Min datter og jeg hadde et helt fantastisk opphold her! Servicen var helt upåklagelig, alt var rent og fint, og hotellet har svært gode fasiliteter. Elsket at hotellet har egen strand, og at solseng og håndkle var inkludert. Det samme gjelder hotellets spa-avdeling, som ga en fin opplevelse på et par dager med dårlig vær. Et stille og rolig sted som passet for oss som gikk tidlig til sengs, og står opp tidlig. Helt supre rom og gode senger. God frokost, men manglet merking på allergener, dette trakk litt ned.

Il soggiorno di sei giorni presso Elia Agia marina è stato meraviglioso. La struttura fornisce ogni comodità: camere ampie e sempre pulite, cambio giornaliero di asciugamani, teli mare giornalieri, e poi....colazione ottima e abbondante a due passi dal mare, spiaggia privata con ombrelloni (gratuiti!), vasca idromassaggio di fronte alle camere, piscina e parcheggio...tutto gratuito! Inoltre attorno alla struttura ci sono market, farmacie, ristoranti e locali per ogni esigenza. La posizione come base per tour nelle spiagge della costa Ovest è ottima. Infine, non per importanza, il personale è sempre stato gentile e super disponibile per qualsiasi informazione o risoluzione di problema. Consigliatissimo!

Hotellets plassering på stranden er bra, men det er slitt og tilbyr lite annet enn strand. Er du en bassengperson må du velge et annet hotell. Treningsrommet er heller ikke all verden, men er man der alene kan man få gjennomført noe. Hyggelig betjening, men transfer hadde ikke prisen som lovet og for all del ikke bestill halv pensjon. Frokost er ok, men middagsutvalget og kvaliteten ganske dårlig. Stranden og solsengene (som det var akkuratt nok av) er dog veldig bra og veier opp for resten.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 days.Great accommodations for a Family of 4: 2-story room with full bathrooms and A/C on both levels. Very nice property, clean, safe. Extremely friendly staff, especially front desk manager, Athena. Wonderful breakfast with great variety of dishes every day. The property is right on the beach with enough umbrellas and sunbeds for all the guests. It is only a 10- min bus ride from Chania. Highly recommended this hotel!

The hotel was beautiful and clean. Breakfast was delicious and the patio was overlooking the sea. The beach is perfect for kids, lots of sunbeds and umbrellas available. Good restaurants and some shops just up the street. Lots of parking if you have a car. Room with the loft was great, provided kids with their own space. Only downside is a lack of storage. We only brought one small carry on each, but there wasn’t enough storage or shelf space to accommodate our things. Otherwise, excellent stay and would love to return.

Nice room with balcony. Everything is modern in the room. Breakfast is good, but could be crowded and at these moments serving dishes are empty. Not enough staff to serve, clean, and prepare tables. We were there at the end of the season. Cannot imagine how they are operating in the season. Beach is nice but the water is shallow and you need to walk for a good 5 min to be able to go deep in the water. Beach chairs are very low and not really comfortable. Nice comfortable chairs are around the pool, but only 4 of them, and you cannot move them even a little bit to get a shade. They do not open any umbrellas on the deck with the statement that it is a wind. Even if it is not. Food in the restaurant is not something to write home about, but if you are on the beach, lazy to dress and go literally 2 small blocks to the main street, this restaurant is very helpful. People that are working in the hotel are very friendly and helpful. Always happy to help with any situation. Territory and rooms, including common areas, are clean. Area is turisty, there are a lot of good restaurants, a bus is operating on the main street and will bring you to the nearest small cities. Renting a car is helpful.

Modern room, good air con, large shower. Breakfast ok, not very warm (the cooked part) and not replenished regularly. Pool tiny (very creative photo taking in the Hotels.com description) Hotel right on the beach if your only there for the sea then the size of the pool isn’t a problem I guess, we like both tho! Lots of pool bars on the beach tho that you can use theirs pools if you buy drinks/eat at their establishments. Most staff great, tho the bar lady with the blonde hair was rude constantly throughout the week and only seems to interact with local people she knows that use the hotel for food or drinks, it was disappointing as there was no reason for it.

The family room was perfect for us. Total privacy for the adults on the lower level with the kids just upstairs. Room was beautiful. Bathrooms were modern and attractive. Beach was awesome. Oiols were great. Spa was also great. I have nothing negative or bad to say. We will definitely stay here again.

