The place is utterly understaff. People wearing plain clothes, no id badges, and clearly poorly trained. Only one desk at reception resulting in long lines. Whoever manages this place has no business running a hotel. Avoid it if you can. Really surprised Accor has not taken action yet.

Probably because of the holiday, hotel was short staffed. Shower box ( white area) dirty. Silverware at the restaurant, dirty. Alcohol gel not available.
