B/W Plus Buxton Lee Wood Hotel

Parking a bonus, for overnight trip to Buxton Opera House. Food excellent and staff lovely

Ideal stay in a lovely hotel with great helpful staff . I’d definitely stay there again.

The hotel.was ideally situated to explore Buxton. The area where the hotel was is lovely and quiet. The hotel itself is clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We only stayed for 1 night which usually means you get a small room but the room was a good size. The floorboards outside in the corridors are very creaky which kept us awake at times and had we stayed longer it would have disturbed our sleep but other than that I would definitely stay here again.

Old hotel which could do with some TLC, but then prices would have to rise significantly. Big room. Decent sized bathroom. Shower over bath. Shower pressure very good. Cosy little bar area. Lovely setting, easy walking distance to/from town centre. Good range of eateries and bars in town. All staff very nice. Would definitely book this hotel again.
