The front desk staff was very nice. The rooms were large and clean. It’s a little close to the freeway so if you’re a light sleeper, you might want to bring earplugs. The breakfast was nice . This hotel is top-notch.

Horrible from start. We were placed on the 3rd floor with my elderly mother. Then informed the elevator was down and we had to lug all our luggage up. The receptionist was horrible. He had no manners. Sucked his thumb everyone we saw him. Our first night I woke up in the am ans stepped into a puddle of water. We went to the front and the manager was there he said he wil have it taken care of. We got back to hotel and said they fixed it. Got into our room and there’s a puddle. Called down to the front desk and he said let me see if we have another room and hung up on me. He called back and made me-go down to get the desk to get our new keys and then we needed to move everything again. The elevator was out the entire 5 days we were there. We were told it was supposed to be fixed the second day we were there. The tub didn’t drain at all. Every time you showered you had a puddle in the tub. We asked for a room on the first floor was told none were available. The floors throughout the hotel were disgusting and had trash all over it. I will not be coming back. Our room was never cleaned the entire time we were there!

The door on the side was broken. If it was shut, you could not open it with your room key. The hotel chain just merged. They have the reservations messed up. I was booked for 2 nights. While I was at a wedding, I was getting phone calls and text messages saying my stuff was still in the room and I needed to remove it.

It was just ok. We were on 3rd floor had to walk up and down because elevators were not working. The Tv turned on but not able to watch any channels. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Probably would stay somewhere else next time.

I wouldn't have stayed here if I hadn't waited too long to reserve a room somewhere else in the area. This is my third stay here within the past year and it's just gotten progressively worse each time. They've been going through a "renovation" over the past year and rebadging from a Red Roof Inn to a Sleep Inn and you can tell it's just lipstick on a pig. Each time I've been there, I was unable to use the deadbolt on the door because the hole on the frame didn't match up to the door deadbolt. This time, we had a room on the third floor and the elevator was broken. Not surprising because it sounded like it needed work each time we had used it before. When we opened the door to the room, you could smell a burnt plastic smell. Found the mat under the fridge melted so I requested a new fridge, which was the only good thing from the stay. Aside from the burnt plastic smell, the room just had a musty smell the further you went inside. The door at the end of the building not monitored by the front desk was left unsecured most of the time and the one time it was secured, I was unable to gain access with my room key card like most hotels. The stairwell we used had a broken banister at the third floor end. The microwave in our room hadn't been cleaned, it had what appeared to be soup that had overflowed onto the plate. There was some sticky substance on the floor outside of the bathroom that we had to clean up. I don't even want to know. So, my recommendation is find somewhere else
