We loved the hotel we do plan to go back in June with a bigger crowd. The only down fall I wish we were notified of the elevator being down. I have a broke foot and I had to go up to the 4th floor, very inconvenient.

Stayed here during a soccer tournament. The hotel itself was nice. No ice machine was a bummer considering it was 100° while we were there. No black out curtains. Breakfast was prewrapped muffins, granola bars and coffee.

The bed had no comforter, only two sheets. The floors were so dirty they made our feet brown. The carpets everywhere were stained and the halls smelled like marijuana. The bed had no box spring. Literally just a mattress on a metal frame. No ice machines anywhere and no coffee maker in room.

Everything around the property is dirty, homeless people around, inside is filthy, carpets are dirty, only one person is working. I could not even have a key for my room because they ran out. The room was a mess the lights are not working properly the tv only works if the lights are on the floors are sticky like something was spilled but wasn't cleaned the bed needs a replacement u can feel the springs totally a bad experience i do not recommend anyone staying there this hotel should be shut down for renovations

Where to start ? Roaches in our room. Ok, it happens. Thanks for changing our room. Light turns in the room every 1 hours during the night. Killed the night sleep. Ok, you forgot to tell us how to bypass the motion sensor. Morning grab breakfast. No creamer. Seriously ? Get one of employees to go and get creamer for your guests. This is indication of not caring about your guests. Apologizing for not having muffins in the breakfast area because you are out since a week ago ?? Rooms have small kitchen. No cups no coffee machine, no plates and no silverware. No problem just call the reception and ask. We did and never got anything sent to our room. Our reservation was for a certain room. Reservation changed by hotel staff. Not sure why. Really bad experience.

Not as advertised. Every aspect of the hotel was dirty (lobby, halls, rooms, everywhere), especially the room. Shower was filthy with hair everywhere, the kitchen sink was stopped up, no hair dryer and there was no bedding for the pull-out sofa. There were zero amenities and not even basic necessities like a pillow or key cards. It was obvious this hotel is used for county housing for local residents. The look and feel is that of skilled nursing facility with younger residents, not a tourist hotel.

Our room was filthy when we walked in specifically the bathroom sink which had hair in it. We were given another room in which the toilet had not been clean and had urine on the seat. We left the hotel and got a full refund.

Chose this hotel because it had an elevator. And its proximity to the job im working. Lars at the front desk was WONDERFUL. Best thing about the place. There were no key cards, they ran out,we had to be escorted up and let into the room by Lars. The motion detector light switch was faulty & the lights kept coming on all night. The beds are lumpy and you can feel the platform frame thru the thin mattress. The upholstry was destroyed on the chairs, ripped and peeling. Fridge was turned off, so it was hot when we put our food in it.

Bring ear plugs. Hotel people were great. It was clean. Guests very noisy, not just one. Many. Slamming doors, very loud music and televisions. And Friday night motorcycle races on Hamner. noiay.

The elevator was not working had to walk cross the building to get to the stairs, then three floors then across the building to get to the room. Then the lights were motion sensor activated so every time I would turn in bed the lights would go on. So I didn’t get any rest.

Luckily it was only to sleep here but very run down hotel including staff. Strange to have to ask for cooking items or even shampoo! We almost cancelled our reservation after seeing our room. Smelled very strange too. Blinds were broken.

The most unprofessional, and most rudest customer service I’ve ever seen. So much so that I packed my bags within 20 minutes and left. They thought it was funny. It was obsurd and they all looked childish and only made themselves look bad.

Upon checking in the front desk, Robin was crying from The customer ahead of me. She stressfully asked if I was checking in and I told her yes. She threw her hands up and said I’m over booked. I don’t have room for you. She had to keep leaving the front desk because the key cards were not working and she had to walk every customer to their rooms. She called her manager, Victor, on her cell phone and handed me the phone. I shockingly starting to try and explain the situation to him. Before I could finish my second sentence he rudely interrupted me and told me he was at home and was pissed off I was calling him on an employee number. He hung up on. I had 2 other family members in your hotel that checked in prior to me. I have my 2 young children with me and had to go to find another hotel room. I have never been turned away from a hotel with a reservation. They had no intention of trying to help us get into another hotel. It was a miserable experience.

