Manager and Asst Manager are fantastic. Friendly and meet your needs. Cleaning crew were very good and I received great treatment. Vending machines are horrible, always empty. Not great because the nearest store is 4 blocks away if you want a snake and soda. Need a new service.

Upon entering room mens underwear was left on side of tub. Front desk agent had to come get it as there were no room attendents. Jetted tub (alleged hot tub) did not work.

Pictures on the website are misleading. If a room shows that it has a whirlpool, as opposed to showing other rooms that don’t, how are you supposed to know that your room doesn’t actually include one? And it’s been a known problem that doesn’t get changed. I stayed here specifically and only for the whirlpool that was pictured. An absolute scam.

We stayed 4 days and the several keys they tried to activate for us did not work. Therefore, the entire time we were told maintenance would fix it in the morning, but this never happened. We had to have the front desk person unlock our room every time we left, and several of those times they were busy and we had to wait around. Additionally, the room next to us left their barking dogs in the room on our “rest day” for literally at least 16 hours minimum. We mentioned it to 3 different front desk staff who told us the manager had been notified. Finally at 1am they came and took their dog. The room had also not been cleaned the entire stay. Not a good impression and I will be seeking a full refund.

Decent place to stay if you just need a night or 2 to take a rest from a road trip or get away to rest like myself. Checked in with no problem. However, with it being kind of dark around the area, when you have people just hanging out outside, even if they are just on the phone, it keeps your antennas up. Not to mention some guy yelling "mom" about 10 minutes after I got to my room. Other than that the room was fine for what I needed. Wish they had a refrigerator and microwave in the room though

Decent hotel for the price. Many angry guests! All doors lock at 9 pm except for the front doors. Which sucks if you have an animal! Shower pressure was great but only big enough for a midget! Didnt see any bugs so thats a plus! Dirty, stained carpets. Fridge in room smelt like death!!! Apparently there was an outage so you had to wait at the front desk for them to walk u to your room and let you in.

Staff was nice. Me and my husband asked to change rooms because the room smelled, the floor was sticky, and the TV didn't work. Paid a little extra for another room because it was an upgrade which was fine but this room smelled as well. Also, the mini fridge had hair in it, towels were dirty, and the icing on the cake is when a roach crawled across our bed. We immediately packed up our stuff and left. We checked in a little after 4pm and checked out at midnight.

Experience was great. Clean room with that had a nice clean smell. Secure location close to store and shopping and easy access to the highway. Close to Seat Geek Stadium which was reason for the stay.

This was one of the dirtiest motels I have stayed at. I would not recommend this location to anyone. During check in there was a roach crawling over the check in counter. I was hoping this was a one off situation but after checking in, it appears this is the normal at this property. When we got into the room, the vinyl floors were sticky as if they were mopped with dirty mop water, the walls were dirty, the towel holder in the bathroom had excess dust and grime, and the table/chairs were dirty. If it wasnt for everything nearby being sold out I would have checked out immediately. Upon checking out, there was no interest from the staff as to how the experience was, they just wanted the key and wanted us on our way.

The bed was squeaky. The blanket had stains on it. Toilet leaking. Rust everywhere in the bathroom. Bathroom door wouldn’t close unless you slammed it. Television did not work. The floor was dirty. Hotel location is convenient however, I will never come back. Was $118 per night, should have been $60.

My only issues are no microwave or refrigerator in the rooms, no designated smoke area, and the fact that I had to use my own personal hotspot just to watch tv. No one wants to walk all the way down stairs just to use the microwave. There was also no where to keep anything cold, upstairs or downstairs.

The room has a bad odor, me and my family kept getting bites from bugs in thw room. Seen to many roaches and possible bed bugs. The internet was very slow and the remote to the tv didn't work at all

Manager Jackie and Asst Mgr Zulluma are fantastic . They problem solve so fast and with the friendliest personalities. The rest of the front desk is great too. I was in management for yrs, make sure you don't lose this staff. Good people are hard to get.

First night was okay, Daniel checked us in. He held our room for us when we were late getting there, and made sure we had everything we needed and explained the area, gave us recommendations, and made sure we knew what we were being charged, the rules and to let us know if anything was needed. The second night, one of the rooms I had rented was without AC or heat because their unit stopped working. The front desk agent whose name we did not know was unhelpful, said it was normal even though the one in our room was blowing a lot more & a lot colder and offered no solution. The last night our keys for both rooms quit working, The agent up front whose name we also did not get did not even remotely try to verify who we were before giving us to both rooms, and only the keys for one room worked after. When we returned to front desk, the agent laughed about it and said that’s usually happens and began telling us about how stuff doesn’t work there, and the area is bad and nothing is ever “secure.” From then until checkout we had to go to the front desk anytime we wanted to get back into the room.

Completely scammed. Was shown a picture of a king suite with a hot tub, when I showed up it took 45 mins for the rude front desk lady to find my itenarary, I had to call hotels.com and have them call her to walk her through it, then she had a condescending tone the entire time and said it was my fault the room wasn’t the same as the picture somehow smh;

Decent place to stay if you just need a night or 2 to take a rest from a road trip or get away to rest like myself. Checked in with no problem. However, with it being kind of dark around the area, when you have people just hanging out outside, even if they are just on the phone, it keeps your antennas up. Not to mention some guy yelling "mom" about 10 minutes after I got to my room. Other than that the room was fine for what I needed. Wish they had a refrigerator and microwave in the room though

Motel 6 was a seemly safe and OK place to be. Only view was a long warehouse in front. Had trouble with the TV with constant flickering picture and then on second night had NO picture but did have Audio...very strange. Where once was a limited breakfast area is now just 2 tables and coffee/ tea service only. With no microwave or refrigerator in room you must bring all necessary food items with you even just butter or jam for a roll.

A garbage dump of a hotel. Poorly managed and totally and completely not in good condition, for a human being to spend anytime there. Very unsafe and crime ridden area, where not only your personal safety you have to be concern with, but where your car is parked at, you run a high risk of having someone breaking in your car. You have to stay up throughout the night to keep an eye on your car.

Manager and Asst Manager are fantastic. Friendly and meet your needs. Cleaning crew were very good and I received great treatment. Vending machines are horrible, always empty. Not great because the nearest store is 4 blocks away if you want a snake and soda. Need a new service.

My only issues are no microwave or refrigerator in the rooms, no designated smoke area, and the fact that I had to use my own personal hotspot just to watch tv. No one wants to walk all the way down stairs just to use the microwave. There was also no where to keep anything cold, upstairs or downstairs.

Was in town for concert and saw the rates on this hotel couldn’t pass since it was only a couple night but I was pleasantly surprised how clean the room was and how nice the staff was and plenty of stuff near by to get food

Just a quick overnight stay after a concert. The hotel was very basic, a bit dated, but no complaints. Everything appeared to be clean, and for the price and what we needed (just a bed to sleep in for a few hours before hitting the road) this was perfect!

I have pictures and videos of how filthy in my room was it look like someone played Booger and doodle ball with the walls all the filth of food and the mold over the walls the filth and the dirt in the scum in the shower I had to go and buy things in order to sweep and clean my floor in the baseboards only thing they ever did in their hotel room was changed the sheets I was even cleaning up outside their door front for them all the trash that was left out front in the whole two days I was there the trash never got picked up from the power that I made by the door it was absolutely horrible and I wish hotels I'll come stop giving us these type of hotels because I know for a fact I'm not the first one to report the disgusting the filth of that hotel but the two front desk staff guys were amazing