Elia Agia Marina: Good and bad. We have very mixed feelings about our honeymoon stay at Elia Agia Marina. The Bad: We spent a 3 week honeymoon throughout Greece and were made to feel welcome in all the hotels we stayed at except for this one. Each hotel went out of their way to congratulate us and even send bottles of wine to welcome us. This is not required but a nice touch. We never received our free bottle of wine included with our Expedia booking. We felt weird asking for it as we were made to feel uncomfortable with everything we asked for throughout our stay including beach towels and housekeeping. The staff seemed very friendly with their regular guests but we did not feel welcomed throughout our week there. Also, we had a room with a handicapped shower which consistently flooded due to a flawed setup that the staff acknowledged being an issue. It was very frustrating that we would have to ask nightly for extra towels to absorb the water despite them indicating a note would be left for housekeeping. Housekeeping also seemed to inconsistently clean the room and forgot to give us towels multiple times. Overall, there was a very weird vibe here and this was one of the least welcoming hotels we have ever stayed in. The Good: The room was very spacious. We also had a very nice view of the ocean from room 11. The breakfast was plentiful each day and offered good options for every appetite.

First, I want to emphasize that we are frequent travelers, and during our stay in Crete, we stayed at several hotels. However, Agia Marina Hotel & Resort stood out as the best. Here’s why: The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel is beachfront, located on what we believe is the best beach in Crete. Free parking was available, and the rooms were clean. Additionally, the hotel is surrounded by numerous taverns, making it convenient to explore local cuisine. The hotel met all of our expectations in terms of quality, making it well worth the price. A heartfelt thank you to the entire staff—we loved this hotel and will return every year❤️

Great hotel! Really enjoyed our 9 nights stay with my boyfriend. Beach at backyard that was very clean with free sunbeds to enjoy sun and swimming. Beautiful sunset. Our room was cleaned every day so nicely. I want to thank the whole staff for warm welcome and arranging everything for us. Big recommendation!

Nice room with balcony. Everything is modern in the room. Breakfast is good, but could be crowded and at these moments serving dishes are empty. Not enough staff to serve, clean, and prepare tables. We were there at the end of the season. Cannot imagine how they are operating in the season. Beach is nice but the water is shallow and you need to walk for a good 5 min to be able to go deep in the water. Beach chairs are very low and not really comfortable. Nice comfortable chairs are around the pool, but only 4 of them, and you cannot move them even a little bit to get a shade. They do not open any umbrellas on the deck with the statement that it is a wind. Even if it is not. Food in the restaurant is not something to write home about, but if you are on the beach, lazy to dress and go literally 2 small blocks to the main street, this restaurant is very helpful. People that are working in the hotel are very friendly and helpful. Always happy to help with any situation. Territory and rooms, including common areas, are clean. Area is turisty, there are a lot of good restaurants, a bus is operating on the main street and will bring you to the nearest small cities. Renting a car is helpful.

Haben Halbpension gebucht und waren sehr begeistert, dass das Abendessen kein Buffet war wie beim Frühstück, sondern A la Carte. essen war lecker und die getränkepreise voll ok. Zimmer waren sauber, Klima hat gut funktioniert, hatten Meerblick mit großem Balkon obwohl nicht gebucht. Frühstück war auch lecker, hat jeden Tag auch ein bisschen gewechselt. Kellner Georgios war sehr lustig und sympathisch. Es waren genug Liegen am Strand verfügbar ohne Angst haben zu müssen dass sie die Deutschen wegreservieren ;) Kommen gerne wieder! PS: der gebuchte Transfer über Expedia hat auch super geklappt und war viel billiger als direkt über das Hotel. Bus war auch klimatisiert und ich konnte per WhatsApp die Abholzeit ändern, da wir dann einen späteren Flug genommen haben.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 days.Great accommodations for a Family of 4: 2-story room with full bathrooms and A/C on both levels. Very nice property, clean, safe. Extremely friendly staff, especially front desk manager, Athena. Wonderful breakfast with great variety of dishes every day. The property is right on the beach with enough umbrellas and sunbeds for all the guests. It is only a 10- min bus ride from Chania. Highly recommended this hotel!

The hotel was beautiful and clean. Breakfast was delicious and the patio was overlooking the sea. The beach is perfect for kids, lots of sunbeds and umbrellas available. Good restaurants and some shops just up the street. Lots of parking if you have a car. Room with the loft was great, provided kids with their own space. Only downside is a lack of storage. We only brought one small carry on each, but there wasn’t enough storage or shelf space to accommodate our things. Otherwise, excellent stay and would love to return.

