Excellent location right off the 5. Close to RX Stores, Fast Food and Grocery Store. Check in/out was easy. Nice little buffet from 6am-10am If needed stay in the future must specify disabled because no elevator in building.

Good hotel to stay while traveling. Good location right off the freeway. 2 story building, no elevators. Very comfortable beds, clean room, nice decor. Breakfast, not so good. Very minimal choices. I would skip breakfast and go to Denny's or other.

I was totally unaware that this property did not have an elevator. I have a bum knee and recently had surgery. That and two kids, one being a toddler made getting to the room and leaving quite difficult. I probably overlooked it but also did not see it mentioned in any reviews and feel as though it should be very clear that there is not an elevator. Being that they were sold out I had no option but to make it work. Otherwise, was clean, nice staff and my kiddo reported that the breakfast was good!

The room was updated, the bed very comfortable. This is a two story hotel with NO Elevator and I do not recommend it for any human or dog with mobility issues.

Overall the lobby, halls and room were very clean, as few downsides, were the vending machine was empty so we had to make a trip to the store, there was hair on the shower, and no elevator (this was my bad I didn’t read the amenities well, my son is handicapped and i should of informed the person at front desk)

This is a basic hotel with minimal extras, comfy bed but the small square bed pillows, while there wwre five of them, it's more like using a throw pillow. The bed was comfortable and the linens were fine. The flooring is faux wood, LVP, no rugs or carpet. The floor was not clean. I used a damp washcloth to wipe up coffee drip. The cloth came up black from the floor.

We a couple dirty pillowcases on the half size pillows. Bathroom door is so squeaky it wakes up everyone if one person needs to use it. The ac was inaccurate and the room was about 10 degrees hotter than it said. Noisy location. Absolutely overpowering air freshener smell.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Always someone at the front desk to speak to. It’s the cleanest Day’s Inn I have stayed in and would definitely use it if you needed a place to stay the night on a budget.

Clean. Remodeled. This is one short block from I-5, so you can see the cars and hear the trucks. Putting on the room's air conditioning/heater will mask that noise, as that unit is loud - but like white noise. Parking lot connects with a gas station and restaurant.

Stayed 3 nights. The second night was horrible. The room next door had guests who were very loud and completely without any regard for other guests. This lasted till 3:30 am after myself an apparently other guests notified the staff. Totally unacceptable and a very frustrating night. The other two nights were fine. Other than that the hotel is rather nice.

This place is 'ok' for a quick stopover if you are traveling with a pet. Older hotel, and be aware there is no elevator, so if you are not on the first floor you will have to carry bags up.Windows seem thin, I-5 traffic was quite noisy all night. Lots of sirens and trucks. Not much 'continental breakfast'. Overall though not bad.

Toilet not locked down. Wobbled greatly. No bolts. Shower only spits a vapor..could not rinse off. Felt/heard wall headboard move when neighbors bed was sat on. Breakfast a joke. Nothing warm but if you choose to make toast. Wimpy. Floor slippery. Should have area rugs next to bed. Go elsewhere.

Guy refused to give us downstairs rooms even with a disability placard. Spoke to the lady the next day and she said that there was plenty of availability for downstairs that he could have accommodated us. He was just plain rude and didn't care about the inconvenience or pain of my knees having to go up and down the stairs. Other than the staff issue: Rooms were pretty clean. Decent facilities. Place has good proximity to food and gas. Also close to the freeway.

The property was very clean, which is mainly what I care about. Our room had a funky smell, which I believe was an attempt to mask cigarette smoke odor. The breakfast was very basic.

Property was clean and well staffed. Better than the "upscale Wyndham " facility we stayed at the previous week. The only thing I\'d dun them on is their "breakfast", terrible.

The place and the staff are excellent. But the breakfast are not a worth of a star I booked my in-laws in this property to have confident they will have a nice days according to them there's no eggs, bacon,sausages or any hot breakfast it's all cold breakfast.

OK hotel disappointed there is no elevator. There are two floors. If you get a top floor, you must carry your luggage up the stairs. The breakfast would be considered more Continental included breads Yogurt, juice, Cereal, oatmeal, and coffee. Also, the water pressure of the shower was very low and mediocre

We stayed here with a groups of explorers and advisors for a nearby competition. We all felt very safe and the hotel/rooms were clean. Customer service was great. Breakfast was a little smaller than we expected offering bagels, Danishes, muffins, cereal, yogurt and oatmeal along with juice and coffee.

The hotel was great ! Super clean , super quiet even though it’s next to the freeway . You have food all around you . . My only issue was the pillows .. they were not comfortable at all . So can definitely stay here again but I would bring my pillows from home

The room was clean. This is a 2 story building with no elevator, so all you get is 2 flights of stairs. If you have lots of luggage not helpful.

Our room was not the cleanest. The body wash, lotion etc was not refilled. The floor was super slippery the bed would move. The shower floors were slippery as well not good for handicapped.

Staff honored my request for a first floor and found the room decently clean. Breakfast was good, your typical continental breakfast. Parking and property looked well maintained, and easy accessible to I-5 freeway. Rates are generally lower than the others in the area. I usually stay at Days Inn whenever I visit families. If you’re in the area and want a decent and safe place to rest or stay for a night or two, I recommend Days Inn in Lathrop.
