Overall, we were satisfied with pour stay. Service was good and everyone was super friendly. The only negative points would be the lack of commodities and short supply of kitchen Ware. The bathroom coule have been cleaner and the Room showed a bit of age. The swinming pool was a nice addition. Clean and fun. The staff made it a nice stat and the beds were always done with New towels every day when we came back.

I am a big fan of these old-school motels, that still offer great comfort at very affordable prices. Proper key and fob instead of a card, dedicated parking spot, small business still out here kickin a$$. I got the room with the jetted tub, everything was very clean, and in good working condition. Nice touches and attention to detail, would stay here again for sure.

I've stayed here 3 times so far in the last while as I have been coming to the area for some manual work. The hot tub room, while meant for couples, provides the perfect way to unwind after a labourous day, and you can't beat the price. I am generally a fan of old-school motels that still offer great comfort at very affordable prices. A proper physical key instead of unreliable magnet or chip cards, and the dedicated free parking spot were appreciated. Happy to support a small business with hospitable staff still out here doing it right.

Place is clean, 10mn to Niagara Falls by car, free parking in front of our door, a/c, clean bathroom, a lot of restaurants near and there is a pool. Also a fridge, a microwave and a dining table with 2 chairs in the room. The price was good for a saturday night, definitly comming back. Thanks to the boss for freezing the icepack even tho there was a mini freezer in our fridge.

The inn may be old but don't be fooled by its appearance because we actually had a great stay. It provided all the necessary things that we need. Robert was really nice, friendly and helpful. He gave us connecting rooms. They have two bbq grills that we were able to use during our last day. The outdoor pool was fantastic, a great way to relax and swim during a very hot and humid weather. We had a wonderful time during our stay and we will definitely stay here again.

Checked in and immediately checked out! Blood on sheets, hairs in bed, as we pulled the sheets down the sheets teared. There was a used soap bar in the bathroom, the bathroom window could not be locked, smoke detector in the room was wrapped in a plastic, the AC unit was taped all over with duck tape, paint in all walls and door frames are peeling, the bathroom tiles were painted over with white paint and was peeling showing rust underneath. Stains on walls.

There was urine all over the toilet seat! The mirror had water marks all over it,the bed had pubic hair and dead toenails in it. This room was obviously not cleaned. When my husband complained the man at front desk was rude and complained that he isn't a cleaner. Obviously upset at my request for a clean room. My husband and I left and had to find better accommodations.

Terrible and tude staff. mattres flung when i tried to get on the bed. another bed gad wheels and moced when i got on. no accessible plug points. lamp wasn't working. thermostat couldn't be controlled. the bathroom had no lock. furniture was old, chipped and squeky. when asked the staff member said " do you think i built this place, i don't know why there is no lock in the bathroom, i can't do anything". did not expect expedia to list such terrible places. this was the worst hotel i stayed in my entire life.

Aircon not working well enough to feel comfortable, location room really sunny , we need to sleep close to the aircon or just a fan ( instead of our head at headboard position , the other way due to really room really warm .swimming pool slide is wiggling . Maintenance, no coffee machine .

If you like fancy things that not for you. It was okay. the room wasnt dirty but it wasnt clean . I found some stain on the sheet that seem to be here since along time ago. The a/c was working at FULL , it was really cold but if you turn it down a little bit it wasnt cold at all. The tv barely catch any channel. the pool is cool. The reception guy was really kind. If you are looking for 1 night its not a huge problem but its not worth it more than 100$ for sure

The room could use some TLC and some more cleaning (lots of hair in the bathroom, floors felt sticky, water marks running down the wall, and the towels had black marks on them). The bed was very uncomfortable and thankfully I brought my own pillows as the pillows provided smelt horrible. We were very disappointed that the tub only had 2 jets..

The property is conveniently located with markets all around. The room was neat and clean. Staff was courteous. All the appliances were working fine (Deluxe Kitchen). Cons: There was snow all around the property. Snow removal would have been good. Or at least spread salt. Room felt a little cold as we could not control temp in the room because it was centrally controlled.

Definitely clean. New beds (very firm). We had the family suite which was 2 rooms (3 beds) and 2 bathrooms which was great space for a family of 5. Good value, but rooms are dated and towels were small. We had an issue with heating in one of the rooms but staff was very responsive.

Front desk friendly and quick for checking in. Motel needs some up grading in the rooms which kind of makes thing look dirty. The room had everything we needed. Lots of dinning options around. We were in town tor a baseball tournament

The owner was very polite, helpful, and respectful. He was very vigelrnt on keeping people safe and respectful of one another and the rules of the pool. Our first night a storm came, he kept watch and had the pool closed up just as storm approached. Was the most comfortable stay we've had in Niagara Falls in quite some time.

Nice place to have a family gathering. I enjoyed the stay. Front desk was fast and polite. Cleaning staff was great. I had a family gathering they were able to accommodate 5 families and use their bbq and chairs for a birthday. Thank you falcon inn from Adolfo Matus

The property is great if you want to stay in a quiet and comfortable location at Niagara , Rooms are good and the pool is excellent.

would definitely stay here again, staff was very friendly, about a 15 min drive to clifton hill, lots of space, very clean. enjoyed the pool!!

Place is clean, 10mn to Niagara Falls by car, free parking in front of our door, a/c, clean bathroom, a lot of restaurants near and there is a pool. Also a fridge, a microwave and a dining table with 2 chairs in the room. The price was good for a saturday night, definitly comming back. Thanks to the boss for freezing the icepack even tho there was a mini freezer in our fridge.

The property is conveniently located with markets all around. The room was neat and clean. Staff was courteous. All the appliances were working fine (Deluxe Kitchen). Cons: There was snow all around the property. Snow removal would have been good. Or at least spread salt. Room felt a little cold as we could not control temp in the room because it was centrally controlled.

Dirty room, rude staff. Upon arrival 45 min to check in time at 3pm, we had to ring a doorbell for service, which then a guy mowing directed another guy to come to the front. When the guy walked up to us he asked if he could help us. We stated we were there to check in. He said "check in is at 3". So its apparent he's already having a horrible day. He opens the lobby door and says well let's see if we have anything available. I informed him that if we need to wait we can come back, that would be okay. He says "it's your lucky day, we have one, I'll be right back to see if its clean". We finish checking in with the appropriate information. Then he cannot locate the key. After coming back with the key. We get to check into our room only 10 min to 3, at this point. THE ROOM WAS ABSOLUTELY APAULING, NOT TO MENTION IT HAD ONE BED FOR THREE OF US. NO COUCH, NOTHING BUT ONE BED AND A CHAIR. IT WAS SO RUN DOWN., SMELLED OF FILTH. IT WAS LIKE A WEEKLY RENTED DRUG HOUSE. We informed them that we cannot stay there, let alone sleep in that room with ONE BED. He said you and two children would fit if they are under the age of 12. Um, NO! He offered to discount the room. NO! He refunded us.

The front desk staff who checked me in was very friendly. The room was small but clean. The bed was very comfortable. There was a fridge and microwave, which was super convenient. There weren’t hooks in the washroom to hang your clothes. I couldn’t put many things on the narrow sink. They only have two bars of soap, so bring your own shampoo. There’s free parking, but they ask you to park in front of your room. Overall it was a comfortable stay.
