We stayed for 6 nights. The good things easy checkin, breakfast was good. Pool was nice and not really busy. The down side, in the 1st 4 nights our bed was made once, garbage was not emptied for 3 days. When i complained i was told that if there was lots of garbage i could take it outside myself and put it in the garbage cans outside which were always full. we complained again the next day and they moved us to a different room. Side note we did receive clean towels everyday. The next morning after we moved our room was cleaned and garbage taken out. I mean we did not have a lot of garbage.

The hotel itself was alright, but it was not in a good neighborhood. There was a good sized puddle in our bathroom multiple times. At first I thought it was from us showering, but the. I figured out that the sink was leaking. The hairdryer in the bathroom was rusted and got rust specks on my daughter when she took it off of the wall. When we went to use the pool there were not enough pool towels for our family, but the girl at the front desk was able to get us some when we went and asked. Probably would not stay there again.

The Pool was disqusting. The paint was chipping everywhere around the pool. So when you walked to get it you would take paint chips into the pool with you. No towels in the pool either, had to go back out and ask front desk for some. Breakfast was uneddible other then the yogurt. Bed was hard as a brick. Front desk staff we receptive and nice at least

Okay, very close to my two destinations. For some reason the NBC channel on the TV was some kind of retro station, no Olympics. Also had trouble getting closed captions on most stations, but that was likely my problem. Staff was nice, pool was good but no pool towels around.

The reception quality was very poor. The elevator was all time during stay. Receptionist was yelling and doesn’t have empathy. I will not recommend that hotel to anyone.

The location was convenient to Busch stadium and the price was less than other hotels near the ballpark. Some of the areas in this hotel were obviously in need of repair or updates. The ice machine on the 2bd floor was Out-of-Order and from the looks of the sign it had been that way for awhile. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast room was clean and there was enough food, but the first morning when I got the eggs and sausage it was cold and I had to warm it in the microwave.

Everything was just okay. The cleanliness was awful. The beds had mold all on them and the other furniture fixtures as well. The floors felt slimy. Just needs a bit of better housekeeping and it was be a good place to stay

This place was absolutely disgusting!! I traveled from out of state to wake up to roaches all over the tv stand!! The walls were covered in filth! There was no hot water. I did not eat breakfast due to knowing they have a roach problem but did look and it was watered eggs and sausage. THATS IT! the building is out dated. The bathroom was falling apart and smelled very funny! The room smelled funny as well and we started to get headaches, so my husband checked the ac and noticed black mold all over it! I have pictures of everything! I tried to speak with the manager about some sort of partial reimbursement(ant least) and he sat there and said there was NOTHING he could do! Even though I had all the picture etc! Pitiful!! I wouldn’t let my worse enemy stay here! Guess we should’ve turned around when we pulled up so addicts and prostitution outside the building. But I was trying not to judge from outside, but this wouldn’t been a great time to do so! Run… DO NOT STAY!!

Bedbugs! We woke up to bedbugs in the room. Reception staff refused to believe that they were there, argued with us, and said that the pictures and video we showed could have been anywhere despite the fact that the video showed our room number and the interior of the room before zooming in on bedbugs. They refused to issue a refund despite the fact that now we had to disinfect all of our clothing and belongings. Avoid at all costs.

Rooms were dirty, floors were warped from getting wet and it smelled of mildew. Rooms were not swept properly, the toilets were dirty. There were two boards on the wall where a full body mirror had been. Pizza sauce or blood stains on the wall and work chair. Overall the property was not as clean as it could have been.

Overall good stay. Bed & pillows very comfortable. Microwave, fridge, 2 beds, breakfast, pool & safe. Not all the numbers on the safe worked, but figured out a code. Only issue was the floor. Laminated floor was pretty but very sticky. My clean slipper soles were black after 3 nights.

Great place to stop for the night on a trip. The bed was comfortable. I didn't use the Internet much, but it seemed to work. Breakfast had cereal, eggs & sausage, waffles, yogurt, toast, and juice. Not a fancy place, but very good for my needs.

These beds are so comfortable! The pillows are so soft, like squashmallows! I loved the mini fridge and microwave too. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

I was nervous at first. It seemed to be located in a bit of a forgotten area. Sign on the door read “not responsible for cars in parking lot”. But it was very clean. Newly remodeled and it was literally the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on. If I’m ever in the area again I would definitely stay here! Management was super friendly!

Quiet location and friendly staff. The bed was very comfortable and AC worked great. However, in the 3 nights we stayed they never did housekeeping and only once gave fresh towels. The bathrooms could be cleaner.

Location was quiet and safe. Front desk staff were very friendly. When we got to the room, our TV cable didn’t work. A quick call to the desk and the problem was remedied immediately by replacing the TV. We stayed here for the location near the hospital where my mom was having surgery the next day, which was a quick 15 minutes away. Beds and room were super comfortable, room was large and included a sofa and desk, so we had a super comfortable stay. Would most definitely stay here again!

Staff was very rude upon my arrival and a couple other times. Broken glass out in the parking lot for whole weekend. Only good thing was remote location and quiet. Otherwise our stay was not very enjoyable.

They cancelled my reservation without me knowing and didn't even have the decency to try to make it right. We had to travel elsewhere to find a hotel at 11 at night.

