We wanted to stop east of St Louis to avoid morning rush hour. Service was friendly and fast. It has a hot breakfast. The room was larger than some chains. It doesn’t do those big containers of shampoo etc on the wall which I hate. Who knows what the last guest did to them thinking it’s funny. My only gripe was the vending machines that didn’t take cards and required exact change. Thank goodness they had water and snacks available at the front desk. I really wanted a coke :(

Room was very clean as was the hotel in general. Young lady at the desk on checkin was friendly and helpful. My only suggestion is to put up a sign showing the property entrance from the highway since it is hard to see at night and is a distance from the front of the hotel. Also this hotel is MUCH nicer and value than the Super 8 down the road where we stayed a week earlier.

Glad they had a fitness room. Weight machine needs some work and the treadmill doesn't incline but glad I was still able to use. The doors to the rooms kinda slam shut so it can be loud when entering and exiting but I didn't hear any late night. I would stay here again.

Room was hot when we walked in. A/c had a hard time to recover. No ice on the 3rd floor! Wasn’t any buffet eggs or bacon at 7:00 am. There was gravy and biscuits, pastries, waffles. Guess I should have gone down earlier.

The lobby was really great and the person who checked us in was very fast and friendly. The room looked good from first look but there were so many issues. There were stains on the sheets, the bathroom needed to be sweeped, the sink drain was clogged, the shower light didn’t work, the outlets were so loose I could barely get ready for the day, and the breakfast options were really limited.

Room was nice and fairly updated; however carpet in the room and elevator and some areas of the property showed excessive wear. Additionally, the coffee maker was on the sink top in the bathroom. I feel that’s unsanitary and it should be in the room somewhere.

This was a great hotel experience. The location was perfect as we had quick access to and from Route 70. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful and responsive when we had an issue with our shower. The breakfast [according to my husband!] was phenomenal. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! They have an awesome complimentary breakfast every morning. This is an excellent option if you have a car or are willing to use Uber. It is a bit difficult to walk to nearby stores and restaurants. An overpass without sidewalks lies between them and the Comfort Inn. This is still the best hotel or motel in Greenville. You are also a little over two miles from a highly-rated skydiving center.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! They have an awesome complimentary breakfast every morning. This is an excellent option if you have a car or are willing to use Uber. It is a bit difficult to walk to nearby stores and restaurants. An overpass without sidewalks lies between them and the Comfort Inn. This is still the best hotel or motel in Greenville. Room was hot when we walked in. A/c had a hard time to recover. No ice on the 3rd floor! Wasn’t any buffet eggs or bacon at 7:00 am. There was gravy and biscuits, pastries, waffles. Guess I should have gone down earlier.

The elevator had a smell that was almost nauseating. There was a sign in the elevator mentioning carpets being cleaned as part of "routine maintenance" we didn't think anything of it til we got to the room and were nearly blown back to the elevator by the floor fan on full blast pointed directly at the door. The room over all was less than ideal as far as being kept up with goes. However, it was the one on our route back home for a family emergency that had an opening that night. We survived to tell the tale of the floor fan, dirty mattress covers, and smelly elevator so I guess it wasn't all bad.

Pros: Breakfast was excellent! Lots of choices and fresh. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, right off the interstate and close to gas, restaurants, and the college. Lovely patio area with a view of the fields. Fridge, microwave, and A/C in the room all worked great! Loved the desk area in the room. It was perfect for my studies. Lamps with adjustable lighting were a great touch. King bed was super comfortable. Cons: Only one treadmill, and it was out of order. What looked to be dried food stuck to the bedsheet. Stains on the pillowcase. Paper-thin walls. The bath mat was torn with holes and stains. The laminate-type covering on the marble counters in the bathroom was cracked, peeling, and falling off. Elevator walls were banged up with missing chunks. Carpet throughout the hotel and stairwell was stained. Overall, a good place to stay if you're just needing a quick stop to lay your head.
