My husband, 16 year old daughter and I stayed in Alan's lovely apartment for 9 nights, our first family holiday abroad since COVID, and we definitely made a great decision choosing this accommodation.Location was perfect for supermarket and restaurants nearby to keep my daughter entertained, yet apartment was within private & secure complex facing beachfront, therefore ensuring peace and quiet away from the amenities, enabling us to fully relax. We could have spent all day looking at the seaview and the little birds that frequent the well-kept gardens throughout the complex.The apartment had everything you can possibly need, I like to cook & usually find myself having to buy something that I can't find in the kitchen, but this was not the case in this well maintained apartment. My daughter very much loved having the refurbished shower room all to herself, plenty of hot water for baths and showers at all times.Both pools were actually open, with the pool areas kept very clean & the lifeguard was always in attendance at the front pool, ensuring safety at all times.What was great is that a 30 second walk from the apartment was a secure gate straight out onto the boardwalk, where we walked to both ends and back on different days (approximately 5-6km walk to La Cala de Mijas, which was worth visiting). The communication with Alan from initial booking to when we arrived home was excellent.I wouldn't hesitate in recommending or booking this lovely apartment again.

Lovely location and perfect views. Property is very spacious and comfortable. The pool is fantastic and just outside the door. The pool bar staff are lovely and helpful. No noise from the bar at night. Nice to walk along the broad walk to multiple bars and restaurants. We would highly recommend ‘Alberts Bar & Grill’ at Puerto de Cabopino and we have left their card on the notice board in kitchen. Perfect communication with Alan and Anna throughout, thank you 😁 We would highly recommend this property and hope to go back ❤️

Lovely furnished apartment with direct access to the pool and beach. The apartment had everything you could wish for and was spotlessly clean and on a fabulous resort. The site was quiet and extremely well maintained and was in a good position with bus stops and taxi ranks right outside the resort, together with a well stocked supermarket. Our 3 year old enjoyed the pool and play park. Overall an excellent holiday in a fabulous apartment and on a well maintained site.

The apartment was really spacious, well laid out and equipped. The complex is safe, frontline with access to the boardwalk. We loved walking in each direction either for restaurants or to try out the various beaches. It was nice having the pool bar close. It was busy but never noisy and closed at about 8pm. We were really grateful that we were able to arrange a late check-out. We would given 5 stars but for the fact that, disappointingly, half of our 2 week stay at the apartment was accompanied by extremely noisy renovations next door then at the side of the apartment. We were woken early by both and it continued all day. The owner did notify us about the outside work but it had already started. The notification was confusing as it referred to the weekend but that the work started today (Monday). If we had known in advance, we would have planned our days differently.

The apartment was lovely and spacious, it was homely and had everything that you needed. The location was great, there was a nearby supermarket and lots of different places to eat. The Mi Capricho complex was peaceful and well kept. The apartments garden area was a nice place to sunbathe if you didn't want to lay around the pools although these we also nice to be around. Overall we had a great stay and would 100% return.

Our stay was brilliant. Been going to the area for a number of years now and we have finally found our sweet spot. Absolutely perfect location for the area and loads of space and amenities in the apartment. Right on the beach front and easy access to the pool area which is never overly busy. Loved it

Myself and 2 friends had a wonderful time at this apartment. The view is amazing and the apartment had everything we needed. Lovely little garden next to pool. Unfortunately, the bottom pool and bar were not open when we were there (20/4 to 27/4), however, we soon found the Royal Beach Pirata, which was just a few minutes walk along the promenade, where we went every day. Great food, cocktails and staff plus we hired comfortable loungers for 7 euros each and stayed there from midday to 7pm most days. The weather was perfect and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If there is one down side to the location, it is that you have to cross an overhead bridge to get to the supermarket and bars behind the complex. The road is very busy and crossing the bridge didn't suit one of our group. However, that said, you cannot hear the road noise at all from the apartment. We would stay again. Thank you Alan and Antonette :) Tip: place an order with Mercadona online and have all your groceries delivered to the complex.

Just returned from our lovely relaxing stay at Mi Capricho. Property was just as described with all the amenities to ensure your stay is made homely. We were met and shown round the property by the agent, giving us all the information we needed to start to enjoy our stay. The location of the apartment cannot be beaten, the views of the Mediterranean and the swimming pool/gardens of the property were wonderful. The apartment is well maintained and we felt able to relax and make the most of the facilities during our three week stay. The restaurants are all within a 15 minute walk, with shopping facilities a 10/15 minute walk away too. All you need for your stay in the area. We made the most of the local bus service to Marbella and Fuengirola; also a day on the bus/train to Malaga, all easy forms of transport to use. While we were staying we were lucky enough to meet the owners of the property as they were in the area. They gave us some great tips for restaurants and made us feel very welcome in their apartment. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

Our stay was made all the better by the location of this apartment. It was inviting, clean, spacious and the view from the living room was amazing. It was just what we needed. Swimming pool, walks, beach, cafes, restaurants, bars, shops and public transport all there. Within walking distance. It was the best week, all topped off with beautiful weather.

