Everything was horrible, first the man in the reception he was really rude and the hotel smell really bad like weed and the rooms smell more bad, supposedly the second floor is no smoking room but it's not, I asked the man if can change the room for my kids and he said he didnt have anything else available, plus in the website it shows that there's a pool but when i asked about the pool he said that it been closed for more than 3 years...So later i call Expedia costumer service and they said call frond desk but they couldn't nothing about it because the man told them the same thing to me , just Expedia only offerd to give me $25 dlls for the inconvenience when I paid $200 for the reservation ... So honestly I wouldn't recommend the hotel for no one , specially if you have kids

My husband and I booked here specifically for the pool but when we arrived in July it wasn’t open, then there were no refunds. In the morning, their “continental breakfast” consisted of only water to drink, Activia yogurts, and gross looking muffins. They didn’t even have toast.

The furniture was very stained. Both chairs and the sofa. The bedspreads had cigarettes burn holes in them and there was no elevator so we had to haul our luggage up the stairs. Very painful for people with back problems, etc. They wanted $25. for a 2 hour late check out. Breakfast was all sugar laden foods so nothing that a diabetic could eat. Towels were rough and scratchy.

When we arrived the outside looked clean, however broken down cars in parking lot. The inside was nasty stains everywhere, holes in blankets, stained bathtubs, gross floors. Breakfast was ridiculous hard muffins, no apple juice just came out water, sticky rat traps next to counters. In the morning staff was in a literal argument with people who were staying there. I’ve never worried more about where my kids and I laid our heads until we stayed here. We showed up around 130am and made sure to checkout at 8am

I would have to pass on going to this hotel again. While the price was right, it was rough. Even though there wasn't supposed to be smoking in the hotel, it stunk of old cigarette smoke and some of our blankets had cigarette burns on them. Once we got to our room, we had to kill two roaches. I guess the room was ok other than that, but it was a bit rough to try and get extra towels for the 3rd person that was traveling with us and extra pillows.

The rooms are spacious. It was clean. The property is old but well to taken care of. They allowed our pit bull without any problems. Breakfast was cereal, yogurt and pre-packaged honey buns. Coffee was drinkable so was the juice. Only problem was the smell of marijuana through out the building. And the neighborhood isn't too friendly but nothing happened to our vehicle and we had some pretty expensive stuff in the bed of the truck. It was all there the next morning

No breakfast like they advertised. Got the room for my brother who's truck had broken down. I put the room in his name but I paid for it. Gave him a hard time checking in. I even called the property beforehand to make sure it would be ok. It was just more convenient for me to pay for it because he was trying to get his truck fixed. A big inconvenience after being in the heat all day.

The person who attended me on May 5 at approximately 9 pm, was racist, only when he saw my ID and looked at my face he told me that there was no room for me, I asked him why? And he answered me because yes. I told him that I had a reservation made and paid for and changed his way of treating me a little, but it was still a rude treatment. To all the Hispanic and Mexican people if you read this message do not come to this hotel it is terrible the treatment and very racist

The hotel was adequate and served a putpose. We weren't on-site much so we didnt need much. Breakfast wasn't great, but we managed. The staff was friendly when we needed to interract with them. All-in-all we had a good stay.

Terrible experience ended up cancelling the second night, overall the hotel had a very strong odor that filled everywhere. The staff at the desk was extremely rude including admitting that they lied to the booking agent when they called for a manager. Signage at the window implies that you can book rooms by the hour, the shower took 30 minutes to drain.

My family and I are staying while in between homes. This is a very nice hotel and the service has always been wonderful 😊. Room cleaned almost daily and I love it.

And the neighborhood isn't too friendly but nothing happened to our vehicle and we had some pretty expensive stuff in the bed of the truck. It was all there the next morning

The first impression upon checkin was the number of people lingering in the area of the property and the overwhelming smell of weed. Our room, however, was clean and didn’t smell bad at all when we checked in. Later that night there must’ve been a lot of smoking around us because our room began to smell a lot like cigarettes and some like weed. The traffic noise was a little rough. The breakfast was very lame. It was pretty inexpensive and since the room was overall clean, it wasn’t terrible for a one night quick stay.

I enjoyed my brief stay here. It was close to my job. The hotel itself needs some renovations, especially when it comes to their ceilings and bathrooms. Other than that, the decor and hotel is beautiful, with friendly staff members.

No breakfast like they advertised. Got the room for my brother who's truck had broken down. I put the room in his name but I paid for it. Gave him a hard time checking in. I even called the property beforehand to make sure it would be ok. It was just more convenient for me to pay for it because he was trying to get his truck fixed. A big inconvenience after being in the heat all day.

The rooms are spacious. It was clean. The property is old but well to taken care of. They allowed our pit bull without any problems. Breakfast was cereal, yogurt and pre-packaged honey buns. When we arrived, it smelled like sh*# inside the room, the bathtub looked like it had never been clean, people who did the room are really nice but the man who was in the desk. They do not have the pool working and there is no breakfast.

Room was nice but the shower head was broken and mounted to wall with a suction cup! Breakfast was junk food from Walmart! We were in a non smoking room but our blankets and Sheets had cigarette burn holes in them! Someone had a puppy in one of the rooms that cried half the night!

My husband and I booked here specifically for the pool but when we arrived in July it wasn’t open, then there were no refunds. In the morning, their “continental breakfast” consisted of only water to drink, Activia yogurts, and gross looking muffins. They didn’t even have toast.

The hotel was adequate and served a putpose. We weren't on-site much so we didnt need much. Breakfast wasn't great, but we managed. The staff was friendly when we needed to interract with them. All-in-all we had a good stay.

When we arrived the outside looked clean, however broken down cars in parking lot. The inside was nasty stains everywhere, holes in blankets, stained bathtubs, gross floors. Breakfast was ridiculous hard muffins, no apple juice just came out water, sticky rat traps next to counters. In the morning staff was in a literal argument with people who were staying there. I’ve never worried more about where my kids and I laid our heads until we stayed here. We showed up around 130am and made sure to checkout at 8am

I was supposed to get a non-smoking room but it was definitely a smoking room, cigarette burns everywhere, on top of that, the pull-out couch bed was worn out and beat down, barely useable if at all and there weren’t even any extra pillows or bedding to use on it. The toilet didn’t flush right because it didn’t fill up hardly at all, the bathtub was in dire need of refinishing or replacement, and the Air conditioner didn’t have any kind of thermostat, so it was either extra cold or just a fan, there was no temperature regulation.

When we checked in for the weekend, there was an VERY strong aroma of marijuana that started at the front entrance and worked its way down the main hall. The room was as large as advirtised however one of the beds had dirty sheets. The AC struggled to maintain or cool pass 72 degrees even overnight. The rooms above us had someone or something running back and forth most of the day and most of the night. Had we not needed the space in the room we might have looked elsewhere but there was a lack of options available in the area.

And the hard floors near the sink and bathroom were not wet but felt kind of oily and slippery so I did not walk on them without shoes... And the sheets had holes in them like cigarette burns... But I was in a non smoking room. Just not as good as it's been in the past. Kinda disappointed because I liked this hotel, but I think their standards are slipping.

Room had cockroaches, toilet, backed up, no plunger just had to wait until the only plunger on the property showed back up. Pool didn’t have water. Breakfast was cereal and gallon jug of milk and stale packaged donuts. Would not recommend I’ll never stay at a super eight again!
