Parking was effective , rooms were clean , pool was clean

Dirty room, rude staff. Upon arrival 45 min to check in time at 3pm, we had to ring a doorbell for service, which then a guy mowing directed another guy to come to the front. When the guy walked up to us he asked if he could help us. We stated we were there to check in. He said "check in is at 3". So its apparent he's already having a horrible day. He opens the lobby door and says well let's see if we have anything available. I informed him that if we need to wait we can come back, that would be okay. He says "it's your lucky day, we have one, I'll be right back to see if its clean". We finish checking in with the appropriate information. Then he cannot locate the key. After coming back with the key. We get to check into our room only 10 min to 3, at this point. THE ROOM WAS ABSOLUTELY APAULING, NOT TO MENTION IT HAD ONE BED FOR THREE OF US. NO COUCH, NOTHING BUT ONE BED AND A CHAIR. IT WAS SO RUN DOWN., SMELLED OF FILTH. IT WAS LIKE A WEEKLY RENTED DRUG HOUSE. We informed them that we cannot stay there, let alone sleep in that room with ONE BED. He said you and two children would fit if they are under the age of 12. Um, NO! He offered to discount the room. NO! He refunded us.

The wifi was slow everything else was good

The aircondition dont work good the room was hot, we buy a fan at walmart

The front desk staff who checked me in was very friendly. The room was small but clean. The bed was very comfortable. There was a fridge and microwave, which was super convenient. There weren’t hooks in the washroom to hang your clothes. I couldn’t put many things on the narrow sink. They only have two bars of soap, so bring your own shampoo. There’s free parking, but they ask you to park in front of your room. Overall it was a comfortable stay.
