Estadia sem comentários negativos, equipe extremamente profissional e eficiente. Não vou baixar a nota, contudo preciso mencionar o elevador lento, pequeno e que na hora de pico de check out foi um transtorno. Desci de escada, pois subiu e desceu várioas vezes lotado. Estava no terceiro andar.

Só tem dois elevadores minúsculos, sendo que um esteve quebrado durante toda a minha estadia (4 dias). Esse único elevador não dava conta da demanda dos hóspedes, que tiveram que utilizar as escadas mesmo em andares altos. Para ter acesso a melhor internet vc é obrigado a se cadastrar no programa do hotel. Mesmo assim, a internet estava falha em um dos dias. Está longe de ser 4 estrelas.

We checked in to our two bedroom family suite and noticed one of the toilets was not working, and that the shower box was leaking water. We complained and were changed to another room, where the same problems persisted - toilets not working and shower box leaking water. The room was unacceptably dirty. Among the worst hotels I’ve stayed. I’m honestly surprised that Accor would accept this under their brand name.

Ficamos um dia sem limpeza do quarto, pois chegamos do passeio às 15:30 e ainda não havia sido feito. Somente, por volta das 16h, que chegaram para limpar, porém estávamos no banho e não foi possível. A noite, ao sairmos, pedi que limpasse e não era possível, mas pedi que pelo menos tirassem o lixo e tiraram. Então, apesar de não ter acontecido a limpeza, acho que tiveram boa vontade em resolver. Mas não tinha como não apontar esta falha.

The staff was amazing - friendly, going above and beyond. Great price - room was huge, with great shower. I opted for the breakfast through Expedia which was well worth it - great coffee and buffet selection. Wi-Fi was slow and unstable at times. Drawbacks - no USB outlets in room, no cups, hair conditioner or iron.

O atendimento no check-in e check-out foi excelente, mas os trincos das portas são muito barulhentos e não tinha tomada de um dos lados da cama. A tomada ficava no meio da cama, na altura do colchão. Hoje em dia, ter tomada dos dois lados é imprescindível.

Já me hospedei aqui várias vezes. Hotel excelente, café da manhã incrível, região tranquila e de fácil acesso a tudo. Único inconveniente do hotel: entra muita claridade através da porta, que não veda a luz que vem do corredor... se alguém tem problema com a claridade para dormir é bom ir ciente disso.

We only stayed two nights, we didn't get to use the hotel's infrastructure. The service was very good, the room is spacious and well equipped and the shower is very good. The double bed is very comfortable, however, the sofa bed is very uncomfortable and not suitable for the amount paid for the stay. The couple settles in well, but their teenage son doesn't sleep well...

Minha experiência no Mercure Times Square Moema foi extremamente positiva. A localização é excelente, muito prática para quem precisa se deslocar pela região. O hotel está muito bem conservado, tudo em ótimo estado, ambiente agradável e organizado. O chuveiro merece um destaque especial: simplesmente maravilhoso. O café da manhã é bom e atende bem, mas o grande diferencial, sem dúvida, foi o atendimento da equipe. Chegamos antes do horário oficial de check-in (que era às 14h) e, mesmo tendo chegado antes do meio-dia, fomos muito bem recebidos pela recepcionista, que foi extremamente cordial e nos permitiu entrar no quarto antecipadamente. Esse cuidado já fez toda a diferença. Nossa viagem foi por um motivo delicado: meu irmão realizou um procedimento cirúrgico em São Paulo. No dia seguinte, ele teve uma intercorrência e precisou retornar à clínica para tomar soro e estabilizar pressão e batimentos cardíacos. Diante dessa situação, liguei para o hotel explicando o ocorrido, e a atendente foi extremamente compreensiva e solícita, permitindo que fizéssemos o check-out até às 14h30, duas horas e meia além do horário limite. Acabamos saindo um pouco antes, pois ele melhorou, graças a Deus. Mas essa flexibilidade foi fundamental para nossa tranquilidade e organização naquele momento. Sem dúvida, recomendo muito o hotel e certamente priorizarei o Mercure Times Square Moema em uma próxima visita a São Paulo. Gratidão a toda a equipe pelo cuidado e sensibilidade.

Chegamos em um voo mais cedo. sabiamos que nosso check in seria apenas mais tarde. Então passamos no hotel para deixar a bagegem e ir almoçar. A recepcionista do hotel falou que podiamos adiantar o procedimento do check in. pois, quando o quarto fosse liberado teriamos apenas que pegar as chaves. Saimos, almoçamos e quando retornamos tinha uma fila enorme com umas 15 familias aguardando atendimento e apenas 02 pessoas atendendo. pedimos licença as pessoas, pois, precisavamos apenas pegar as chaves. as pessoas da fila nos liberaram. mas, a mesmo atendente que fez nosso check disse que teriamos que enfrentar toda a fila por que era o procedimento, mesmo a questionando sobre nosso check in ja realizado e que queriamos apenas as chaves. Ficamos cansados esperando todos serem atendidos para enfim pegar nossas chaves apos 40 minutos. Era minha rede de hoteis preferida em São Paulo. E times Square um dos melhores para mim. ERA....

O check in foi muito ruim. Apenas uma recepcionista linga espera, tinha que atender telefone e ainda nos informou que o cafe esta incluso na diária e marcou isso nos documentos que entregou. Porém a informação estava errada. Eu ja sabia disso ao reservar apenas a funcionária que não.

Estávamos em família, foi solicitado cama extra para o meu filho, nós prometeram que logo levariam a cama extra, toalha, travesseiros e cobertas, porém nunca levaram nenhum desses itens.. Ligamos para recepção para cobrar umas três vezes e em todas falavam que logo estaria subindo, porém nunca chegou, dormimos super desconfortáveis , tendo que dividir travesseiros e uma única coberta! Não recomendo

My friend and I stayed here in September of 2024. We had a twin bed room for 4 nights. The beds were rock hard and the pillows disappointing. But otherwise I was very satisfied with the hotel. The showers were great: plenty of hot water and good water pressure. It was a nice location with a nearby metro stop and a small grocery store close by. There was a small miscommunication where staff told us at checkin that breakfast was included but when we checked out they wanted to charge us for the 3 times we ate at the breakfast restaurant. They had to call a manager and it took some time but they ended up letting it go - we had the paper they gave us with our keys about breakfast being included.

I wasn’t impressed with the cleaning quality of my room until meeting Silvania, one of the cleaning ladies. She cleaned my room throughly removing all the dust bunnies from under the beds and dusting the entire room. Finally my allergies got better and my cold was gone. She went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The restaurant has a limited menu and the food is average. There need to be more options of restaurants.

Location is excellent, beautiful neighbourhood, load of dining and grocery options. MARIA and LARISSA at the reception and housekeeping take a bow. Hats off to these 2 Ladies. I forgot my jacket in the hotel room and check out. Came back after 5 days and these 2 located the jacket and handover to me in 10 Mins
