Everything was great for a small country inn. The room was clean and bright with an attached bathroom that was very nicely laid out. Sunday morning breakfast was outstanding with both hosts coming out to chat with us. They were kind and friendly.There was a small deduction due to lack of maintenance on the steps leading onto the porch. Overall, we were very pleased with our visit to the Harvest Barn Inn.

The young couple who own the Harvest Barn Inn are wonderful. The breakfasts were well thought out and excellent. Coffee and cookies were available in the afternoon and the cookies were delicious. The inn is located on a quiet road close to the VT Country Store and downtown Bellows Falls is unique and inviting. Beautiful views. Can’t say enough good things about this inn.

The Harvest Barn Inn is a delight. The Inn itself is tucked up into the hillside above the river with a lovely view from the front porch and the main common area downstairs. We were greeted warmly on arrival, and our room (the Terrace Room) was cuter in person than in the online pictures. It was perfect

The Harvest Barn had a comfortable room with an ensuite bathroom, comfortable bed and a smart TV. I spent mornings enjoying the continental breakfast while enjoying the lovely views of the Connecticut River and mountains of New Hampshire. The owners recently installed solar panels and heat pumps to bring the old charm into the modern world. The owner was attentive and friendly, joining guests at breakfast to make sure all was acceptable while joining the conversations. It was a wonderful stay in a beautiful part of Vermont.

The minute you step into Harvest Barn Inn you are treated as family! This beautiful farmhouse has been fully renovated by its new owners and it is simply lovely. They have managed to create a space that respects the history and age of the building- while modernizing all space and making them comfortable for their guests. You can see and feel that every piece they chose has a purpose! The shared living spaces in the property are equally as charming, with ample games and books to checkout as you enjoy the beautiful view across the river! There was also always coffee and tea available, and a delicious sweet treat provided each day by the very talented Blessing! Aside from the obvious care and precision the owners put into their property - the true charm here comes from their friendly, welcoming, and engaging personalities as innkeepers. We loved talking and getting to know them, but also could see that if people preferred a more lowkey/ less human interaction stay - that they would respect that too! Last but not least - the weekend breakfast service blew us away! Three courses of local and carefully curated choices that went so above and beyond our expectations. We felt that we had been teleported into a five star restaurant! To sum this up, if you are even considering, make the trip!!! We’ve been traveling to this area for six years and this blew everything away by a long shot. We can’t wait to come back! ❤

Kaelan was a great host. He was very personable and friendly. This has by far been our favorite Inn/ B&B! The 3 course breakfasts were fabulous! The fact he sourced in local food was a plus. Loved sitting on the front porch and watch the Conn. River. Very peaceful stay! We will be back!!

We stayed here for a weekend with family and several family member’s also stayed. My room was clean and perfect. The inn Keeper could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Breakfast is included and it’s HOMEMADE and it’s delicious. Coffee and tea is always available, a refrigerator is in the dining room for guests. We will definitely be back!

Kaelan was an incredible host for our one night stay at the Harvest Barn Inn! The room we stayed in was beautiful, clean, modern, and the most comfortable size. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was very clean with a peaceful aesthetic. Don’t get me started on the included breakfast we enjoyed made and served by the owner himself! It was a delicious three course experience that my husband and I will never forget. This is the perfect place for your stay. Great price for a priceless memory!

Kaelan was wonderful. View of the Connecticut River is outstanding, very quiet and clean and comfortable. We will stay there again when we are in Bellows Falls.

I can't say enough about our stay. The inn was clean, comfortable and relaxing. Our hosts were most pleasant and attentive. Breakfast was phenomenal! I highly recommend the Harvest Barn Inn and I would stay here again.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at the Inn! The 3 course breakfast was fantastic, the bed was comfortable, the shower was amazing, and the space was homey and cute. We would absolutely stay again!

Our room was very comfortable, well appointed, spacious but also cozy. We had our own en suite bathroom and balcony as well. We woke to mist rising off the river and roosters off in the distance. Breakfasts are quite impressive. We chose a time slot and a 3 course, gourmet, farm to table, home grown, delectable meal was brought out and we ate with a spectacular view of the river and mountains with lovely curated music playing softly in the background. Kaelen and Blessing are wonderful hosts. Blessing is a marvelously creative, self-taught chef. There are 6 rooms in this lovely home and we are already thinking when we can get a big group together to come enjoy this spectacular place.

The innkeepers were very friendly and helpful. The inn, which looks like something out of a postcard, is situated so that it has an amazing view down to the Connecticut River from a lovely front porch. My room was quite small, but had a queen bed and was very comfortable and was cooled by a mini-split air conditioning (very effective and whisper quiet). The included breakfast was freshly prepared and very good.

Our stay was wonderful! The River View room with its private porch was perfect for us. Kaelan was very welcoming upon our arrival and provided helpful information about the city. The three course breakfast provided by Chef Blessing was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend this property! Great Inn keepers.