The family room was perfect for us. Total privacy for the adults on the lower level with the kids just upstairs. Room was beautiful. Bathrooms were modern and attractive. Beach was awesome. Oiols were great. Spa was also great. I have nothing negative or bad to say. We will definitely stay here again.

Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt am Strand und nicht überfüllt. Man kann leckeres Frühstück auf der Terrasse genießen. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Elia Agia Marina: Good and bad. We have very mixed feelings about our honeymoon stay at Elia Agia Marina. The Bad: We spent a 3 week honeymoon throughout Greece and were made to feel welcome in all the hotels we stayed at except for this one. Each hotel went out of their way to congratulate us and even send bottles of wine to welcome us. This is not required but a nice touch. We never received our free bottle of wine included with our Expedia booking. We felt weird asking for it as we were made to feel uncomfortable with everything we asked for throughout our stay including beach towels and housekeeping. The staff seemed very friendly with their regular guests but we did not feel welcomed throughout our week there. Also, we had a room with a handicapped shower which consistently flooded due to a flawed setup that the staff acknowledged being an issue. It was very frustrating that we would have to ask nightly for extra towels to absorb the water despite them indicating a note would be left for housekeeping. Housekeeping also seemed to inconsistently clean the room and forgot to give us towels multiple times. Overall, there was a very weird vibe here and this was one of the least welcoming hotels we have ever stayed in. The Good: The room was very spacious. We also had a very nice view of the ocean from room 11. The breakfast was plentiful each day and offered good options for every appetite.

The staff was absolutely incredible!! They catered to our every need, whether at a meal, by the pool, or on the beach! Arranged our airport shuttle, called us taxis, they even provided us with boxed breakfast (that we didn’t even ask for) the day we had to leave early to head to the airport! They all went above and beyond!!!!

Dieses Hotel sollte zum Highlight unserer Kreta Reise werden und wir waren voller Vorfreude aufgrund der guten Bewertung. Leider final sehr enttäuschend, der Service ist sehr schlecht und ansonsten wurden wir nicht gut als Gäste behandelt. Die versprochene Flasche Wein und das Upgrade wurden ebenfalls nicht gegeben, angeblich sei man ausgebucht, in keinster Weise der Wahrheit entsprach Als wir schon ihren wollten wurde uns gesagt, dass dies kostenlos natürlich nicht möglich sein und wir deswegen bleiben müssen. Ebenso der Freundliche Hinweis, dass wir doch beim nächsten Mal besser direkt beim Hotel buchen und nicht über expedia. Lage von dem Hotel ist gut und das Frühstück auch. Das sind die ganzen Nachbarhotels aber ebenso, von daher werden wir nicht wir kommen

Ophold på 2 døgn. Fint hotel med dejlig “privat” strand. Morgenmad og Middagen var ikke værd at skrive hjem om. Personalet var super søde, men gaber helt sikkert over for mange gæster i forhold til antallet af ansatte. Kan fint anbefales til et par dage. Men vi vin anbefale, at i ikke køber halvpension, men finder andre steder at spise.

Hotel was in a great location to get about. The staff at the hotel were friendly. The staff in restaurant were very accommodating when getting unusual drinks requests, especially ‘captain’. Would definitely recommend hotel & use again.

Modern room, good air con, large shower. Breakfast ok, not very warm (the cooked part) and not replenished regularly. Pool tiny (very creative photo taking in the Hotels.com description) Hotel right on the beach if your only there for the sea then the size of the pool isn’t a problem I guess, we like both tho! Lots of pool bars on the beach tho that you can use theirs pools if you buy drinks/eat at their establishments. Most staff great, tho the bar lady with the blonde hair was rude constantly throughout the week and only seems to interact with local people she knows that use the hotel for food or drinks, it was disappointing as there was no reason for it.

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana di giugno in questo hotel, posto molto carino e curato. Avevamo la mezza pensione, e quindi abbiamo cenato presso il ristorante alla carta, tutto molto buono (unica nota è che il bere era extra e non ci era stato comunicato in fase di prenotazione). hotel dispone di una spiaggia privata e di un parcheggio comodo. Lo consiglio

Avevamo la mezza pensione, e quindi abbiamo cenato presso il ristorante alla carta, tutto molto buono (unica nota è che il bere era extra e non ci era stato comunicato in fase di prenotazione). hotel dispone di una spiaggia privata e di un parcheggio comodo. Direkt am Strand gelegen. Sehr freundliches Personal. Wunderschöner Strand mit feinem Sand mit herrlichem Ausblick. Viele Restaurants und Supermärkte sind gleich in der Nähe, alles, was man braucht, ist leicht erreichbar.

