There was very loud bar which kept shaking my room due to beat and loud music. Informed reception and they said last night was weekend and there wouldn’t be any more noise tonight but every single night was same and couldn’t sleep. Due to restless nights and not able to sleep, I ended up in hospital where I was given relaxation injection. Absolute terrible

This is the first time in two years I make a critical comment about a hotel I have stayed in Dubai. The entrance was undergoing works and visitors had to go through a little door on the side leading to a dirty service corridor. The corridors on the 6th floor where I was staying had pieces of paper and plastic on the carpet. What was the most disappointing was the breakfast: food such as scrambled eggs and sausages were oily and seemed exposed for too long. The breakfast room was dark and drab. The selection of food for breakfast was small. Coffee was basically ditchwater and one had to pay extra for cappucino and expresso, generally available for free at most 3 or 4 star hotels after paying the breakfast fee. Bed mattresses were soft and not very ergonomic for the back. The supposed king-sized bed was in fact two beds side-by-side.Half of the machines at the gym were not working and there was no personnel available there to check them out. The swimming pool was pleasant though...

On the positives, a nice large room with good bathroom. Nice breakfast choice, tasty and again, friendly and helpful staff. Able to order additional items such as omelettes but this was not mentioned and only knew as I saw staff walking out the kitchen with food orders. On the downside, the bathroom needed a bit of TLC, the toilet seat was loose and moved as one bolt was missing. The hot water is a manual system, you need to turn it on and wait some minutes to get hot. Not ideal if you are in a rush in the morning. So you leave it on all night, which is not ecofriendly. And when it was hot, the flow was much reduced to a slow trickle. The gym had lots of equipment, but lots of items not working. 3 of the 4 treadmills were out of order. Luckily when I went the one working was free. Also, no water machine or towles and only tissues avaialble to clean the equipment after. However, I got what I needed from it, as only user each time. On the last night the people in the adjacent room had a party that went on all night, full volume Indian tunes waking me at 1:30, 3 and then 5 but as I was going I let them get on with it. Not the hotels fault, but I wonder if anybody else complained and if so, what they would have done about it. Overall good stay, I would consider staying there again.

Nice, clean hotel. Huge rooms with balcony with nice bathroom. The people at the front desk were very kind. Easy to go around Dubai. Ten minutes walk to the train stations, Malls, Museum of the Future, and more. It is a safe area with a lot of small shopping and restaurants. Tranquil room. Nice pool to chill out. Starbucks in the lobby area.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing stay — poor management + cleanliness issues throughout. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this hotel stay was truly disappointing + far below expectations. The management of the hotel is extremely poor; the property needs a lot more attention to cleanliness and maintenance. Room: My room smelled of smoke, + the windows, sills, curtains were covered in a layer of dust and dirt. Room smelt damp, + the air conditioning was noisy. The bathroom tiling needs repair + the bath itself had a grimy film at the drain end, which clearly hasn’t been cleaned properly due to the fixed shower screen making access difficult. Amenities: Towels are old + completely lacking in softness. Pillows were among the worst I’ve encountered — cheap foam, no 'give'. When I requested a feather pillow, I was given a small, damp, lumpy pillow in an oversized pillowcase. Housekeeping: Service was inconsistent + poorly managed. Housekeeping staff came to my room to take the bathroom scales for another guest (!) — despite my objections — and I didn’t get them back until 4 days later, after repeatedly asking. The corridors were also in need of a proper vacuum. Facilities: Rooftop area + gym: really dirty and poorly maintained. Tables/chairs covered in grime. Spa staff sleep overnight in treatment rooms -is this legal?! Overall: The staff were friendly and polite, but clearly poorly managed and unsupported. The room absolute stank of cigarettes on the “non smoking floor” and they couldn’t move me or do anything about it. The pool side service was non existent and no menus etc. The staff weren’t friendly and the amenities just seemed run down

The hotel is old and it seems that the Management is not interested to fix the issues for example. The room had mold in the bathroom. The Informationens about the hotel at the Webside of expedia are not right. They have a shuttle but only to the mall not the other destinations like jbr beach. It was 1 main reason to book this hotel. The pool had also different opeding times that dont match with the Webside. The staff was very kind and friendly and always helpful anytime

Nachtelijk erg luide muziek met zware bas tot rond 3u 's morgens vanuit de Oro lounge en de Hungry Monkey pub op het gelijkvloers van het hotel, waardoor we de slaap niet konden vatten. Zelfs na rapportering aan de receptie werd hier niks aan gedaan ... De receptioniste excuseerde zich voor het ongemak, en legde uit dat dit elk WE het geval was (vrijdag en zaterdag dus). Pech dus voor wie op het 1ste, 2de en 3de verdiep slaapt. Wie hoger slaapt, heeft hiervan misschien minder last.

Lovely staff, very helpful. Spacious and very comfortable rooms. Unfortunately it rained and this prevented the roof pool from opening which we were looking forward to. No one’s fault. Close to mall, metro and local food and shops around.

