Comfort Inn & Suites Greenville I-70

The front desk gave a new customer our room key in the middle of the night and they came and unlocked our door. We had or children that we’re upset and scared the rest of the night not able to sleep. And I was told the manger would contact me and it’s been 4 days still no contact from a manager!

This is a pleasant place to stop between St. Louis and Indianapolis. The WiFi is below average and needs to be improved.

Clean and cozy

The woman who checked us in is such a hard worker. The next morning she was running the desk and helping in the breakfast area as it was extremely busy. However…our room had just been cleaned and it had a weird smell. I always check for bedbugs at any place we stay. Bed sheets looked clean and fresh until I lifted the fitted sheet to find another mattress sheet cover and saw an area of brown something. I did take a photo. I would have had them comeback and change the mattress cover but we were running behind on getting to an event and my husband wasn’t feeling well. My other complaint was the lack of beverage choices and fruit available at breakfast.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was average
