this property was beautiful . and conveniantly close to Blue Mountain Village . the room's were very modern and clean . theres 2 hot tubs and a swimming pool on site .

I loved the location at the base of the mountain. It wasn’t too far from the village, Collingwood or the scandinav spa. The property is a little tired looking with areas needing touch ups of paint. The unit was well stocked in the kitchen but the frying pans were stainless steel and not easy to fry with. The top shelf on the kitchen was too high and not easy to reach the glasses. The sound from the TV was not good, staticky. These are small things that really didn’t affect my stay too much….Just observations😊. The owner was excellent in responding quickly to my text messages. I recommend this resort for its location, amenities (pool, hot tub and restaurant on site) and the responsiveness of the owner.

This condo had a “chalet” feel. Bright and airy with every space well designed. Comfortable, large beds — so nice to have 2 bathrooms. Well stocked kitchen. The outdoor heated, salt water pool was wonderful. Ideal to be very close to Blue Mountain Village but not in the midst of the noise and crowds. Would definitely stay here again!

Good place well equipped. Enjoyed 15mins of the hot tub every morning followed by a jump on the salt water pool. The hot tub definitely needs more than one cleaning (if that’s even done) it was a little scuzzy but we still used at our own risk

Great host! Place was a bit on the out-dated side and would definitely need a renovation but for the price on a last minute booking (1-day prior to stay), I am over-all satisfied with the experience for a 2-night stay. The two things that I disliked were the squeaky bed and the noice you hear from footsteps above the unit since flooring is wood. The unit was complete, came with a kitchen, living and sleeping area and parking was easily available even during the winter peak season.

Amazing place to stay and relax, it is comfortable as at home feeling. Swiming pool and hot tub are most enjoyable, by two minutes walk time you are in other space to relaese city stress and unwind your mind to ease. It is close to Blue mountain Vilage and there is all happening to enjoy great days with other people and activities, shops and restaurants as you can endoulge on.

Clean room/ condo loft. This place had everything we needef for our stay away and the bed was very comfortable. The room was very well equipped and super quiet too with a nice view of the hill, and nice to be close to ski in and out.

Condo itself is decent with a few discrepancies. Had a previously blood stained pillow cover and hand towel. Tops of baseboards are gross and some cracking drywall on the header above kitchen island. Lower levels get a lot of noice from above. Property management company is quite annoying with their communications. Taking your own trash to the commercials bins seems a bit much.

Jets we're not cleaned and daugher had gross stuff (bugs, mould?) come out into her tub. Key pad did not work (our code) when we arrived. Had to sit outside for 15 mins until we were let in.

It would be a lovely unit if it were well maintained and prepared. One bathroom was not well cleaned - urine marks on the floor; the bathtub in the second bathroom did not drain properly – lots of hair, probably not cleaned in months. The two dining-room chairs were wobbly. The deck door mosquito screen was not working. Some lights were not working – above the kitchen counter. Simply, the unit requires maintenance and investment.

The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The bed and pillows were very comfy and we were able to adjust the room temp to our comfort. Its just down the road from the village if you want to go out but far enough away to feel quiet and peaceful. Would definitely go back.

The properety was exceptionally clean with the exception of the shower/tub tile where the grout was black with mildew and not pleasant.The shower cover bar in particular and chrome tap were covered in rust. The bathtub was a replacement over the original tub which raised the height for entry to a very high level. Very difficult to navigate without and accident for seniors. We were provided with an entry code for the door and after entering and trying the door handle it would not open. We tried several times without success and then went to another visitors unit in bldg #1 and asked for help. After entering the door code the handle was operated and door came open . No-one told us until after help arrived that it was not the handle that opened the door BUT THE DEADBOLT. Only applicable to bldg# 3.This process took 1 &1/2 hours of wasted time. Absolutely NO INSTRUCTION on operating the T.V. No T.V.channel guide available.

The heater smelled like it was burning when it was turned on, not enough towels for how many nights we stayed, didn't seem like the place was dusted, the kitchenware needed to be updated. Overall the place was an 8/10 as we thought we should bring extra towels incase we needed them. It was very nice inside , had to bathrooms, was roomy, had a hot tub, and was walking distance to the village. The only suggestion I would have is to have a bigger mat for the main entrance as it was always wet from going in and out in the winter months !

We enjoyed our Blue Mountain getaway. The check in and out process was easy and efficient. The unit was probably very impressive in its time however due to the heavy rental usage...was dated and tired. It was very clean. Priced right for a reasonably priced mini vacation.

The condo was very clean and a great place to stay. However, the pull-out couch was uncomfortable and I would say it should not be considered a bed, and the bed on the main floor was also below standard. Communication with the host was excellent. I would definitely return if the sleeping arrangements were updated.

Room was okay, fairly basic studio. Definitely could use an update. Bed + pillows were fine but not great, sheets and comforter were soft. Definitely a convenient option if you want to avoid all the additonal restaurant costs since theres a full kitchen. We brought our own cooking and dining supplies but there were some available. The Blue Mountain shuttle does run to this location which was super convenient, and free! This place was a little less pricey than the suites in the village, and we saved a bit on meals from cooking, but we had to spend a couple hundred to do activities which are often included if you stay in the village. Weigh your options based on the current cost and what youre looking to do during your stay, but overall it was nice. We spent a majority of our time enjoying the outdoors anyways.

