I first stayed at Ayodya resort in 2025 & had a great time. This year we upgraded to Ayodya Palace. We arrived late (3am) & found that the Palace reception had closed at midnight. Luckily we knew our way around & after attempting to get some sense out of the Resort reception traipsed across the resort with our luggage. The next day we had breakfast in the lounge, which was nice. Unfortunately there is an issue with tiny flying insects hanging around the buffet. The staff in Ayodya Palace go from brilliant to terrible. The longer serving and older members are fab, but newer younger staff can be appalling. They constantly got things wrong & had to be bailed out by the older members of staff. Afternoon tea & evening cocktails were OK. The pool area was nice, but the decking needs replacing. Our room was lovely, we appreciated the mini bar, fresh fruit & snacks. The balcony was furnished really well. We had an issue with the hot water (lack of it). I put this down to the amount of work being done to upgrade the whole resort. Also the toilet had to be unblocked. The amount of work going on did spoil our enjoyment of our holiday, but curiosity will most likely take us back in a couple of years time.

Room was large, free mini bar which was 2 beers, 2 soft drinks, 2 iced coffee and chips. Bathtub was a bonus, large beds on the balcony made relaxing easy. Some construction noise from renovations in the day. Very average breakfast, the same foods every day, al a carte menu was good. Access to the Palace pool was good, although sunbeds were taken early. A quick walk to the local restaurants, shops and spa.

"Ayodya Palace" Après un premier séjour en couple il y a deux ans et demi, nous sommes revenus cette fois en famille (5 personnes) à l’Ayodya Palace. L’hôtel reste globalement très agréable, avec un personnel toujours aussi souriant, attentionné et d’une gentillesse remarquable. C’est d’ailleurs le plus grand point positif de notre séjour : les équipes sont vraiment exceptionnelles. En revanche, nous avons constaté une baisse notable de la qualité des prestations Palace, qui faisaient autrefois la différence. Prestations Palace : Le petit-déjeuner reste très bon, varié et bien présenté. En revanche, le goûter et le cocktail/apéritif de 18h ont clairement perdu en qualité et en diversité : moins de choix, moins d’amuse-bouches, et une impression générale de prestation “réduite” par rapport à ce que nous avions connu. Piscine Palace : La zone piscine du Palace mériterait une rénovation urgente : terrasse vieillissante, parfois dangereuse pieds nus,eau souvent trouble,bords de piscine verdâtres à cause des algues,un projecteur dévissé flottant dans l’eau (!). Ce sont des détails qui ne devraient pas exister dans une zone dite “Palace”. Accès Palace : Autre point surprenant : beaucoup de personnes non Palace utilisent désormais la piscine et les transats réservés. Cela n’existait pas lors de notre premier séjour et enlève clairement le côté exclusif. Un simple système de bracelets permettrait de régler ce problème. Stayed in the Palace suite room. Clean and spacious. Lounge access with various food and drinks available included. Staff were delightful and very helpful all the time. Some parts of the areas are in need of renovation. Our 5th visit so a very good recommendation.

We had a wonderful stay at Ayodya Palace in Nusa Dua. The highlight of our trip was the staff, who were incredibly friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. Their hospitality really made us feel valued throughout our stay. The food was excellent, with a great variety and consistently high quality. We thoroughly enjoyed every meal and were impressed by the choice available. The pool facilities were fantastic—well maintained, spacious and a great place to relax. The beach was also beautiful and ideal for a stroll or a swim, although it was a little disappointing to see some plastic washed up on the shoreline. This is more of an environmental issue than a reflection on the hotel itself. One small downside was the number of hawkers on the beach. They could be quite persistent at times, which occasionally interrupted the peaceful atmosphere. Overall, Ayodya Palace is a fantastic place to stay, offering excellent service, great food and superb facilities. We’d happily recommend it to anyone visiting Nusa Dua and would certainly consider returning.
