Super sejour , hotel hyper bien situé et charment ! Personnel agréable. Chambre top ( merite un coup de peinture car les nombreuses traces noirs sur les murs cest moyen ) Bémol sur le hamman et sauna accessible seulement si on reserve une prestation de SPA

Hotel was clean, front desk helpful with retrieving lost luggage, great breakfast friendly staff, guided to excellent restaurant across the street with charming bohemian vibe-great food and wine. The spa was excellent with great hammam and massages by cute Balinese women!

We had an excellent stay here. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful and gave us somr local information straight away. The buffet breakfast is in an area with large windows and a great view. We sometimes went up there to get work done during the day. The hotel was generally lovely. The gym could do with some updating though. The hotel is well located and you can walk to most places for food options. It is also a short walk to the port, ferry stop, and tram stop.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise. It had a distinctive 1920s feel and the breakfast and restaurant were a amazing with brilliant views over Istanbul and the harbour side. Staff were really accommodating and went out their way to be of help. The hotel is well places for a 15min walk to the Egyptian bazaar, which is far better than the grand bazaar. Rooms were lovely and very resonantly priced. Make sure you bring swimwear as there is a spa in the hotel and make sure you take a trip upto the Galata tower the cake shop at the top sells amazing cheese cake, and Salt Baes burger restaurant was surprisingly nice and only cost £10 for a burger, fries, drink and pudding. Be warned it’s a steep hill to walk. If you fancy something a little posher then only 15-20min away is the Port whew the cruise ships dock. Some lovely shops and places to eat, take a walk down the back ally’s, there are some cute little boutiques. You will also find the best Baklava shop here. Just ask reception.

This hotel was amazing . The staff were very friendly and helpful and helped us book our tours and spa treatments. Everyone here at this hotel was exceptional ! I would highly recommend this hotel . The breakfast was so delicious and the views are beautiful. It’s easily accessible to get to and from major landmarks. We took advantage of the spa services and it was a great experience. The receptionist Hassan was great and really helped make our stay wonderful.

Spacious and comfortable rooms which were clean and well kept. Staff are lovely. The breakfast buffet was really good too. Excellent location not too far from all the main sites, and very close to the tram and ferry.

Overall,the hotel gives off a really good vibe , but our deluxe family suite looked very tired in terms of decor - scuffs and scrapes all around the walls from furniture or suitcases- making it feel scruffy. The shower door didn't fit properly causing water to leak out onto the floor and pool in a corner , the air conditioning is not air conditioning - it is a hotel wide ventilation system that you can only turn on or off. The control panels are for air con units but do nothing except on or off. In our case (December 20 -23) the hotel was heating the place so it got very hot and stuffy at night with no cooler ventilation (no windows). Even turning the whole thing offf didn't do much. Staff were very helpful generally and breakfast on the top floor is good , though not amazing. Location is excellent as a base though a bit random in terms of arrival as the taxi can't actually get down the street so you are set down on the main road and have to find the entrance in the back alleys. Once found it's fine - just a bit worrying on first arrival. Very close to tram and ferry so really easy to get around. Overall a good stay but wouldn't really class it as a 4 star special category , more a 3 star special !

All the staff were nice and friendly during our stay. We appreciate their welcoming attitude throughout it. The reason for this one star is the obvious chemical smell that masks across the entire hotel. It is extremely irritating and I would warn others with allergies or sensitivities to such smells and irritants to stay away. It made the stay quite unbearable. It is also obvious they spray bug repellent everywhere throughout the hotel yet our room was still full of bugs making it very uncomfortable.

Hotel bathroom was the only real issue. Difficult to access because obstructed by the door. The shower head was blocked and the under sink cabinet doors were hanging off. Other than that, the bed was very comfortable and clean. The location is superb and there’s lovely restaurant 30 seconds away where we decided to have breakfast. The hotel breakfast wasn’t great, but was ok. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall we had an average stay.

We had an excellent stay at the Ferman Port hotel. The staff were wonderful! So polite and friendly. Kerem was lovely, always greeting us and helped us with our baggage. The breakfast was very good, with a lot of variety and great views of the Bosphours. Rooms were clean and kept in good condition. Would definitely be staying here again. Only issue we had was the water was leaking from the shower onto the bathroom floor. Other than that, an excellent stay!

Das Hotel ist alt und schlecht gepflegt. Es ist dreckig, Handtücher fleckig, Teppich versifft, Reinigung mangelhaft. Türen und Fenster schließen nicht richtig, Toilettespülung kaputt. Mach Buchung der Massage wurde die Preisliste ausgetauscht. Frühstück ist nicht gut (billige, abgepackte Industrieprodukte, Instantkaffee). Positiv - hilfsbereite Angestellte, die versucht haben die Probleme zu beheben. Zentrale Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen.

