Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Das Zimmer war klein und zweckmäßig mit kleinem Fester. Die Wände waren ein bisschen abgeschrabbt. Der Zimmerservice war super. Alles sauber. Wenn man aus dem Hotel heraustritt, steht man quasi schon im Außenbereich eines schönen Lokals zum frühstücken. Direkt gegenüber ist ein kleines wirklich tolles Restaurant, in dem wir am letzten Abend gut gegessen haben. Wir haben den Parkingservice in Anspruch genommen. Auch hier hat alles reibungslos geklappt. 40,00 € je Tag (wir hatten einen großen Mietwagen). Das Hotel befindet sich auf der 3 Etage. Es gibt einen Fahrstuhl. Buslinien sind fußläufig in 5 min zu erreichen. Wir hatten uns die AT Bus APP heruntergeladen, mit der man auch die Tickets kaufen kann. Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen.

La chambre est superbe et moderne tout en gardant un cachet typique de Florence. Le stationnement n’est pas fourni par l’hôtel même si il s’affiche comme tel. Le stationnement est fourni par un garage qui charge 40 euros la nuit. Cela monte le prix de la chambre. Bien situé. On recommande fortement.

L'hôtel est très bien, très propre, bien décoré, il est proche de tous les sites intéressants. Le processus de parking est améliorable au point de vue attentes. HORS HOTEL: Il est dommage que Florence se repose sur ses lauriers. Le surtourisme nuit aux soins et à l'accueil apportés par trop d'autres prestataires: restaus, musées etc, sans compter une foule excessive en permanence

Store rom, hyggelig personale. Fikk ikke beskjed på forhånd om at man måtte ringe for å få inngang til stedet som lå i 3 etasje med to porter å passere før man kom til en LITEN heis. Hyggelig område utenfor turiststrømmen, alt i spaseravstand til uffizi, domen osv.

The hotel isn’t difficult to find as long as you have a map, and it’s within a reasonable walking distance from the train station. There’s a small sign outside indicating the front door. I don’t recall any communication prior about the system for entering, but it seemed that I wasn’t the only one confused. A small group of us arrived around the same time and we were all poking the door and looking around until one person buzzed up. They opened the door remotely—it opens on its own, but very slowly—and then the gate will also unlock at the same time. Now that you’re inside the gate, there’s an elevator. It can hold two people or one person bags. The hotel is on the third floor (that’s the fourth floor if you’re American) and there might also be another locked door here. Don’t worry—you will receive keys to let you in all of these places. The reception area has places to sit, and I also saw a lot of baggage sitting around here, waiting for owners who had checked in or out. My room was up another flight of very tiny, narrow, winding stairs. It was clean and tidy, with coffee and tea and water and toiletries. There was a mini fridge, kettle, espresso pod machine and a safe. The shower was narrow, speaking as a fairly small person, and the bed was firm (which I like). The TV remote didn’t respond well, so I gave up on that. Other than the remote, my only real complaint is that the walls are thin. Your neighbors WILL hear your conversations. Other than that, it was great.

It was so great! Very clean and much bigger room and shower than expected (with air conditioning). We felt very safe the entire time and were in an amazing location for walking places. Great bars/restaurants just feet from the entrance.

Amazing place to stay. Can’t say enough about the property manager Frederica! So accommodating. Room was spectacularly clean and beautiful!!! Very quiet as well. Fantastic location to the core of Firenze! Beautiful high ceilings and AC that works great. Thank you for a lovely stay. Highly recommend. 10/10

I had an amazing stay! My room was great - spacious and clean - and the view from my room was incredible! I also found it to be in a great location - the walk from the train station was easy, and it’s close to the main attractions while also being far enough away to be a little quiet. I’d easily stay here again.

"This hotel is not ideal for larger individuals. If you're over 6'2" and 200 pounds, it may not be the most comfortable choice. It's not terrible, but it's not great either. The room has just the basics: a bed, an AC unit, a TV, and a very small bathroom. It's a place to sleep for the night, nothing more. It's not fancy or aesthetically pleasing, just functional for a short stay."

Overall I had a decent stay. The staff was accommodating but I didn’t expect the hotel to be so inconvenient and uncomfortable with super tiny showers and bathrooms. Also I didn’t expect to be staying in an old fashioned Italian home renovated into a hotel. Wish I had known this before.

The hotel isn’t difficult to find as long as you have a map, and it’s within a reasonable walking distance from the train station. There’s a small sign outside indicating the front door. I don’t recall any communication prior about the system for entering, but it seemed that I wasn’t the only one confused. A small group of us arrived around the same time and we were all poking the door and looking around until one person buzzed up. They opened the door remotely—it opens on its own, but very slowly—and then the gate will also unlock at the same time. Now that you’re inside the gate, there’s an elevator. It can hold two people or one person bags. The hotel is on the third floor (that’s the fourth floor if you’re American) and there might also be another locked door here. Don’t worry—you will receive keys to let you in all of these places. The reception area has places to sit, and I also saw a lot of baggage sitting around here, waiting for owners who had checked in or out. My room was up another flight of very tiny, narrow, winding stairs. It was clean and tidy, with coffee and tea and water and toiletries. There was a mini fridge, kettle, espresso pod machine and a safe. The shower was narrow, speaking as a fairly small person, and the bed was firm (which I like). The TV remote didn’t respond well, so I gave up on that. Other than the remote, my only real complaint is that the walls are thin. Your neighbors WILL hear your conversations. Other than that, it was great.

We stayed at this B&B one night between our stays at another location and we couldn’t have been happier. The staff was incredible and catered to all of our needs. We were able to get a late checkout and they even stowed our luggage temporarily until we were able to check-in at our next destination.

This hotel was amazing! We were in a great part of Florence. The two women at the front desk were very helpful and called us taxi’s throughout the trip. They also were very welcoming as we came and went from the hotel.

fillipo was so accommodating when our party arrived at 11pm to check in. morning staff was equally as accommodating and helpful when taxis or directions were needed. the room was very large with a beautiful view as pictured and the bathroom shower was great! would absolutely stay here again, thank you to the staff for making our girls trip memorable

Amazing place to stay. Can’t say enough about the property manager Frederica! So accommodating. Room was spectacularly clean and beautiful!!! Very quiet as well. I had an amazing stay! My room was great - spacious and clean - and the view from my room was incredible! I also found it to be in a great location - the walk from the train station was easy, and it’s close to the main attractions while also being far enough away to be a little quiet. I’d easily stay here again.

It was so great! Very clean and much bigger room and shower than expected (with air conditioning). We felt very safe the entire time and were in an amazing location for walking places. Great bars/restaurants just feet from the entrance.

We enjoyed our stay. Our room was very clean and quiet..a nice size room and enjoyed the fresco on the cieling. Very walkable. It only took 15 min walk to the train station. We enjoyed the area, and the many dining options. The gelato shop by the river (around the corner) was great.

The room was very nice and very clean - just as shown in the pictures (no negative surprises). The room was cleaned every day with new towels and the fridge was refilled daily. The concierge at the reception was extremely helpful. The location was central.

The location of the hotel was amazing and central with everything within walking distance. The checkin was smooth and the receptionist was warm. In terms of value for money, we thought the price was higher for the quality of the rooms. The hotel has a nice homely feel though I believe the showers could use some revamping. Our hotel washroom had a musty smell that wouldn’t go away. Also the qualities of the toiletries could be improvee upon.
