I love this hotel. The rooms were huge! Beautifully decorated and well appointed. They had music on the patio Friday night. The one thing they’re missing right now is a sit-down restaurant. But you can order food from the bar. The Mac n cheese is delicious!! I will always stay here white in Scott’s Valley, ca. !

No working A/C in the rooms. We had to be transferred four times, we had staff attempt to enter our room unannounced for unknown reasons three times. After the first time I barricaded the door luckily, because the second time they tried to enter at midnight. Why? No idea. We were kept awake by noisy neighbors until 11:30pm then back up again at 5:30am. The staff couldn’t care less about the issues and were not friendly at all with the exception of one. Balcony doors were not operational and had to be pried open by maintenance staff. There was no complimentary laundry detergent on site, we had to leave to go buy some late at night on our own dime. Water pressure in showers was non-existent. Other than that, a fantastic stay. I would highly not recommend it.

The hotel was very nice and super clean. What would have made my rating an "excellent" one is if my room had a microwave and refrigerator, like my friend's did. I would have also really appreciated having breakfast provided like many other hotels do.

My sister and I reserved a room with two queen size beds and at check-in was told they had a king size bed for us. I let them know that was not acceptable and they found me a room with two beds, but it had no air conditioning. They told me they had overbooked and that was all they could offer. Keep in mind it was during a very warm week. Spent four nights in the hotel and three of them without air-conditioning. They gave us a fan. The last day they finally had service workers to fix air-conditioning for several of the rooms and changed my room. Every morning the coffee in the lobby was cold and the hot water was cold at 6:30AM when I checked. Eggs in the restaurant were brown from being over hard, definitely not over easy. And watery oatmeal. Paying over $300 a night for this level of hotel amenities/service is outrageous. I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past and it has gone to a new low. The management needs to go stay at the Fairmont in San Francisco or Seattle to see how to do things right if they are going to charge the same rate.
