Top Lage! Zimmer altmodisch aber SAUBER und zweckmässig ausgestattet. Frühstück reichlich, etwas Abwechslung würde nicht schaden aber Gut. Personal immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles in allem gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis. Würden wiederkommen.

Der var ikke noget at sætte på hotellet alt var godt og i orden. Limone by er dog overrendt af turister.

Without Irena on reception our time would not have been nearly as good. She is fabulous, helpful, attentive and keen to show you how best to make the most of your stay. The other young male receptionist was terrible, bordering on rude & unhelpful. Breakfast was good, fresh and tasty. Hotel itself is living off past glories, room set up is just weird, and decide is very dated and the whole hotel needs renovated, especially given the price being charged. Spa / Sauna area is very smelly, old and ingrained dirt. Rooms were well kept by staff. Asked for a lake view but garden trees unkept blocking view and gardens are not maintained. The shared balcony area is again unkept with astrograss needing renewed. Overall we slept well but am glad we weren’t staying to long. Summary if you want help as for Irena she is the unseen star but other that her, this is another Italian hotel living off its past and location and no real sign of maintenance or upgrade program. Expensive for what it is.