The pictures shown on the expedia plattform as well as parts of the discreption did not match the apartment. After several intends to come to a solution during our stay with the service provider the option provided to us were that we could book another apartment and to pay fully for the already rented apartment as well as the other apartment. We stated numerous times, and this was even suggested by one of the agents of the service providing company on the first attempt to change the apartements, to pay the difference in addition to an additional cleaning fee. After having numerous experiences with hotels as well as apartments in north america over the last years this was very unfortunate. Hence the rating.

Early sign out and late move in are not comfortable. Probably hotels should rebate 30-50% for a one day for a long stay. Let me elaborate. Compare a case when different people rent room every day during 5 days: owners should bring new bed linen, towels, cleanup rooms, change soap, pay governess etc. But if the room was rented by one then all these initial setup should not provided, thus could be discounted. Last one: 11checkout and 16 check in -- is 5 hours when we can not use the room. 24/5 = ~20% overall.

It was easy check-in! The room was clean. Community was cute. Quick drive to The Village. Better signage/instruction for the air conditioner controls would be nice. Quick response for clearer directions/instructions. Informing occupants that there is no smoking on the balcony would be good too Overall we had a great time and we consider staying here again.

Condo itself is decent with a few discrepancies. Had a previously blood stained pillow cover and hand towel. Tops of baseboards are gross and some cracking drywall on the header above kitchen island. Lower levels get a lot of noice from above. Property management company is quite annoying with their communications. Taking your own trash to the commercials bins seems a bit much.

Jets we're not cleaned and daugher had gross stuff (bugs, mould?) come out into her tub. Key pad did not work (our code) when we arrived. Had to sit outside for 15 mins until we were let in.

The picture in the advertisement does not look at all what the place we stayed like looked like. The place was run down. There was cat litter on the porch and random stuff in the closets. The room was very small. You are expected to fully clean the place before you leave and asked to take your recycling and garbage. There was no recycling bins so I had to take my recycling home with me. If you want a late check out they charge you $100.00. The price listed for nightly rate was increased dramatically when you got to check out do to all the extra charges. It was too far to walk to the village.

Clean room/ condo loft. This place had everything we needef for our stay away and the bed was very comfortable. The room was very well equipped and super quiet too with a nice view of the hill, and nice to be close to ski in and out.

This condo had a “chalet” feel. Bright and airy with every space well designed. Comfortable, large beds — so nice to have 2 bathrooms. Well stocked kitchen. The outdoor heated, salt water pool was wonderful. Ideal to be very close to Blue Mountain Village but not in the midst of the noise and crowds. Would definitely stay here again!

Room was okay, fairly basic studio. Definitely could use an update. Bed + pillows were fine but not great, sheets and comforter were soft. Definitely a convenient option if you want to avoid all the additonal restaurant costs since theres a full kitchen. We brought our own cooking and dining supplies but there were some available. The Blue Mountain shuttle does run to this location which was super convenient, and free! This place was a little less pricey than the suites in the village, and we saved a bit on meals from cooking, but we had to spend a couple hundred to do activities which are often included if you stay in the village. Weigh your options based on the current cost and what youre looking to do during your stay, but overall it was nice. We spent a majority of our time enjoying the outdoors anyways.

I loved the location at the base of the mountain. It wasn’t too far from the village, Collingwood or the scandinav spa. The property is a little tired looking with areas needing touch ups of paint. The unit was well stocked in the kitchen but the frying pans were stainless steel and not easy to fry with. The top shelf on the kitchen was too high and not easy to reach the glasses. The sound from the TV was not good, staticky. These are small things that really didn’t affect my stay too much….Just observations😊. The owner was excellent in responding quickly to my text messages. I recommend this resort for its location, amenities (pool, hot tub and restaurant on site) and the responsiveness of the owner.

Great host! Place was a bit on the out-dated side and would definitely need a renovation but for the price on a last minute booking (1-day prior to stay), I am over-all satisfied with the experience for a 2-night stay. The two things that I disliked were the squeaky bed and the noice you hear from footsteps above the unit since flooring is wood. The unit was complete, came with a kitchen, living and sleeping area and parking was easily available even during the winter peak season.

Thin pillows. We didn’t realize the cleaners wait outside when we went fifteen minutes over the checkout time requested. Otherwise the room #614 was very clean and it has amazing view of the mountain.

Hello, Upon arrival, I didn't know that there were several buildings and had to ask the Indian restaurant what building to go to. Their help was correct. I was given a code to enter the room, but unfortunately, was the incorrect code. There was a lock box, but the online staff also didn't have the right code for the box. Frustrating, It did take some time to obtain the proper code and finally was able to get into the room after 15-20 mins. As this was a working trip, I was leaving early in the morning and returning late at night. Although there were 3 windows that potentially could open, I could only open one (plus a sliding door). I had asked to obtain a new crank for the window, but didn't get one. The 3rd window was screwed shut, so it was impossible to open it. I also couldn't get the ceiling fan to work, so I asked to have an attendant turn it on. Apparently, there is a switch on the wall, however, the remote control doesn't state you have to have the switch on in order for the remote to work. Would have been nice to have that switch labeled. Either way, it was a place to crash at the end of a long work day. I did get to use the hot tub and pool one evening. Strange, there was a lot of foam in the hot tub and some of the foam was a dark grey colour. I hope the management can take my information to create a better, smoother experience for customers.