I’m writing this review for the Extended stay hotel in Norco ,Ca . This would be me and my fiancé’s second time staying at this location. I must say both times were very pleasant. The location is easy to locate. The floor we stayed on appeared to be quiet. Our room was nice and clean. What ever we needed the staff had no problem providing us with any necessary items . All the staff that we came in contact with were extremely friendly and helpful. Team leader Michael, Simmon, Renee, Melissa in house keeping and the General Manager Elizabeth all went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. If I misspelled any staff’s member’s name or left out any staff members , forgive me. You all are amazing ,and keep up the awesome team work and customer service.

Poor front desk lady said they had rooms but no keys left and the computer system failed so they could not give out any of those rooms. I prepaid and had to leave without a room.

Wasn’t what we expected at all, uncomfortable beds, Ac was getting serviced during our stay, lost power to the building, dogs barking at night, staff was not professional or friendly. There was no fresh amenities muffins were stale and no oat meal was stalked we were told they ran out so both days we stayed only coffee was offered. Our room was smoke free but smelled like cigarette smoke and it’s right next to the freeway so we heard traffic all night.

Seemed to be a lot going on outside at night with people hanging out inside their cars. Didn’t feel 100% safe.

Everything is what I expected for the price and type of hotel. Not the fanciest and not the worst but right in the middle. I was happy with the cleanliness of the hotel and it was quiet. At the end of the day those are the two things I’m really looking for. Big plus that the room had a mini kitchen with a fridge.

Friendly & helpful staff, very clean interior, nice & newer rooms, safe parking, quiet neighborhood, shopping nearby, pet friendly. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing affordable accommodations in a good neighborhood.

Do not stay here! The floors are filthy. The customer service was spotty at best. The cable was out. Downright scary people hanging out in and around the building at all hours.

The check in was the best I’ve ever had. The gentleman was very friendly polite and funny. My only down fall is how empty the room is with supplies. I did find a flyer informing that we can ask for them to bring it to us, but I kinda assumed that a coffee maker with the condiments and even Kleenex would be in the room. Oh… and they need to instruct their house keeping to clean the microwave… there is a hot pocket on the dish 😳 Yea, sorry… I’m not touching that, I will throw out my own trash as requested on flyers but that is not mine.

Everything was great. The only thing that I would change is the coffee. Please, please, please, change the coffee brand that you currently serve in the morning. The coffee tastes so bad, that I had to throw away my cup without drinking it. And several people were doing the same thing.

The property is nice and all but they announce their breakfast as if it were a buffet. I have been to other extended stays and they have all kinds of breakfast. They only have muffins and coffee at this one, how is that a free breakfast? I hope they take off the “free breakfast” or at least upgrade it, I chose this place because of it too.

Very disappointing that the hotel offers breakfast with their rate and it is a scam. When you go down to breakfast they offer you coffee, a muffin and fruit bars. If I had known that was the "breakfast included" I would have chosen another hotel.

The breakfast and coffee were cleared by 9am. I can see the breakfast being cleared but maybe they should consider keep a pot of coffee on throughout the day

Stayed here during a soccer tournament. The hotel itself was nice. No ice machine was a bummer considering it was 100° while we were there. No black out curtains. Breakfast was prewrapped muffins, granola bars and coffee.

The room was not clean there was an old chair and the fabric was peeling off of it. The the front drawer came offthe first day i got there mind you i was there 15 days with this broken drawer that no one cane to fix. never got new linen, had to request for my room to be mopped. Never asked if i needed anything. Then a whole day BEFORE checkout someone tried to get into my room saying it was time for me to check out or was i extending my stay. If it wasnt for the inside cross bar. They would have came into my room. Mind you i was napping. Wasnt fully dressed. Im good on this place.

This property is not a real hotel. It is clear that it is mainly serving long term, live in state programs. Was so tired of people/guests asking if I had any smokes. Another guest followed me to the elevator while complaining that his monthly check from the state got reduced. Many transient, and long term residents. The lobby is clean. That’s where it ends. The amount of smoke, weed, and other smells is gross. We stayed on the 2nd floor. Hallways were gross. Spills and stains everywhere. The room/cell was very basic. The beds are really on metal cots. Blinds were broken and nasty. Stains on the lamp shade between the beds. The kitchen is bare. There’s a nice sign on kitchen counter telling you to simply call the front desk if you need any dining plates/utensils and they’d bring it right up. I did that, was told to come down and get it myself. After 4 days, I asked the front desk if we could have house keeping at least come do garbages and the beds. Was told cleaning is done every two weeks; and that it is my job to take the garbages out to the dumpster. DO NOT STAY here if you are wanting a regular hotel experience. That’s not what this place is.