Hotel is located perfectly with everything all walkable to areas or transport. The staff are really friendly and were always very accommodating. Breakfast options was ok, but they don't have much to offer outside of the breakfast. The room was clean, however it was the smallest room I have ever stayed in. When checking in the staff prewarn that we had the tiniest room and they weren't lying! Me and my cousin had to manuver between us and we both couldn't fit in the space. Think the title of the room is misleading - junior suite, if I knew how small it would be I would of paid more for a larger room. It got very loud outside in the corridors, one particular night it woke us up at 4am with some men shouting and talking loud. If you are looking for fantastic location and decent rooms, this hotel is fine, also for the cost. However, I personally wouldn't stay here again as I like something abit more to offer and perhaps the size of the room was the main thing that really put me off from the stay.

This hotel is absolutely superb in terms of value for money. It’s located in a great district of Istanbul—conveniently close to Galata Tower and with easy access to the city center. Taxis are readily available nearby, and if you’re up for a 30-minute walk, you can reach the main mosques on foot, which makes exploring very flexible. The interior of the hotel is stunning, with stylish decor and a strong sense of character. Although the street outside may look a bit bleak at first glance, I actually found it quite charming—it had its own unique vibe that added to the experience. The rooms were extremely spacious, with high ceilings and comfortable beds. Each unit included two rooms and a well-equipped bathroom. The breakfast bar was also excellent—plentiful and delicious. What truly stood out was the staff. They were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. The only drawback was the weak Wi-Fi and phone signal in the far end building where I stayed. Connectivity was a challenge at times. With the addition of a few signal boosters, this place would be virtually perfect. Highly recommended overall for anyone visiting Istanbul.

The main issue with this hotel was that the family room had no proper windows, only small openings into an enclosed space. While the rooms were a good size for a family, the lack of natural light made them feel quite suffocating. Breakfast was very basic for the price—no omelettes or yoghurts offered. Good stay at the hotel, as staff are attentive and helpful. Hotel in a great location to visit the main sights, as you can take tram, funiclar, or walk across the bridge. Only reason I am rating 4 stars is because even on the ground floor the wifi conmection is very weak. There was also poor phone signal from our room.

We were a family of 4 (two teenagers) who stayed 4 nights at Ferman Port Hotel, Deluxe Family Suite. The hotel has an excellent location - walking distance to many sights and also very quiet. The tram is just 100 meters away, and it takes you to all the main sights. The room was very clean, but there was no window, which felt a bit claustrophobic. There was just a "fake window" - not possible to look out. No sofa or places to sit, only on the beds. One bed was making noises/ creaking sounds when you moved in your sleep. A bit annoying. The roof top terrace has great view of the bosporous. This is where you have your breakfast. The breakfast is traditional and ok. We would have preferred freshly squeezed juice. But all over very nice. The service was great, very helpful people. They arranged reservations and taxis. Never any issues or misunderstandings. Spoke very good english. We can highly recommend the hotel, just ask for a room with a window :)

The Hotel is in a very centric area near all the interesting and beautiful landmarks. Hotel staff was excellent and very friendly. We had a great stay ! Thankyou for the kindness and having breakfast ready to go for us since we were leaving early ( prior to Breakfast hours )staff had a to go bag for our family member. You guys are awesome!

This way the staff can help you with the luggage as it is not accessible for a car or taxi to drop you off at the front door. But the staff are more than happy to come to you, if you give them plenty of notice. Loved our stay and will be coming back hopefully.

Service was superb, from the moment we book they reach out to look at our options for transport entertainment dinning, they arranged the airport transport for us, got the tour guide, book the different amenities. The first night the bell boy walked us to the restaurant to make sure we didn’t get lost Hotel location is perfect, tram is 1 minute away

Wir fanden den Aufenthalt sehr schön. Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wieder das Hotel buchen. Das freundliche Personal an der Rezeption egal ob in der früh oder Nachtdienst war jederzeit erreichbar und kompetenz voll.

Le probleme que nous avons rencontre et mise a part l etablissement qui devient vetuste mais surtout la reception du soir est vraiment desagreabke meme pas un Bonsoir. Nous avons eu limpression quil avait des problemes avec les clients car a lacceuil nous avons ete tres mal recus. Je reste decu du sejour malgre un tres bon petit dejeuner et une equipe dans les cuisines tres agreables. Mais la premiere impression est celle qui marque. Merci en esperant que la direction resolve ce probleme.

Did not get the room we paid for. Management did not help resolve or compensate. Very rude and dismissive staff. Dirty common areas, bad food. There are many other better choice hotels to stay around the area. Avoid this one.

The biggest plus goes to the staff who were very helpful and accommodating. The hotel’s location is great for those want to explore the city since it’s right next to the bus and tramway stations and the ferry port. Our stay came with breakfast which was great, the view of the city from the hotel is truly somethig.

Das Hotel an sich ist wirklich schön! Gute Lage alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Putzservice im Zimmer lies zu wünschen übrig, wenn Haare im Bad auf dem Boden liegen und das Toilettenpapier leer ist sollte man aufmerksam sein. Das Frühstück war für uns persönlich nicht wirklich ansprechend - mir fehlte frisches Obst, Müsli und Joghurt. Das Brot war auch sehr trocken und insgesamt sehr eintönig alles. Die Lage hingegen und auch sonst das Flair waren super! Wir würden sicher nochmal wiederkommen wenn der Service und das Frühstück besser ist. Wir haben uns auch Upgrade gegönnt Junior Suite ist wirklich klasse - allerdings hieß es hier 20 % auf member wo nur 10% berücksichtigt wurden. Nichts des trotz ist Istanbul eine Reise wert!

