Wenige Meter vom Hotel entfernt ist eine Baustelle - mit massiver Lärmbelästigung. Abends kam dann noch Musik aus der Poolbar hinzu - der Bass war in meinen Room bis 23 Uhr hörbar. Keinerlei Vorab-Info.

Decent place to stay in a vibrant neighborhood. Hotel was more hip than it was nice/classy. Our room was small. The bed was comfy. Lobby and pool were hip seemingly meant for a younger crowd. Asthetic was bohemian and trendy. Hotel greeted us w a welcome drink and chocolates and a map. And unlimited bottles of water. Bfast was not included. Good restaurants in the area.

This was a perfect stay . We were greeted professionally and warm. The hotel is gorgeous. We stayed in room suite 115 , this is truly a well appointed suite amazing! Breakfast was perfect. The pool is beautiful and heated .

The room was dirty, specially the carpet and bug infestation. There were bugs crawling everywhere! I strongly suggest to stay away from this hotel! When I checked out I was told they normally don’t have bugs. Terrible experience!

Great location in Barrio Alto. You definitely need good legs to climb the surrounding hills! The Hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly. It has a beautiful view of the city.

Het ontbijt was zeer lekker en verzorgd, Hotel met een prachtig uitzicht… Familiekamer met twee badkamers en 2 toiletten en balkon was zeer leuk voor er met 4 vriendinnen te verblijven. Personeel zeer behulpzaam..

This is a tremendous hotel and a fabulous stay. We got the terrace room and enjoyed drinking Port on the terrace looking over the city at night. We really appreciated the designer touches in the room. The breakfast is elegant and the hotel is in a convenient area with restaurants, stores, and night life. Would love to stay here again.

Excellent hotel, wonderful staff. Always smiling and ready to help in any question(s) we had. In a very central location with easy access to everything in Lisboa. Room with view over town. Fine restaurant - and felt like being cared for and taken serious in everything. Definitely a place we will come back to. One suggestion: They should have a stack of free city maps under the reception counter instead of referring to their sister hotel.

The hotel is beautiful design-wise but the rooms are small; I had a room with terrace and small. Also, my flight was cancelled twice and the hotel still charged me for both nights, which I understand, but appalling told me it would mark me as a no show and not guarantee my room for the 3rd night even though I’d already paid. This meant I would’ve paid for all 3 and not been given my room for even 1 night. After much back and for thing, they finally agreed to give me my room for the 3rd night but this never should have been a question. I wouldn’t return for this reason alone.

Excellent hotel, wonderful staff. Always smiling and ready to help in any question(s) we had. In a very central location with easy access to everything in Lisboa. Room with view over town. Fine restaurant - and felt like being cared for and taken serious in everything. Definitely a place we will come back to. Great property away from the main tourist hub. not near the water but if you have been to Lisbon before, it's a lovely respite. One thing I do think that the hotel needs to a much better job is sign posting the hotel. You enter off the main street (if you are lucky enough to find it....i was not even with a Lisbon taxi and was dumped half way down the street even though the Uber had the full address. Further, it is down a very steep hill so if you have a lot of luggage it's frustrating and challenging). even ordering other taxis caused delays and frustration, better and larger signs would make a huge difference. Luckily the hotel is a gem and my sore arms were thrilled to arrive in such a special place!

Overall it was a great experience and the hotel location was perfect. The area around it has lots of great restaurants and bars, but was a bit removed from some of the other busy tourist areas.