Mesmo com criança, fomos colocado em quarto para fumantes com um cheiro muito forte. Solicitamos a mudança, mas como não havia quartos disponíveis, não atenderam de imediato. Somente 1 dia depois. Nos demais itens foi uma estadia ok.

The hotel is just a five minute walk from the Mall of the Emirates. All the big landmarks was a short taxi ride away. The room was clean and of a good size. Many thanks to Muhammed who kept our room nice and clean, and made sure we always had enough towels.

Kiváló hotel. Ár érték aránya is elég jó. Egy nagyon picit drága, de még elfogadható. A szobák nagyon nagyok. Nagyobb, mint elég :) A szobák nagyon tiszták, és a fürdőszoba is. A szobában van klíma természetesen, és van hűtő is. Recepción kedvesek, segítőkészek és a személyzet is. Van medence a tetőn, konditerem is. A szálloda fekvése elsőosztályú. Kb 3 percre van a metró megállótól, nagyon könnyű közlekedni. 100 méterre van egy supermarket is. Kiváló hotel.

Hotel has a very good location Shop and food around hotel which are opened late so you don't have to move far to grab some food Hotel is clean and rooms are big and comfortable. Only problem is that hotel doesn't say that it's also a long bar with very loud music in the evening until late in the night Unfortunately loud music and bass can be heard in your bed. Sometimes I surprised myself singing some of their songs

The room absolute stank of cigarettes on the “non smoking floor” and they couldn’t move me or do anything about it. The pool side service was non existent and no menus etc. The staff weren’t friendly and the amenities just seemed run down

The hotel is old and it seems that the Management is not interested to fix the issues for example. The room had mold in the bathroom. The Informationens about the hotel at the Webside of expedia are not right. They have a shuttle but only to the mall not the other destinations like jbr beach. It was 1 main reason to book this hotel. The pool had also different opeding times that dont match with the Webside. The staff was very kind and friendly and always helpful anytime

The room was fine and spacious. The stuff was also very nice, helpfull and polite. The problem was the constant noise from the aircondition mashines outside our room. Room 204. A constant noise, also during the night when we were trying to sleep. Another problem has also to do with noise during the night. And that was from the party at the bar at the ground floor. Yes we could hear it every day at the second floor! Something else was that the windows in our room could not open. So we could not refresh the air in our room.

I stayed in the junior suite and it was really large and comfortable. Great location, good restaurants near by and so close to the mall. Was really happy with the place and would definitely stay there again. I didn't use the pool or go upstairs so can't comment on that. But the room was good for a reasonable price.

The hotel is just a five minute walk from the Mall of the Emirates. All the big landmarks was a short taxi ride away. The room was clean and of a good size. Many thanks to Muhammed who kept our room nice and clean, and made sure we always had enough towels.

Regret booking this hotel, it’s no where near a 4 star hotel. Rooms are out dated and old, balcony is locked and can’t be opened. You can hear traffic noises all day and night. I was woken up early everyday because they start playing LOUD jazz music in the hallway speakers at 6:30am every morning. Construction happening in the building so you hear loud drilling and hammering noises all day. Definitely do not recommend and regret picking this hotel.

The rooms were very spacious. Like an apartment. The first floor is very noisy due to the bar. But the reception warned me ahead. She gave me free upgraded room. Breakfast was OK. The guest services are amazing. Very polite, helpful and on time.

My original room was too noisy, had to put noise cancelling headphones to sleep. They didn’t cancel my second night per request and offered me another room which was quite but had cracked bathtub, mold in bathroom and cracked countertop.

One month before my arrival, I sent only 1 request: "Please give me a high floor" (because I read through some other reviews that they were having renovations and it can quite noisy at the lower floors) Upon my check-in, they gave me the first floor. :( I asked again to provide me a higher floor. They said they will do it the next day but never did.. even after 5 days.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing stay — poor management + cleanliness issues throughout. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this hotel stay was truly disappointing + far below expectations. The management of the hotel is extremely poor; the property needs a lot more attention to cleanliness and maintenance. Room: My room smelled of smoke, + the windows, sills, curtains were covered in a layer of dust and dirt. Room smelt damp, + the air conditioning was noisy. The bathroom tiling needs repair + the bath itself had a grimy film at the drain end, which clearly hasn’t been cleaned properly due to the fixed shower screen making access difficult. Amenities: Towels are old + completely lacking in softness. Pillows were among the worst I’ve encountered — cheap foam, no 'give'. When I requested a feather pillow, I was given a small, damp, lumpy pillow in an oversized pillowcase. Housekeeping: Service was inconsistent + poorly managed. Housekeeping staff came to my room to take the bathroom scales for another guest (!) — despite my objections — and I didn’t get them back until 4 days later, after repeatedly asking. The corridors were also in need of a proper vacuum. Facilities: Rooftop area + gym: really dirty and poorly maintained. Tables/chairs covered in grime. Spa staff sleep overnight in treatment rooms -is this legal?! Overall: The staff were friendly and polite, but clearly poorly managed and unsupported. Another excellent stay and thank you for the upgrade. The evening Concierge was absolutely fantastic entertaining my children whilst we checked in. Definitely stay here again, even with renovations going on.

