The rooms are nice, the staff is friendly and helpful. There is no food or entertainment at this location, they have a lot of unused restaurant space. No rooftop patio which is a missed opportunity. It’s a good location. Would stay here again.

Although the hotel was in a good area, walkable lots of restaurants etc, it seems like a property in flux. We got an email 2 days before our stay that the restaurant, bar and cafe on site were closed. The room and bathroom appeared updated but a desk chair was worn and torn and looked awful! There were no face cloths or hand towels only bath towels, no “Do Not Disturb “ sign available and on Sunday morning prior to checkout time, only 2 of 3 elevators were working, with dozens of people on 17 floors waiting 20-30 minutes to get to the lobby. I think they really need to work on these issues and customer service ASAP.

The hot water barely worked. We had to ask for towels every day from the front desk, which we never received any, but when they actually gave us a “towel” it was the floor mat one. Housekeeping never came, even though we requested new linens everyday. Only up side it was walking distance to the superdome.
