On the way from Colorado to Michigan, I stopped here for the night. Traveling alone with my dog, I wanted a safe place that was pet friendly and this fit the bill. Staff was helpful, place was good.

The hotel was in a good place - easy to get to and appeared safe. We ran across the street to the Aldi to get stuff for meals in the room, which was nice. The sheets and towels were clean, and the front desk folks were friendly. There was an attempt to wipe down the surfaces, but things weren't that clean; it was good I carry our own Lysol wipes. We had to clean some dried boogers off the wall, every surface by light switches and handles were visibly dirty - hadn't been deep cleaned in a while. Everything seemed a little greasy and grimy in the room, the breakfast area, hallways, etc. The fitness center is really small - a couple cardio machines and some old, rusty dumbbells. This was also the smallest extended stay suite I've stayed in. Overall, it's an inexpensive place to sleep. If I had to stay there again, we would, but it wouldn't be my first choice.

The breakfast was closed down 30 mins early and the the employee who was supposed to be serving lied when I asked about breakfast times. The rooms were pretty run down. There was tape over the fire sprinklers in our room. They have a front desk help text-I sent a message and didn’t receive a response for 6 hours. The side doors say they are locked 24 hours, but they weren’t ever locked. Our room door wasn’t closed all the way when we went to it after checking in.

Stayed here a few nights due to the convenience of having a kitchen, the location and the cost. The gym is not great but otherwise I have no complaints. The blackout curtains were great. Super nice staff!

The staff was amazing and went out of their way to help us with whatever we needed. Disappointed there wasn't a way to disinfect the workout equipment. All the gyms have spray bottles and towels so we can keep the machines germ-free. Thank goodness, the front desk had a spray I could use. It needs to be standard in your Fitness rooms.

Have stayed at MainStay Suites for years, particularly in Lincoln. However this MainStay Suites was a total disaster. Best to avoid. No breakfast was offered without explanation. The doors into and put off the hotel were grimy and dirty, except where people's hands had rubbed off the dirt. The room had cracked tiles and missing edges where the tile transitioned to carpet. You could easily cut your foot on it. The exit at the end of the hallway says locked 24 hours but actually it is tired open 24 hours with zip ties. Morning around the property assisted to be regularly cleaned. The doors even in the room we're sticky as if a dirty mop had been used. The whole place smelled unclean making for a miserable stay. After we got in the car we wiped off our hands and elbows with Clorox wipes.

dirty, old worn out hotel, dead spider in cob web in bedroom , filthy carpet in hallway, leaky faucet and shower, 1 pound of water pressure in shower, 2 recliners in room ready for goodwill unfriendly staff, a washcloth for dishes i wouldn't use as a grease rag in the garage, Iowa State marching band rehashing in the room above, should have checked out, will never go back

Great customer service the staff was very welcoming. The hotel was very clean. Our room was clean and smelled very good. There a shopping center within walking distance. Many restaurant's to go eat in the area. Will stay there again in the near future.

After I booked the room I was wondering if it included breakfast, so I checked the website. I did not see anything that indicated that it did, however it was included. The only real complaint that I would have is that the bathroom ventilation system was not working, so it was exceptionally humid in there throughout the entire stay.

There was nothing incredibly wrong. We had a good night's sleep in a comfortable bed. Staff did their best. The TV could not be coaxed off the single channel it turned on to. Despite the desk clerk and me each looking up directions for finding ways to fix this, none of the on-line solutions worked. The clerk gave me a "new" remote (although the back cover was missing from both of them). Tried everything again, including unplugging the tv and the box. No go. And there was no one available who knew anything. Breakfast was very basic. Waffles were the hot option. Would have like some protein. We had previosly not tried this chain, and it will not be my first choice in the future, but there are definitely worse many worse options.

Our king bed room had a full kitchen (slightly smaller than average appliances, but perfect for a hotel)! It was furnished with pots, pans, utensils, plates, bowls, etc. It even had a dishwasher. We cooked steaks & shrimp with no problems. :) The only con is that the breakfast didnt have much variety, nor did it have much in the way of protein other than eggs and some veggies with a scant amount of sausage mixed in. Otherwise, it was perfect for what we needed. Right behind the Coral Ridge Mall and near Costco. You could easily walk to Texas Roadhouse and a few of the other stores. Located just off of I80.

Jordan the General manager is an ace in the hole for this hotel. He actually gretted me by name as i walked in the door after we spoke on the phone about a special need. I am definitely using this place again. Breyana at the desk was a warm as a camp fire in january also kind and welcoming. Great job!!!

There was never an employee at the front desk. It was so frustrating having to call and call and call to try and find an employee. We did not have any hot or even warm water. We had cold showers. It was awful.

I was prepared to give 5 stars. However, when I was checking in, I was given no information about breakfast times, wifi, etc. Also, evidently one of my neighbors needs to sleep with the TV on. Although it wasn't loud, it was enough to interrupt my sleep (being a light sleeper) I loved having a refrigerator with freezer. I was able to make ice cubes for my cooler. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was also comfortable. The shower ran quietly but the exhaust fan wasn't running. Breakfast was okay. The syrup dispenser had a stalactite of hardened syrup hanging down and seemed to be empty or clogged. It wasn't very appetizing. All in all, I would consider staying here again.

Very good location near restaurants and a mall. Easy to get to and to get out of. Costco nearby for gasoline. Room is dated but clean and functional with a kitchenet and a supply of pots and pans and silverware and dishes which were perfect for our stay. We travel through twice a year and will stay again.

If you are looking for an extended stay because you are a construction worker, this place is perfect. If you are looking for an overnight stay maybe, not so much. I am a businessman and hate to leave anything but 5 star reviews, but I felt that I needed to. Image being color blind and not being able to see red .. can't, well this room had the TV to let you know what it is like. There was nearly no water pressure in the shower. On the plus side, the beds were comfy and aside from being dated, the room was clean and suitable. Breakfast? They had 5 little tables and a couch with a counter. I can't imagine what it would have been like on a busy weekend. No room to sit, they had trouble keeping up with hot food and used the cheapest paper plates and plastic cups you can imagine. Every single person struggled to get one cup unstuck from the others and had to use at least 3 plates if you wanted to place any food on it.

My wife had an appointment that morning so I went down for breakfast. I think it was pretty light. Only waffles, but no waffle syrup, and very little batter. Only coffee and no juice. I don't intend to go back.

The room had a kitchen and premium cable channels on the tv. The room had been cleaned with vinegar and there was visible streaks on items in the room and the common hallways/elevator. The bathroom had a non functioning fan. The staff I encountered was not very welcoming. Breakfast is only offered on the weekends. Overall, I would pass on staying here again.

The location was convenient, and my room was spacious and clean. I really liked the in-room kitchen. The only negative was the hot breakfast. It is only offered on weekends and the Saturday I was there no one replenished the hot food, during the time I was eating (6:45a-7:15a), which ran out. The food I had was fine, though. I will go back if I am there on a weekend, but not on a weekday. I like a hot breakfast when I am working.
