Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark

The room was nice but not special, breakfast options were good but very pricy. We only stayed one night so didn't experience all the bars and restaurants, but 360° had amazing views and lots of nice people. Elevator doors need to be lubricated, squeaked horribly.

The property is large with two separate towers for rooms. The east tower rooms are older. The bathrooms are small and do not have towel racks for some reason. They do have one hook on the door, however. The rooms are otherwise clean and have a great views of the city. The cleaning staff would not clean our room even when we asked the cleaning staff when they were directly outside of our room too please clean our room, they did not do so. They did drop off new towels after repeated requests. So the cleaning staff is not great during your stay. The room was clean when we checked in. It has a very decent gym and pool. The restaurant at the bar is very good. The staff at the bar is super friendly. The breakfast buffet is probably not worth the cost, but if you are in a hurry, it is a decent breakfast. There are other options around the downtown area.

Check-in was not available at 4pm. No comp was offered. Never received the promised call when our room was ready. I had to get back in line and inquire again. My 8 year old was told by staff the pool was closed for weather; it was not. Thankfully we went and checked the area out and discovered it was fully open with other swimmers.

Hotel needs updated rooms need cleaned my tub didn’t drain huge stain on the floor
