When i arrived i was given a room with a bath i had requested walk in shower due to disabilities so I was changed which was ok the carpet was dirty the windows were dirty the tv only worked on 2 channels the bed was comfortable and clean bathroom was clean tea and coffee was ok location was excellent Staff friendly and helpful

Room was clean but bathroom was a little outdated. Also sounded like the bathroom above mine was dripping into my bath while they showered. Ammenities in the room werw great. Hotel is about a 10minute walk into town which was great. Locations is superb. A little loud at 4am with doors banging but i guess its not the hotels fault.

My room was tiny and unfortunately very dirty. I didnt even touch the water glass as it was very dirty. Mirrors were very dirty as well. I would not pick this hotel again. At least the recepitionists are kind people.

Free parking and good location but thats about the only positives. The hotel is outdated and in dire need of upgrades. The bathroom in our room made me want to puke. We visited in peak summer, there was no ac and no fan. Staff disappear at 10pm so you are on your own and cannot get assistance. There is a number you can message but they don’t respond until the morning anyway so its pointless. Lounge area tv’s etc turned off at 10pm when staff leave so we were unable to watch the game and had to watch on the tiniest rv in our room. If you like standards and comfort then this hotel will make you want to cry, avoid. Its a shame as it is in a great location and has so much potential if only they cared!

Stayed in room 21 - it was like a sauna. No windows open when entering the room and smelt like someone had eaten an Indian curry beforehand. Decent sized room, nice linen. Poor quality mattress Couldn't get the hot water to work in the shower. Invest in a fan in your rooms it would make a significant difference. Bar only open on a Friday and Saturday night for some strange reason even though at least 2 members of staff working one wearing a white shirt that had never seen an iron. In the 'lounge' some guy was eating food that he'd brought in, laid out on the sofa with his feet up on the sofa like it was his house. Playing loud videos on his phone whilst I was trying to watch the last part of the football on the TV, I lasted 2 minutes and left him to it. On leaving the guy on reception just took my key, didn't ask if my stay was ok, wish me a good morning etc. Even though it's cheap (I booked it very last minute) I'd spend a but more money and stay somewhere else
