The Almaria Edificio da Corte Hotel was one of the best properties we have ever stayed in! Filipe, at the front desk, went above and beyond to help us coordinate various aspects of our trip. He was always cheerful and very knowledgable, with great restaurant and tour recommendations. The suite itself was immaculate! Very spacious for a family of 5. We loved having the refrigerator stocked daily with ample breakfast foods and enjoyed the fresh bread/sweets delivered every morning. The hotel itself is fairly central to everything, and a quick walk to the metro. We would highly recommend this property!

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment in the first floor. It was very clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment is located in the heart of the Lisbon tourist district. The apartment included a breakfast of bread, pastries, cheese, ham, eggs, and fruit. This was a great way to start the day.

Appartement/hôtel très agréable. La propreté était impeccable et la literie confortable. Le petit déjeuner était composé de charcuterie, œufs, fromage, pain frais, viennoiseries ou pancakes ou pasteis de nata et yaourts. Étaient également à disposition du café, du lait et des fruits. Logement au calme et très bien situé pour visiter la ville. Une gentille attention a été portée à notre fille avec un gâteau pour son anniversaire le jour de l arrivée. Très bon séjour.

Almaria Edifício da Corte was a great pick for our three days in Lisbon. It is right in the heart of the city, just a few minutes walk from the main train line/subway station. Tons of local restaurants and shops within a 10 minute walk. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Fresh bread / pastries were provided each morning as well as a selection of welcome snacks (cheese, meats, champagne, etc). The room itself was well equipped and beautifully decorated having everything we needed for our trip.

This aparthotel was absolutely perfect. 10/10. Felipe, the concierge was so inviting and kind and made me feel comfortable my entire stay. My apartment exceeded my expectations and had every single amenity. Housekeeping staff was wonderful and always replenished everything that I finished. This accommodation was definitely a major highlight of my trip to Portugal. I’ve already recommended it to others. Don’t hesitate, just book this hotel. You’ll find that major landmarks and shopping are right outside your door. Almaria, please expand because I don’t think I can travel any other way. You guys spoiled me in the best way possible!

We stayed 4 nights and could not be more satisfied with the location and amenities. We had a standard room, and the only thing missing was a balcony. I know other categories had this option, so it was all on us. Centraly located in old town, easy access to many wonderful restaurants and bars. A short walk from metro, tram and train. The apartment it self was simply furnished, but had all amenities needed. They even provided detergent and softener for the washing machine. Breakfast was a good selection pleased in the fridge, and you can supply more if needed yourself from a close by grocery store. Access by code, easy and efficient. Kind and welcoming staff. Would definitely book again!

とても広い部屋で、清潔で良かった。ベットはシングルが2台である。 キッチンがあるので、自身で作る朝食の用意（卵、ハム、チーズ、ベーコン、チョリソー、プチトマト、きゅうりまたはポルトガルのチーズ、ヨーグルト、パンケーキ、オリーブオイル、塩胡椒、コーヒー、お茶、バター、ジャム）がされており、パンは8:30ごろドアにかかっていて、充分な内容であった。 乾燥機能付き洗濯機があり、洗剤の用意があったので助かった。 残念な点は、 1.洗濯機の脱水機能が壊れていたようである。乾燥機をかけても、湿った仕上がりにしかならなかった。 2.ソファががたついていた。 3.包丁が切りにくい。 4.フライパンのフッ素加工がはげていた。 5.アイロン台の脚が壊れていた。 多少の困り事はあったが、リスボンに訪れる機会が再びあるなら、また利用したいと思う。

The location of this place was perfect for accessing Chiado, just up the hill, and for time out market and pink street which was just downhill. If you’re over in Alfama you can take Tram 28 to the academia stop and it’s a quick walk from there. The staff was friendly and even when they were off hours helped us with a few things via What’s app. The apartment was spacious and breakfast was put in the refrigerator every morning for us to make some eggs and bacon.

Amazing place! The pictures look exactly like our room. It was sunny, comfortable, bigger than expected and the apartment was stocked with everything we needed. The breakfast was perfect, I loved the pastries by the door each AM. We also got afternoon breads in case we needed more excuses to eat the great food. Lovely place, I would recommend this location to anyone visiting Lisbon, especially if traveling with more than 2 people.

The staff was excellent, caring, thoughtful and always helpful. For my birthday, I arrived and a cake was waiting for me in my room. Personlized notes were set on our kitchen table. If I ever required assistance they were waiting to assist me. I will always stay here and recommend it to anyone! Just a great experience!

The best stay we’ve ever had. The breakfast and fresh bread/pastry delivery was a daily highlight. Pedro and Philip were super responsive and available by WhatsApp as needed. We really loved our stay and can’t wait to stay again!

The concierge team was amazing! They went out of their way to welcome us, give good food recommendations, and make reservations. The space is beautiful and comfortable. The location is just minutes walk away from many tourist attractions, public transit, and restaurants.

La communication avec le service conciergerie avant le voyage a été parfait, ils ont organisé notre transfert à partir de l'aéroport ainsi que le retour. Le logement est très bien placé, à côté des arrêts de tramway et proche des commerces et restaurants. Le service du petit déjeuner est parfaitement organisé aussi. La literie est très confortable et les abords très calmes. Mention spéciale pour Sofia qui m'a fait déposé un gâteau d'anniversaire délicieux avec un message très touchant en français 🎂.