The property is in a lovely complex, very secure and in beautiful gardens opening onto the boardwalk. Two bathrooms meant it was ideal for the four of us and the kitchen was very well equipped. UK TV is also there if you want it. Lots to do in the area, and really easy to get around via bus or taxi. Highly recommended!! We had a fabulous time even though the weather was not the best!

The apartment is just perfect,comfortable, clean and well-looked after. The beds are the best thing - normally in other apartments we stayed in they were worn out,so we were pleased to discover the mattresses here are extremely comfortable. The garden overlooking the sea gets the direct sun without a break from early morning till afternoon,so it just couldn't be better for our winter holidays. Even though we encountered a problem during our stay, the owner did all he could to make sure that it doesn't spoil our holidays -an honorable person which is rare nowadays. The lady from the agency was also very nice and helpful. All in all,we will be back. Anna

Eine schöne Anlage an einer der besten Küstenabschnitte der Costa del Sol - v.a. die Lage des Appartements mit direktem Blick und Ausgang in die Gartenanlage. Das Appartement ist für eine 4köpfige Familie sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet - einzig die Betten könnten noch etwas besser sein.

Alan's apartment in Mijas is great: the interior is nice, comfortable and well thought-out so that nothing is really missing. The exterior is fantastic with the terrace, the wonderful pool and the mediteranean sea directly close-by. Furthermore, is an ideal starting point to explore the region such as Mijas Pueblo, Marbella and Ronda.

Lovely big apartment. 4 golfing ladies staying in 3 bedrooms. Views of sea to die for. Beds could be a bit bigger but other than that it had everything you could want

The apartment is just perfect,comfortable, clean and well-looked after. The beds are the best thing - normally in other apartments we stayed in they were worn out,so we were pleased to discover the mattresses here are extremely comfortable. The garden overlooking the sea gets the direct sun without a break from early morning till afternoon,so it just couldn't be better for our winter holidays. Even though we encountered a problem during our stay, the owner did all he could to make sure that it doesn't spoil our holidays -an honorable person which is rare nowadays. The lady from the agency was also very nice and helpful. All in all,we will be back. Anna

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment which had everything that we wanted and was right by the sea. We spent every morning watching the sea and many days by the pool that was lovely. The pool bar was ok but too expensive for what was offered but very nice and good service. The restaurants nearby where some of them very good ( Estancia we can highly recommend) and some of them ok ( like the one closest to the apartment Chiringuito Caprichio) . We will definately come back another day 😀

Just returned from our lovely relaxing stay at Mi Capricho. Property was just as described with all the amenities to ensure your stay is made homely. We were met and shown round the property by the agent, giving us all the information we needed to start to enjoy our stay. The location of the apartment cannot be beaten, the views of the Mediterranean and the swimming pool/gardens of the property were wonderful. The apartment is well maintained and we felt able to relax and make the most of the facilities during our three week stay. The restaurants are all within a 15 minute walk, with shopping facilities a 10/15 minute walk away too. All you need for your stay in the area. We made the most of the local bus service to Marbella and Fuengirola; also a day on the bus/train to Malaga, all easy forms of transport to use. While we were staying we were lucky enough to meet the owners of the property as they were in the area. They gave us some great tips for restaurants and made us feel very welcome in their apartment. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

My husband, 16 year old daughter and I stayed in Alan's lovely apartment for 9 nights, our first family holiday abroad since COVID, and we definitely made a great decision choosing this accommodation.Location was perfect for supermarket and restaurants nearby to keep my daughter entertained, yet apartment was within private & secure complex facing beachfront, therefore ensuring peace and quiet away from the amenities, enabling us to fully relax. We could have spent all day looking at the seaview and the little birds that frequent the well-kept gardens throughout the complex.The apartment had everything you can possibly need, I like to cook & usually find myself having to buy something that I can't find in the kitchen, but this was not the case in this well maintained apartment. My daughter very much loved having the refurbished shower room all to herself, plenty of hot water for baths and showers at all times.Both pools were actually open, with the pool areas kept very clean & the lifeguard was always in attendance at the front pool, ensuring safety at all times.What was great is that a 30 second walk from the apartment was a secure gate straight out onto the boardwalk, where we walked to both ends and back on different days (approximately 5-6km walk to La Cala de Mijas, which was worth visiting). We stayed for a week at Alan's apartment and found the location and setting very peaceful. There was a small delay and some confusion in us checking-in to the apartment, which Alan resolved very quickly. Mi Capricho is so well maintained with beautiful gardens. We spent many hours on the terrace with the sea view and found we could easily walk in either direction to find some great restaurants. The location is one of the best we've stayed at without the need for a car. We used Alan's recommendation for the taxi back to Malaga and Leo was very attentive and professional.