The main issue with this hotel was that the family room had no proper windows, only small openings into an enclosed space. I love the breakfast area. It is at 4th floor. Open area cross the sea. It was wonderful. Also I would like to appreciate one of the reception staff Mr. Yashar. There are lots of tours for the city and Yashar helped me to navigate through them by booking few wonderful tours for me and my family.

Hotel bathroom was the only real issue. Difficult to access because obstructed by the door. The shower head was blocked and the under sink cabinet doors were hanging off. Other than that, the bed was very comfortable and clean. The location is superb and there’s lovely restaurant 30 seconds away where we decided to have breakfast. The hotel breakfast wasn’t great, but was ok. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall we had an average stay.

The Ferman Port Hotel was exceptional in every way. Surrounded by walkable locations from restaurants, shops, money exchange, waterfront or historical locations. Breakfast included was fresh and delicious. Staff extremely professional, kind and knowledgeable. Willing to help out in every way. A bit in the old part of town but never felt unsafe. It's a gem in the middle of it all. Rooftops Best view of harbor in the city.

Hotel está em péssimas condições, totalmente diferente do que está sendo colocado aqui no hoteis.com. Quarto pequeno, móveis ralados, toalhas furadas, chão soltando farpas. Cafe da manhã deu nojo, talher sujo, não consegui comer . Decidi mufar de hotel após o café da manhã terrível. Havia reservado 5 noites e fiquei só 2 noites no hotel indo para outro por conta de tão ruim que é... Totalmemte difetente do que mostram. Velho, sem cuidado algum. Sem contar que ele fica num beco horrivel, que dá medo. Terrível. Pessima experiência, dinheiro jogado no lixo Sai dele e fui para o Fairmont. Tive medo do lugar. Até o transfer que nos indicaram que custou 120 euroa foi ruim, mororista dirigia feito um maluco e super mal educado. Unico elogio é para o funcionario da recepcao e moço que pega as malas , super educados.

Bom hotel, porém as fotos enganam. Quarto muito pequeno. Ainda mais que sou cliente Gold, esperava um up grade de quarto. Banheiro ruim, sem nenhuma acústica, pequeno e apresentando defeitos (chuveiro estragado, papeleira caindo, cortina caindo...).

The hotel itself is fairly simple and our room didn’t have a view, but the location is excellent. It is very well connected by both tram and ferry, with plenty of places nearby to eat, shop or simply spend time. The breakfast terrace has fantastic views. You can see Galata Tower on one side and the Bosphorus on the other, as well as the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia in the distance. There is also a small hidden terrace above, mainly used by smokers, reached by some uneven steps. The views from there are particularly beautiful in the evening. There is a lovely underground mosque next to the hotel which is very calm and peaceful. Behind the hotel is the marina, where lots of local people fish, and there are some excellent places nearby for fresh seafood. The breakfast buffet was lovely, with a wide variety of choices, and the Turkish tea was perfect. The staff were very friendly, helpful and always willing to assist. My only recommendation would be to add a few more power sockets in the rooms, ideally including USB charging points. Apart from that, we had a very enjoyable stay and the location was just perfect for exploring Istanbul.

My first time visit in Turkey. It was a pleasure for me and my son to spend 4 nights in your Hotel. In the heart of European Istanbul I fallowed the recommendations of a friend to book our stay at Ferman Port Hotel Aust 7 to August 11, 2026. The location of the Hotel offer so much of the young night life, street coffees and eateries by the Galata Tower the streets are full with people and laugh. The Hotel is stylish, clean, sophisticated and charming, giving you privacy, but not longlines. The staff are always there to help you with your luggage or to accompany you for a small talk, to serve you a traditional Turkish tea or even an expresso, if you are craving home. We taste the breakfast buffe and were so adored from the mix of international foods. You can see the traditional English breakfast, American pancakes, Turkish bakery pastries and raw honey comb. The staff are in your help always and they are extremely gentle showing, at any time you need them without a call. Temperature was perfect, giving us break from the summer heat. Rooms are spotless and staff respond always. We choose you as our favorite to for any future visit to Istanbul!

My first time visit in Turkey. It was a pleasure for me and my son to spend 4 nights in your Hotel. In the heart of European Istanbul I fallowed the recommendations of a friend to book our stay at Ferman Port Hotel Aust 7 to August 11, 2026. The location of the Hotel offer so much of the young night life, street coffees and eateries by the Galata Tower the streets are full with people and laugh. The Hotel is stylish, clean, sophisticated and charming, giving you privacy, but not longlines. The staff are always there to help you with your luggage or to accompany you for a small talk, to serve you a traditional Turkish tea or even an expresso, if you are craving home.
