Best Western Plus Kelly Inn & Suites

The room was chose was GREAT for our family with kids. Plenty of room and sleep options, two bathrooms, two tvs, it was perfect for our family. Staff was always friendly. Piil was peefect for the kids as well. They loved the pool! Breakfast wasnt bad. It was a super busy weekend so we didnt eat much of what was there and just ate on the go. There were fruit options, cereal, yogurt, a couole hot options, and bread/bagel/english muffin options that i remember! Plenty of nearby dining options, as well as Doordash options!

The room and service was excellent as usual.

The pool was awesome with great hours. The location was good. The breakfast staff was in the way in my opinion. Blocking people from accessing stuff by constantly saying around the area. They were correcting kids which was inappropriate in my opinion like telling people they couldnt have their phones in their hande etc.. Our room didnt get cleaned. We were there two nights and honestly that is one of the perks of a hotel especially when you are paying $200+ per night.

Everything was great from the front desk staff to the room and cleanliness. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

My spouse and I recently stayed at this Best Western in Billings, we stayed in the Heartland Suite Room and had a very positive experience, though there are a few minor things to keep in mind. The Compliments: The free breakfast the best I’ve had at a hotel in a long time, well kept and good variety. The staff were also incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. It’s perfectly situated with easy access to both the city and local nature spots. I do recommend a vehicle, it's not fully walkable to the downtown areas/parks. The room was spotless, the bed was very comfy, and the pillows were small but good variety. I also really appreciated the excellent water pressure in the shower and a. The bath tub was excellent to relax. The pool was a lot of fun, especially if you have kids, and a great way to spend some downtime in the hot tub. The type of folks staying here, I'd think have adult only from 10 pm - 12 am for the pool would be greatly appreciated. The Drawbacks: The amenities felt a bit subpar. We were only given a bar of soap and tiny, single-use items. There were also very few towels and no extra blankets in the room. If you’re a fitness enthusiast, or want a quick workout, the gym is a bit lackluster and could use free weights and a mat or two. Overall, the "bare-bones" amenities, the comfort and the incredible breakfast make this a solid choice. Just remember to pack your own toiletries and request extra towels ahead of time!