Booked the room. But was not alowed to check in at all. cause i didnt have ID. Had all booking info. But not. ID. HOWEVER they still charged my card with out seeing my ID. So they can take my money assuming its me but wouldn't let me stay in the room. When i show them everything but my ID HOW MANY TIMES have they charged a unknowing person. Since it doesnt matter whos names on the card. And charged my card with in minutes of the booking. So my review is GO ANYWHERE but here

Location was quiet and safe. Front desk staff were very friendly. When we got to the room, our TV cable didn’t work. A quick call to the desk and the problem was remedied immediately by replacing the TV. We stayed here for the location near the hospital where my mom was having surgery the next day, which was a quick 15 minutes away. Beds and room were super comfortable, room was large and included a sofa and desk, so we had a super comfortable stay. Would most definitely stay here again!

Staff very cordial. We were satisfied with our stay. Location is near food and commerce options. LOTS of handicap parking = the WHOLE front row near the building. Trim strip missing in bathroom made it appear less than clean. HARD TO GET IN & OUT OF TUB FOR BATH as only one puny grab bar = likely works fine for children. Shower is like a gentle rain. Sink faucet on cold leaks water all over counter.

I booked without reading reviews and then got scared. However, this was a perfectly average experience. Clean bed, great staff and for being in East St. Louis, I felt very safe. It is so close to everything by car. On a no frills budget? Great place to stay.

The rooms were decent—clean and with some recent updates. However, this location may not be the best choice for families with children. We noticed some concerning activity, including individuals loitering in the parking lot and unusual behavior from other guests. Due to these factors, we ended our stay early. Quiet location and friendly staff. The bed was very comfortable and AC worked great. However, in the 3 nights we stayed they never did housekeeping and only once gave fresh towels. The bathrooms could be cleaner.

Great for the price. Beds were comfortable, lots of parking. Fairly close to Busch stadium so Uber was easy to get to and from. The whole place could be afford to be deep cleaned. The room needed the walls, floors, and mirrors cleaned. Breakfast was decent. Staff was very nice.

The area around the hotel is not the greatest. A lot of closed businesses n not much to do. But the hotel was just fine. Everything went well.

I had a great experience here while visiting my father at Barnes hospital. It’s a 15-20 minute easy drive to Barnes. The room was clean, bed and linens were comfortable. There is a grocery store close and several fast food places close. The price was great and was close enough to the city for easy travel.

I chose to stay here because it was not downtown st.louis and affordable. We were traveling with our 5mo old baby and walked in to weed smell and then our non smoking floor smelled strongly of cigarettes. The only reason we stayed was because our room smelled like it was bombed to get rid of the smoke smell. The room itself was ok, not the worst I've stayed in but the shower had a bunch of hair and fuzz. My husband went down for breakfast at 7 and all they had was bread....we decided to go to the McDonald's down the street but they weren't much better haha could just be this town as a whole was pretty beat. Overall we lived but I wouldn't go back. Only plus side was it was 10 minutes from the arch which was our next stop.

We were really disappointed with the state of the coffee machine, which was visibly dirty. When we requested a replacement, the staff informed us that maintenance wouldn't be available until the next morning due to evening unavailability. The service and facilities fell short of expectations.

Location wise the hotel was good. However, the rooms were not very clean. Especially the room floor was sticky. There was no coffee available at the reception area. When I asked about it, I was told that the breakfast area is closed and coffee will be available in the morning only during the breakfast hours. Coffee machine in the room was dirty and we didn't use it. Lift floor was also wet most of the times. Overall not a very good experience.

The Pool was disqusting. The paint was chipping everywhere around the pool. So when you walked to get it you would take paint chips into the pool with you. No towels in the pool either, had to go back out and ask front desk for some. Breakfast was uneddible other then the yogurt. Bed was hard as a brick. Front desk staff we receptive and nice at least

Great place to stop for the night on a trip. The bed was comfortable. I didn't use the Internet much, but it seemed to work. Breakfast had cereal, eggs & sausage, waffles, yogurt, toast, and juice. Not a fancy place, but very good for my needs.

Kinda dirty, people smoking right outside the entrance went breakfast shortly after it opened, no juice or coffee. 1small apple in the fruit bowl only 1 yogurt. Tables very sticky.

The location was convenient to Busch stadium and the price was less than other hotels near the ballpark. Some of the areas in this hotel were obviously in need of repair or updates. The ice machine on the 2bd floor was Out-of-Order and from the looks of the sign it had been that way for awhile. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast room was clean and there was enough food, but the first morning when I got the eggs and sausage it was cold and I had to warm it in the microwave.

we asked the desk to replace our linnens on second day as we had spilled wine on bed, this was around 10 am, we asked again at 2 and again at 4 where we were told that houskeeping had gone home, and they would gige us linnens byt we had to make ourselves. very unhappy with this response as my wife had to make bed. we couldnt get our trash picked up and had to ask for everything. on monday at 6;10 when i went down to get coffee the door to breakfast area was locked and the guy said to wait 10 minutes. we also had to report to front desk that the breakfast guy was handling food barehanded than handling garbage than right bacfk to food still no hand washing or gloves. we did not eat breakfast after that. i feel we should be reimbursed as this was a terrible experience.
