Very clean room a nice bathroom, really nice sheets on the bed and good towels. Very courteous staff. Easy to depart in the middle of the night for the airport.

Spotless clean room, very cosy and the staff were excellent throughout.

Despite responding to the email request to confirm arrival time 7 days before our booking & communicating we would arrive at 7:30pm & were driving, and then 2 days prior to our booking asking to reserve parking, we arrived at the hotel to find the parking was closed due to an event which nobody had bothered to tell us about. We had to drive around for 20 minutes to try & find parking, then eventually park 10 minutes away on insecure street parking, nearer to the Premier Inn which we could/should have booked instead. Awful lack of communication/response & didn't get the free parking specified on the booking, which was one of the main reasons we booked causing us considerable inconvenience.
