantly People in the Lobby just hanging out which made it very awkward. It is a railroad sponsored hotel and there were honestly a lot of sketch looking people always sitting around and there was never an employee around to help with anything

Normally have a great experiance at Boarders however eveing staff was a bit unfriendly on the last night we were there our bathroom door had a hole in it upon check in the cable wall cover was missing second room look like it had snot on top cover was food dried beind night stand when went ti plug phone cord in!

I have been on a cross country relocation for a week with a cat. I made the reservation to stay, checked in, they RAN MY CREDIT CARD, then stated I wasn't able to stay due to have a cat. The reservation stated PET FRIENDLY but did not state that meant a cat? The front desk blamed it on Expedia, Expedia blamed the hotel, and charged my card anyway with no recourse whatsoever. I had to stay and pay elsewhere and was basically told "We are pet friendly, not cat friendly". UNACCEPTABLE.

The gentleman who checked us in was great, beyond our experience we witnessed him going above and beyond for every guest. Breakfast was great and the ladies did a great job of keeping it stocked.

Our room was updated and clean, however, both doors (it opened to the atrium on the inside) had broken safety latches, which was disappointing. At one point, I forgot something in my car and had to go out, only to find that I couldn't get back in without walking all the way around the hotel to the front entrance, through an unlit parking lot in an area that was around dumpsters and construction. It felt very unsafe. We also couldn't get the shower to turn on, and in trying to do so, nearly pulled the faucet out of the wall. For the money it was fine, but I don't recommend for women traveling alone, or if you have to check in after dark. The room itself was comfortable and clean, and the staff was nice.

Only downfall was cars, motorcycles racing and revving engines all night, up and down the road outside our room. Great staff, breakfast. Very clean. Great staff. Just make sure your room is not looking out at the street!

Very clean rooms, hot breakfast every morning. They have an indoor pool. The pool was not available on one night of the stay but it was fixed within 24 hours. They do have an exercise room but you have to contact the front desk for access. They have a very good Italian restaurant on the premises of the hotel.

Worked well for my family — 2 young kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was mediocre & waffle maker takes forever so it was just okay. Not many options to eat. Otherwise overall stay was okay.

The room was very clean and the bed was somewhat comfortable. Breakfast was a lot better than most places, scrambled eggs, sauage patties and links, breakfast potatoes, biscuits and gravy, and make you iwn waffles, as well as a few cereals. Hotel was remodeling but was still very clean. Extremely friendly sraff. Will stay again

This hotel is a hidden gem. Very clean, good customer service and spacious rooms. The breakfast was elaborate and good. Big indoor swimming pool and hot tub. Would definitely stay again if in town.

Pat at the front desk went above and beyond to help me out of a parking situation. She went above and beyond. Thank you Pat! The bed was comfortable. I don't think they provided a bottle of water but other than that good job!

Very nice hotel. Absolutely one of the best free breakfasts. Frequent travelers know, waffle maker or pancake maker. This place has both and donuts along with sealed best coffee. Pool looked very nice. Gambling machines. Well kept, up dated room. I don't get to grand island very often. But, I'll stay here again.

We checked in and our room was on the street side. It was immediately too noisy from traffic! I mean loud trucks and cars roaring by! We were able to move to an inside room and it was much better! We could still hear the traffic but wasn’t loud enough to be an issue. On weekend nights the street outside seems to be a racetrack so be sure to ask for a room away from the street noise. Our room was clean, the bed comfortable and had 5 pillows which we like. We were too tired to use the pool or hot tub but both looked clean and the pool area was nice. Breakfast was good, scrambled eggs and sausage, toast, waffles, muffins, yogurt, coffee, milk, juice.