I took my daughter to VT on a whim. I had never stayed at a B&B before (not really feasible as a family of 5) so since it was just us, I figured why not- adds to the adventure. Harvest Barn Inn was probably the best part of our adventure. Kaelan welcomed us when we got there and made us feel at home. Our room was perfect, it felt spacious and cozy. Our view was gorgeous. The bed and bedding was soft but firm and very comfortable. The bathroom was surprisingly large for the space and redone beautifully. We were right next to the dinning room area but we never heard another guest or any sort of noise outside of our room. They say in their welcome letter that on weekdays they serve an "abundant continental breakfast" and they are not kidding about abundant. 3 courses and all locally farmed. It was so good even my picky daughter ate most of it. I would absolutely recommend Harvest Barn Inn to others and hope to come back in the near future.

It was so good even my picky daughter ate most of it. I would absolutely recommend Harvest Barn Inn to others and hope to come back in the near future.

The cutest inn! Host was amazing and very friendly, and the room was so comfortable. Favorite parts were the incredibly comfortable bed and the excellent shower. Breakfast was lovely and host was very accommodating. Will definitely seek this out as a first option if I'm in the area again!

This is a great place for a cozy getaway in the summer or winter! Our view of the river was incredible, and the house is beautiful. The host was extremely communicative and even packed our breakfast to go in the morning. I also highly recommend for skiers! It’s a very scenic drive to and from the mountains.

Harvest Barn Inn is an excellent bed and breakfast! My first time staying at this inn located right outside of Bellows Falls/Rockingham, VT. Before even stepping foot onto premises things were excellent. Kaelan did a fantastic job with all communication. Directions, parking, food information, we're all asked/provided. The inn was once a large farmhouse with such lovely added touches to make one feel comfortable and at home. Homemade cookies, coffee, tea were provided as soon as we arrived. The room I requested was on the 2nd floor facing the mountains in back. Beautiful view of the Connecticut river and the gorgeous countryside. Breakfast was top notch, 3 courses all farm to table. Excellent experience and would highly recommend. Wo be going back!

The young couple who own the Harvest Barn Inn are wonderful. The breakfasts were well thought out and excellent. Coffee and cookies were available in the afternoon and the cookies were delicious. The inn is located on a quiet road close to the VT Country Store and downtown Bellows Falls is unique and inviting. Beautiful views. Can’t say enough good things about this inn.

Traveling for work on my way up to Burlington. Beautifully perched on the hill with a great view, the bed was comfortable with easy access to the hwy. Streaming tv was great to have! There would be a lot to enjoy outdoors in a different season. Glad to have stayed here!

The Harvest Barn Inn is a delight. The Inn itself is tucked up into the hillside above the river with a lovely view from the front porch and the main common area downstairs. We were greeted warmly on arrival, and our room (the Terrace Room) was cuter in person than in the online pictures. It was perfect

Kaelan is a fantastic host and makes everyone feel welcome. Breakfasts are always excellent and heartwarming. The inn is just 30 minutes away from Okemo, so it's a great place to stay if you’re looking for something close to the mountain.

The minute you step into Harvest Barn Inn you are treated as family! This beautiful farmhouse has been fully renovated by its new owners and it is simply lovely. They have managed to create a space that respects the history and age of the building- while modernizing all space and making them comfortable for their guests. You can see and feel that every piece they chose has a purpose! The shared living spaces in the property are equally as charming, with ample games and books to checkout as you enjoy the beautiful view across the river! There was also always coffee and tea available, and a delicious sweet treat provided each day by the very talented Blessing! Aside from the obvious care and precision the owners put into their property - the true charm here comes from their friendly, welcoming, and engaging personalities as innkeepers. We loved talking and getting to know them, but also could see that if people preferred a more lowkey/ less human interaction stay - that they would respect that too! Last but not least - the weekend breakfast service blew us away! Three courses of local and carefully curated choices that went so above and beyond our expectations. We felt that we had been teleported into a five star restaurant! To sum this up, if you are even considering, make the trip!!! We’ve been traveling to this area for six years and this blew everything away by a long shot. We can’t wait to come back! ❤

Our stay was wonderful! The River View room with its private porch was perfect for us. Kaelan was very welcoming upon our arrival and provided helpful information about the city. We stayed here for a weekend with family and several family member’s also stayed. My room was clean and perfect. The inn Keeper could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Breakfast is included and it’s HOMEMADE and it’s delicious. Coffee and tea is always available, a refrigerator is in the dining room for guests. We will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved our stay at this awesome Inn . The view looking over the river is beautiful , so relaxing , the 3 course breakfast was delicious . Our host Kaelan was so informative , he shared the history of the house , community, and recommended places to tour , restaurants , ect. We felt like we were home such a warm welcoming . We would highly recommend your stay. The homemade cookies , tea and coffee bar were great to see after a long day of traveling .

Stayed for the weekend. Breakfast was outstanding. The room was immaculate. The shower and bathroom was luxurious. The bed was very Comfortable. Plenty of pillows and blankets. Hot coffee in the morning and the yummiest brown butter cookies to snack on. We will return!