Bella struttura con accrsso diretto in spiaggia. L'unica pecca è la colazione, decisamente non all'altezza: succhi di frutta della peggior qualità, marmellate cattivissime, parte dolce scarsa, personale non molto sveglio. Peccato perché la struttura è molto bella.

Min datter og jeg hadde et helt fantastisk opphold her! Servicen var helt upåklagelig, alt var rent og fint, og hotellet har svært gode fasiliteter. Elsket at hotellet har egen strand, og at solseng og håndkle var inkludert. Det samme gjelder hotellets spa-avdeling, som ga en fin opplevelse på et par dager med dårlig vær. Et stille og rolig sted som passet for oss som gikk tidlig til sengs, og står opp tidlig. Helt supre rom og gode senger. God frokost, men manglet merking på allergener, dette trakk litt ned.

Hotellets plassering på stranden er bra, men det er slitt og tilbyr lite annet enn strand. Er du en bassengperson må du velge et annet hotell. Treningsrommet er heller ikke all verden, men er man der alene kan man få gjennomført noe. Hyggelig betjening, men transfer hadde ikke prisen som lovet og for all del ikke bestill halv pensjon. Frokost er ok, men middagsutvalget og kvaliteten ganske dårlig. Stranden og solsengene (som det var akkuratt nok av) er dog veldig bra og veier opp for resten.

Haben Halbpension gebucht und waren sehr begeistert, dass das Abendessen kein Buffet war wie beim Frühstück, sondern A la Carte. essen war lecker und die getränkepreise voll ok. Zimmer waren sauber, Klima hat gut funktioniert, hatten Meerblick mit großem Balkon obwohl nicht gebucht. Frühstück war auch lecker, hat jeden Tag auch ein bisschen gewechselt. Kellner Georgios war sehr lustig und sympathisch. Es waren genug Liegen am Strand verfügbar ohne Angst haben zu müssen dass sie die Deutschen wegreservieren ;) Kommen gerne wieder! PS: der gebuchte Transfer über Expedia hat auch super geklappt und war viel billiger als direkt über das Hotel. Bus war auch klimatisiert und ich konnte per WhatsApp die Abholzeit ändern, da wir dann einen späteren Flug genommen haben.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 days.Great accommodations for a Family of 4: 2-story room with full bathrooms and A/C on both levels. Very nice property, clean, safe. Extremely friendly staff, especially front desk manager, Athena. Wonderful breakfast with great variety of dishes every day. The property is right on the beach with enough umbrellas and sunbeds for all the guests. It is only a 10- min bus ride from Chania. Highly recommended this hotel!

Nice room with balcony. Everything is modern in the room. Breakfast is good, but could be crowded and at these moments serving dishes are empty. Not enough staff to serve, clean, and prepare tables. We were there at the end of the season. Cannot imagine how they are operating in the season. Beach is nice but the water is shallow and you need to walk for a good 5 min to be able to go deep in the water. Beach chairs are very low and not really comfortable. Nice comfortable chairs are around the pool, but only 4 of them, and you cannot move them even a little bit to get a shade. They do not open any umbrellas on the deck with the statement that it is a wind. Even if it is not. Food in the restaurant is not something to write home about, but if you are on the beach, lazy to dress and go literally 2 small blocks to the main street, this restaurant is very helpful. People that are working in the hotel are very friendly and helpful. Always happy to help with any situation. Territory and rooms, including common areas, are clean. Area is turisty, there are a lot of good restaurants, a bus is operating on the main street and will bring you to the nearest small cities. Renting a car is helpful.

Ophold på 2 døgn. Fint hotel med dejlig “privat” strand. Morgenmad og Middagen var ikke værd at skrive hjem om. Personalet var super søde, men gaber helt sikkert over for mange gæster i forhold til antallet af ansatte. Kan fint anbefales til et par dage. Men vi vin anbefale, at i ikke køber halvpension, men finder andre steder at spise.

Modern room, good air con, large shower. Breakfast ok, not very warm (the cooked part) and not replenished regularly. Pool tiny (very creative photo taking in the Hotels.com description) Hotel right on the beach if your only there for the sea then the size of the pool isn’t a problem I guess, we like both tho! Lots of pool bars on the beach tho that you can use theirs pools if you buy drinks/eat at their establishments. Most staff great, tho the bar lady with the blonde hair was rude constantly throughout the week and only seems to interact with local people she knows that use the hotel for food or drinks, it was disappointing as there was no reason for it.