A great place to stay. The special touches they did to make sure we have everything that we need during our stay. Stocked our fridge ahead of time. Fresh pastries and bread every morning was amazing. They emailed ahead of time if we have any dietary restrictions. We travelled with two kids with severe allergies to nuts and milk and they provided us with food that they can actually eat. I highly recommend this place especially for people with young family. Uber had a hard time locating the place and we got dropped off a little far from the apartment but that was just a inconvenience that we can live with. Close to pink street and time out market! Love the location! Highly recommend this place.

Uber had a hard time locating the place and we got dropped off a little far from the apartment but that was just a inconvenience that we can live with. Close to pink street and time out market! Almaria Edifício da Corte was a great pick for our three days in Lisbon. It is right in the heart of the city, just a few minutes walk from the main train line/subway station. Tons of local restaurants and shops within a 10 minute walk. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Fresh bread / pastries were provided each morning as well as a selection of welcome snacks (cheese, meats, champagne, etc). The room itself was well equipped and beautifully decorated having everything we needed for our trip.

We stayed 4 nights and could not be more satisfied with the location and amenities. We had a standard room, and the only thing missing was a balcony. I know other categories had this option, so it was all on us. Centraly located in old town, easy access to many wonderful restaurants and bars. A short walk from metro, tram and train. The apartment it self was simply furnished, but had all amenities needed. They even provided detergent and softener for the washing machine. Breakfast was a good selection pleased in the fridge, and you can supply more if needed yourself from a close by grocery store. Access by code, easy and efficient. Kind and welcoming staff. Would definitely book again!

The location of this place was perfect for accessing Chiado, just up the hill, and for time out market and pink street which was just downhill. If you’re over in Alfama you can take Tram 28 to the academia stop and it’s a quick walk from there. The staff was friendly and even when they were off hours helped us with a few things via What’s app. The apartment was spacious and breakfast was put in the refrigerator every morning for us to make some eggs and bacon.

Loved this apartment. The best part was having gluten free bread and snacks in the room upon arrival. The staff were amazing. Th only draw back is if you have mobility issues. I have a torn ACL and am recovering from knee surgery. The hotel is in a steep hill and Ubers make you climb down the hill for a pick up. But if you have no mobility issues this is the best place ever.

This is a gem in a great location! We could get anywhere in town and just a few minute walk from main square. Front desk staff were amazing-friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We rented a 2 bedroom unit. To our pleasant surprise food was delivered everyday that we used for a light dinner or breakfast. Every morning left on our door was a bag full of fresh breads and pastry.

Lovely apartment! Very well equipped, beautifully decorated, excellent washer/dryer, lots of hot water, fresh bread every morning, fridge stocked with eggs, cheese and cold meets, wonderfully friendly staff, great location for exploring Lisbon. Appartement/hôtel très agréable. La propreté était impeccable et la literie confortable. Le petit déjeuner était composé de charcuterie, œufs, fromage, pain frais, viennoiseries ou pancakes ou pasteis de nata et yaourts. Étaient également à disposition du café, du lait et des fruits. Logement au calme et très bien situé pour visiter la ville. Une gentille attention a été portée à notre fille avec un gâteau pour son anniversaire le jour de l arrivée. Très bon séjour.

The staff was attentive. We loved having washer/ dryer in the apartment. The decor was very European. We were excited for the breakfast supplies every morning. House keeping was attentive and so helpful with dishes. We were close to the Cais do dodge station, which made getting around helpful.

This charming apartment style hotel in Lisbon by the water was a delightful experience. The room was spacious, clean, and well-decorated, offering plenty of comfort. This was a lovely spot and the view was amazing! The breakfast was really special. Having it provided in your room where you could make and enjoy it made the experience feel a little more like you were living in Lisbon rather than just visiting.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment has everything we could have wished for including a comfortable bed and great shower. The location was great and made it easy to walk to many sights and places we wanted to see in Lisbon. The breakfast was also fantastic - as were the staff.

A great place to stay. The special touches they did to make sure we have everything that we need during our stay. Stocked our fridge ahead of time. Fresh pastries and bread every morning was amazing. They emailed ahead of time if we have any dietary restrictions. We travelled with two kids with severe allergies to nuts and milk and they provided us with food that they can actually eat. I highly recommend this place especially for people with young family. Vielen Dank lieber Eduardo und dem ganzen Team von Almaria Edificio da Corte. Ich hätte mir keinen besseren Aufenthalt in Lissabon vorstellen können und werde bei meinem nächsten Besuch die gleiche Unterkunft wieder buchen. Die Lage ist TOP, die Unterkunft ist modern, grosszügig und ruhig und das Frühstück ebenfalls sehr lecker und TOP. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder bei euch vorbei :-)

We are a family of 5 and we found da Corte the perfect location and set up (we had 2BR apartment). Close to the water, close to the action for easy walking but nice and quiet street / location. The fresh cold cuts and bread and eggs was such an added bonus. Highest of recommendations.

After a terrible experience at another property in Lisbon, we booked this hotel at the last minute, and it completely exceeded our expectations. Our original accommodation was unbearably hot, the beds were uncomfortable, and it wasn't clean when we arrived. Moving here was the best decision we could have made. From the moment we checked in, everything was wonderful. We were welcomed with complimentary water and candies, and our room was spacious, beautiful, and impeccably clean. The refrigerator was thoughtfully stocked with eggs, cheese, fruit, yogurt, and juice, which was especially convenient for our kids. The location was absolutely perfect and made it easy to explore Lisbon. To top it all off, fresh bread and pastries were delivered each morning, making breakfast feel like a special treat. Perhaps the biggest surprise was that this hotel actually cost less than the apartment we had originally booked, yet the experience was infinitely better. After three weeks of traveling throughout Spain and Portugal, this was the perfect place to end our trip. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. We would happily stay here again.
