The room was clean and comfortable, good location

Our room was lovely and very clean, just a little small for four sisters. The breakfast was really great! The location was excellent for the tulip festival.

The desk staff was hard to understand. The front desk had no staff to bring pillows to our room. The breakfast food was good. The seating area was very cramped and has only 4 tables. The room TV’s do not allow streaming. The staff doesn’t tell dog owners to quiet their dogs. For what we paid, I would NOT use Hotels.com again.

The barest minimum of decorative upkeep was done to this property. Roller marks on the ceiling no one bothered to paint over. Crooked bath fan. Hinges falling off the vanity. The curtain valance was caked with dust. Felt like it was being run on a shoestring budget. Scrimped on the toilet paper. 1 roll per room when it was the single ply doesn’t work for two people. 1 bar of hand soap. Out of water in the vending machine. Breakfast ending at 9am for travelers or vacationers is way too early. Also uncomfortable that the health inspector was going around checking everything while we were sitting there eating. The girl at the desk was friendly. The guy wasn’t as welcoming. No bedbugs and we really checked after reading the other reviews. Some ants in the bathroom though. It was quiet. Fine for the price.