It’s for budget travelers, so don’t expect the hotel to be like the near by Kempinski or Sheraton. Staff is always courteous and willing to assist, but the dreadful check in (took so long that I still have nightmare) needs be addressed, otherwise I will not revisit even if it is for free

It is difficult to get your luggage as there is a steep ramp and many bellman but nobody offered assistance. 5 bellman all starring at me. No assistance. The only time they asked me was the day I was leaving when I carried heavy luggage to the street. They then asked me if I needed it lifted into a taxi- no. Elevators- very slow only two operational Front desk -friendly only when I checked out. I asked for the deposit to be released and they truly didn’t know what I was talking about. They hold a 300AED deposit. Pool- great. Peaceful. Room-spacious. Only one towel. That’s it. No soap or anything I’ve been travelling to DXB since 2005 and this was the worst experience.

Ten minutes walk to the train stations, Malls, Museum of the Future, and more. It is a safe area with a lot of small shopping and restaurants. Tranquil room. Nice pool to chill out. Starbucks in the lobby area.

This is the first time in two years I make a critical comment about a hotel I have stayed in Dubai. The entrance was undergoing works and visitors had to go through a little door on the side leading to a dirty service corridor. The corridors on the 6th floor where I was staying had pieces of paper and plastic on the carpet. What was the most disappointing was the breakfast: food such as scrambled eggs and sausages were oily and seemed exposed for too long. The breakfast room was dark and drab. The selection of food for breakfast was small. Coffee was basically ditchwater and one had to pay extra for cappucino and expresso, generally available for free at most 3 or 4 star hotels after paying the breakfast fee. Bed mattresses were soft and not very ergonomic for the back. The supposed king-sized bed was in fact two beds side-by-side.Half of the machines at the gym were not working and there was no personnel available there to check them out. The swimming pool was pleasant though...

On the positives, a nice large room with good bathroom. Nice breakfast choice, tasty and again, friendly and helpful staff. Able to order additional items such as omelettes but this was not mentioned and only knew as I saw staff walking out the kitchen with food orders. On the downside, the bathroom needed a bit of TLC, the toilet seat was loose and moved as one bolt was missing. The hot water is a manual system, you need to turn it on and wait some minutes to get hot. Not ideal if you are in a rush in the morning. So you leave it on all night, which is not ecofriendly. And when it was hot, the flow was much reduced to a slow trickle. The gym had lots of equipment, but lots of items not working. 3 of the 4 treadmills were out of order. Luckily when I went the one working was free. Also, no water machine or towles and only tissues avaialble to clean the equipment after. However, I got what I needed from it, as only user each time. On the last night the people in the adjacent room had a party that went on all night, full volume Indian tunes waking me at 1:30, 3 and then 5 but as I was going I let them get on with it. Not the hotels fault, but I wonder if anybody else complained and if so, what they would have done about it. Overall good stay, I would consider staying there again.

The rooms were very spacious. Like an apartment. The first floor is very noisy due to the bar. But the reception warned me ahead. She gave me free upgraded room. Breakfast was OK. The guest services are amazing. Very polite, helpful and on time.

The room absolute stank of cigarettes on the “non smoking floor” and they couldn’t move me or do anything about it. The pool side service was non existent and no menus etc. The staff weren’t friendly and the amenities just seemed run down

chambre spacieuse et propre, étage non fumeur très apprécié, service diner en chambre bon et sans supplément (pas cher). Zero vue tout est en construction autour, quartier sale (en travaux) pas terrible mais à 10mn du metro à pieds. Personnel à l'accueil peu souriant et d'aucune aide (on doit se débrouiller seuls), personnel de ménage et aux ascenseurs très gentil et souriants (eux), petit dej qui manque de sucré. Boite de nuit bruyante, pourtant on était dans les derniers étages, avec des bouchons d'oreille on n'entend plus rien.

All the staff and resturant people were extremely supportive and warm and went above and beyond to help us through our stay, i would highly recommend this hotel and definitely stay again on my next trip to Dubai, special mention to Prateek who was very accommodative and warm during breakfasts, and Kareem who ensure we dint have to worry about anything, kudos you guys, keep up the great work!

A very bad example of how not cooperative this hotel is with its customers under the circumstances of the attack that Dubai has witnessed: while Dubai authorities have asked all hotels to cover the charges of the extended stays because of closure of airspace, this hotel doesn’t care about that. After staying almost 3 weeks, and covered the charges of my extended stays after their refusal, I’ve asked for a late check out because my flight was at midnight : all they could offer is half an hour stating that other customers are waiting (which was a lie since half of the hotel is empty and the room was still available online). Shame on you ! If your not helping your customers in these circumstances, what good can we expect from you 👎👎👎
