reasonable price for the room, convenient location, easy parking Some parts were broken in a facet.

If your need a one night stay on a budget. Pool wasn’t up to par. Looked unkept and our towels were clean but had hair tangled in the threads. The smell of cleaning products also was over bearing And the highway is extremely loud if your saying in the 202 room area

Amazing stay! Stayed here with young children and felt very safe here. There was no noise from others. The staff was very friendly. We stayed two nights and they did a great job housekeeping our room. Air worked great, room was very clean, tv worked just fine. We will try to stay here again. Ice maker worked just fine, lots of parking, and check in was very fast. Walkable distance to Denny’s and the grocery store. Refrigerator and microwave worked fine. Shower pressure and temperature were great.

Bare bones - good pricing but you get what you pay for. There was only soap, no shampooing conditioner. Bed and pillow were not comfortable. Most of the place was clean but not the floors. Just needs to be updated. We had a room right by the street and it can get loud. For pet owners, I like that there was a grassy area and narrow patches in front of the rooms for pets to relieve themselves.

Pros: Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. You can control the a/c. Plenty of parking. Cons: The towels were so raggedy! And dirty. I would rather air dry because the towels were so bad. The remote control didn’t work. The walls were paper thin, you could hear everything!

Front staff was very friendly and helpful. I would like to see the basketball court cleaned up and fixed up, I know we would have enjoyed playing on the court. Other than that the stay was great for the price 🙂

It was very nice for a Motel 6. The pool is big and lovely. Front desk service could be better, though, and the pillows were slabs of hard foam.

I had reserved another Motel 6 but they couldn’t find my reservation. After getting the run around, I learned that my reservation was cancelled. I had to book this Motel 6 last minute late at night and had to pay more. The room I got had broken blinds, the refrigerator did not work, the door did not lock and the laundry room was flooded from the ice machine. I’ve stayed at Motel 6s before and this weekend has been the worst experienced. I’m very disappointed to say the least. We go out of town for basketball and soccer tournaments and I assure you we will no longer be staying at any Motel 6s.

Booked this motel with our softball team for a weekend tournament in Santa Maria based on the pictures. It didn’t look too bad. It’s always a hit or miss when booking a motel 6 and this was 100% a miss for us. Majority of us booked 2 full bed rooms. The rooms were dirty (I.e. pillows/sheets were stained/gross, floors had debris or crumbs) and it was overall very outdated/cheap looking. The A/C unit didn’t work in our room and the bathroom wasn’t very clean. The door frames in most of the rooms looked like they were kicked in at one point and got a quick repair, since the caulking was falling off the door every time they were used. Overall I would not return and would not recommend.

Surprisingly very clean for a motel 6. Easy to check in and check out.

The room was dirty. The wall had a ton of stains and crayon writings. The room was dusty and it smelled bad. It looked like all they would do everything someone checked out was do the bed and call it clean.

The linen looks very old end duty. But the mos horrible is many kockroaches any where when the lights are off.

This place is a real dump. There were stains (looked like paint or nail polish) and cigarette burns in the sheets. The miniblinds in the bathroom were dirty and broken and held together with bandaids. There was no door sweep on the bottom of the door so there was about an inch of open space which may have explained how the two cockroaches got into the room. The curtains had a hole in them and were wrinkled which I’m hoping was a good sign that they maybe had been washed and thrown in a dryer! The towels were thin, cheap and like sandpaper. The people in the room above us (there were very few cars in the lot so why did they put people right above us) clomped around till 4AM which is when the running semi in the parking lot finally left. The exterior of the property was unkempt with cigarette butts and full trash cans. And the creepy guy hanging out in the parking lot till midnight was a little scary. Never again will I go near a Motel 6. By the way, I took photos to back up everything I have stated.

I have never stayed in a room as bad as this one there was roaches at night so we kept the lights on in the bathroom and the floor was dirty I walked from the shower to the room to put on my socks and my feet were black also the water would not drain after taking a shower. My wife and I will never stay at another motel 6 also the tv was so small you couldn’t even hear the sound right as it echoed because it was mounted to the wall on a old table top with the center cut out

Definitely should be a $50 stay. Beds were like cotts, just a scratchy little blanket that was as thin as a sheet. The shower towels were as big as hand towels realistically needed two to three after your shower. Just trash.

Dennys next door for a quick meal Room was clean - but patio door lock was broken so they screwed the door so it would not open more then 2 inches. The AC was a bit loud but did not keep us awake. Tv remote needed new batteries or to be replaced - it was sluggish in responding.

"Bare bones", almost no furniture, SMELLED terrible, extremely dim lighting. Room was just awful, spouse called it a "H*ll hole". Cancelled room and went looking for someplace else to stay. Manager was very nice but very hard to understand his speech. Didn't look around this peoperty enough to rate anything else on this survey.

The room conditions were bad.. There were some roaches .. People in the upper level, were too noisy during the night.

Check-in was easy. The girl was friendly in the beginning, got all checked in, got my key, went to go open my room and nothing. Tried it several times, panel did not even light up. So I went back up to the front, waited my turn in line, let her know it did not work. She told me if it’s close to my phone it would demagnetize, so I made sure to keep it separate from my phone. Went back to my room and tried to swipe again for the second time. Nothing, light on the key panel did not light up. Went back up, waited in line again, got up to the front and now it was a gentleman who was helping me. Told him it was the third time I’d been up. My key wasn’t working, my kids are standing in front of the door waiting, I’m frustrated. At this point, it had been like 45 minutes dealing with this. He told me it would work this time, walked back to my room, swiped the key card several times, phone nowhere near the key and still NOTHING. At this point, I walked back up straight to the window, slammed my key down and told him it did not work again. (I did apologize to everyone that was in line for my rudeness) so the girl that was first helping me came out of the office, she grabbed the key to my room, walked out with me, opened the door WITH THE KEY, and told me, you just have to push harder. I was livid but I kept my composure, got my kids in the room and in bed. Rooms were hot, air conditioning didn’t really work. The bathroom had some mold on the bathroom ceiling. Towels are kid size.

They cancelled our reservation without notice stating that we didn't make the 10pm reservation time. There is nothing stating that on the terms. They stated they called us but they did not. left us stranded at 1am. Avoid this place like the plague!

My son has a service dog. One of the staff made it clear that the property owners do not like dogs. They are tolerated when and they attempt to avoid booking rooms with them.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room itself was basic nothing fancy but served it's purpose.

Drug infested motel . People were sitting almost naked in front of rooms . Front desk issued us duplicate keys for rooms which were occupied . Not appropriate to stay with family .

I would not recommend this property because it smell must, damp and sunday night when we came back, it smell like sewer. We check on sunday. We could stay any longer. On monday i got call from the property manager, or owner saying he was going to refundme for one night. So fur i have not heard any thing.

Check in was super fast and easy. The employee was super helpful

We were on a road trip, called earlier in the day to inform them we would be arriving late. Told no problem. We get in at 1230, and not only was our room given away, but the room we were offered (2 singles in place of 1 queen) was over double in price. I found a much better hotel elsewhere for slightly more than my original cost. Its what I get for going cheap on motel 6.

Owners are not service dog or disability friendly.

Motel is close to the freeway and it was noisy for us

Nothing fancy, front desk manager was accommodating, some longer term residents staying on the property. Just off the highway, about 4 minute drive to a busier area with restaurants.