The apartment was really spacious, well laid out and equipped. The complex is safe, frontline with access to the boardwalk. We loved walking in each direction either for restaurants or to try out the various beaches. It was nice having the pool bar close. It was busy but never noisy and closed at about 8pm. We were really grateful that we were able to arrange a late check-out. We would given 5 stars but for the fact that, disappointingly, half of our 2 week stay at the apartment was accompanied by extremely noisy renovations next door then at the side of the apartment. We were woken early by both and it continued all day. The owner did notify us about the outside work but it had already started. The notification was confusing as it referred to the weekend but that the work started today (Monday). If we had known in advance, we would have planned our days differently.

Our stay was made all the better by the location of this apartment. It was inviting, clean, spacious and the view from the living room was amazing. It was just what we needed. Lovely furnished apartment with direct access to the pool and beach. The apartment had everything you could wish for and was spotlessly clean and on a fabulous resort. The site was quiet and extremely well maintained and was in a good position with bus stops and taxi ranks right outside the resort, together with a well stocked supermarket. Our 3 year old enjoyed the pool and play park. Overall an excellent holiday in a fabulous apartment and on a well maintained site.

Our stay was brilliant. Been going to the area for a number of years now and we have finally found our sweet spot. Absolutely perfect location for the area and loads of space and amenities in the apartment. Right on the beach front and easy access to the pool area which is never overly busy. Loved it

The apartment was excellent and it had everything we needed, location was good and plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance, lovely beach at la Cala not that far away, you can walk there in about an hour but not recommended in the heat of the day, overall a great place to stay

Such a peaceful area, come and go as you please, resort bar is handy, cater for everyone. It’s a nice area if you like walking along the board walk and stopping to have a drink. Taxi for day trips are reasonable price. We use the BOLT app.

The apartment was really spacious, well laid out and equipped. The complex is safe, frontline with access to the boardwalk. We loved walking in each direction either for restaurants or to try out the various beaches. It was nice having the pool bar close. It was busy but never noisy and closed at about 8pm. We were really grateful that we were able to arrange a late check-out. We would given 5 stars but for the fact that, disappointingly, half of our 2 week stay at the apartment was accompanied by extremely noisy renovations next door then at the side of the apartment. We were woken early by both and it continued all day. The owner did notify us about the outside work but it had already started. The notification was confusing as it referred to the weekend but that the work started today (Monday). If we had known in advance, we would have planned our days differently.

The apartment was lovely and spacious, it was homely and had everything that you needed. The location was great, there was a nearby supermarket and lots of different places to eat. The Mi Capricho complex was peaceful and well kept. The apartments garden area was a nice place to sunbathe if you didn't want to lay around the pools although these we also nice to be around. Overall we had a great stay and would 100% return.

Lovely apartment, photos don't do it justice.Fantastic location opposite the pool and had a great sea view. Several bars and restaurants along the boardwalk and a ten minute walk into town where there are are more bars and restaurants.

Myself and 2 friends had a wonderful time at this apartment. The view is amazing and the apartment had everything we needed. Lovely little garden next to pool. Unfortunately, the bottom pool and bar were not open when we were there (20/4 to 27/4), however, we soon found the Royal Beach Pirata, which was just a few minutes walk along the promenade, where we went every day. Great food, cocktails and staff plus we hired comfortable loungers for 7 euros each and stayed there from midday to 7pm most days. The weather was perfect and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If there is one down side to the location, it is that you have to cross an overhead bridge to get to the supermarket and bars behind the complex. The road is very busy and crossing the bridge didn't suit one of our group. However, that said, you cannot hear the road noise at all from the apartment. We would stay again. Thank you Alan and Antonette :) Tip: place an order with Mercadona online and have all your groceries delivered to the complex.

The apartment was excellent and it had everything we needed, location was good and plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance, lovely beach at la Cala not that far away, you can walk there in about an hour but not recommended in the heat of the day, overall a great place to stay

Smart, well-equipped apartment in a great location. This downstairs apartment is very private, looking directly out onto the sea. It is perhaps 50 metres from the sea and from a wooden boardwalk which runs along the coast for several kilometres to east and west, and there are lots of good restaurants and bars within a 1-2km walk.The apartment provided a great base (with our car) to visit great places for a day out like Marbella, Ronda (absolutely stunning), Gibraltar and Malaga City.The host was very friendly and communicated clearly throughout. I definitely recommend this apartment for a holiday with couples, or for a small family.

Our stay was brilliant. Been going to the area for a number of years now and we have finally found our sweet spot. Absolutely perfect location for the area and loads of space and amenities in the apartment. Right on the beach front and easy access to the pool area which is never overly busy. Loved it
