Nirvana Mediterranean Excellence - Ultra All Inclusive

The hotel has become noticeably worse compared to last year. Towels are old and need replacement. Staff constantly drive electric carts around the property, and guests have to keep stepping aside. At night they even drive without headlights, suddenly appearing out of the dark. The food quality has also declined — some ingredients have been replaced with cheaper ones, and you can really feel the difference.

Staff are amazing. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Super clean with lots to do. Food is also great with lots of restaurants and a great buffet option.

The hotel was terrific overall: - The food was excellent, and there was a great variety of options. - The grounds were beautiful and well-maintained. - Room cleaning was impeccable. - The entertainment program was top-notch. The only downside was the beach—it was not very convenient, and there weren’t enough spots.

From the moment we arrived, the warmth and assistance offered by everyone were outstanding. A special mention must go to our host, Mr. Ahmet, whose dedication and hard work greatly enhanced our experience. He was not only delightful and attentive to all guests but also exhibited a high skill level in resolving any issues that arose. The property is a really nice all-inclusive resort. Great property, very green, well maintained. It is excellent for travelers with pets as it is pet-friendly. They provide a pet hotel option if you want to leave your pet there - very nice facility. Or if you want your pet to stay with you - make sure you check on the types of the rooms that allow pets in (like Cedar house) as it is not evident from Expedia information. They have pet beach which is great so you can bring your dog/pet with you. Good food offerings both in the main restaurant and a-la carte options. Our favorite a-la carte restaurant was Sea Club. Hotel staff is friendly. Service at the bar can be a bit slow at the time. Good entertainment programs.
