From the hostel, you can take a snorkelling trip to Pigeon Island to spot turtles and reef sharks, try some scuba-diving, explore the city’s temples or simply hang out on the beach. There are many restaurants, shops and a beach bar within walking distance offering a variety of different food, from local rice and curry and seafood to fresh fruit juice and pancakes.
