Le Virgile qui nous à ouvert la porte ne s’est pas parlé avec les clients et dans la salle de bain y’avait pas de gel douche… l’alarme a sonné vers 5h on est sorti devant la porte de nos chambres pour en savoir plus mais il ne nous a pas répondu.

Très bon établissement. Je reviendrai. Tout était parfait. J'ai noté un distributeur de café en grains dans le hall.Un tout petit point critiquable (le seul): j'aurais apprécié des fruits, (même en conserve) au petit déjeuner, par ailleurs excellent. Dernier avantage: l'hôtel est juste en face de la station de métro. Le quartier n'est pas des plus riches, mais je n'y ai jamais eu de problèmes depuis toutes les années que je le fréquente.

Es fing schon bei der Anreise an. Zum Öffnen der TG musste ich das Hotel anrufen. Das Zimmer hat nach Hund gestunken. Die Toilette war defekt, der Sitz lag nur lose drauf und das Wasser im Waschbecken ist dann mal nach 10 Min abgelaufen. Nach 3 Stunden Lüfte könnte man bei offenem Fenster schlafen. Leider waren Speck und Rührei kalt. Das nächste Mal buche ich ein anderes Hotel.

Stay clear of the arrogant manager..arrived early told in crude tone not till 2pm!..ok came back during a full argument she was having with her staff. Finally checked in , on the first morning the prepacked cooked microwave breakfast didn't impress my son's , so the second morning I went myself a little late at 10pm after paying 6 X £7 breakfast the dishes were empty .she said breakfast closes at 10..I kindly pointed out it was 10:30..at this point she said you only needed to ask..wow..worst experience of customer service in my 20yrs of traveling..one lift broke. Could be a great place with a professional manager.

Impossible de se garer au alentours de l’hôtel si ce n’est dans le sous sol de l’hôtel pour 15€ par jour, route très très délabrée pour le parking en dehors et pas sécurisé du tout, compliqué d’accès.

Je choisis toujours cet hotel lors de mes déplacements en région Parisienne. Personnel sympa et à l'écoute. Il y avait une fuite d'eau dans salle de bain sous le lavabo. Par contre un e fontaine à eau serait la bienvenue car le prix de l' eau minérale dans distributeur est hors de prix 1.60e pour 25cl. Quant au petit déjeuner, prix très elevé par rapport à la qualité qui nous était proposé ( Pas de jambon, d'oeufs durs, pain pas terrible). Heureusement que des croissants nature ou au chocolat excellents et en abondance permettent de remonter la note du petit dejeuner. 6/10

The breakfast was terrible, having to go and ask at reception for plates and if it was possible to get some cheese to go with the bread on offer. The man on reception at night had a terrible attitude and was very unhelpful. Our sink drainer broke during our stay, as was removed instead of being fixed. Cobwebs on light fittings in dinning area and cleanly visable dust along the perimeter of the hall carpets. Overall a very poor stay, and would not recommend.

Essa foi a segunda vez que me hospedei nesse hotel. Gosto da localização ( em frente ao metrê), tem supermercado, Mc Donaldos e uma doceria próximas, o que facilita muito, além do microondas que é um grande facilitador quando chegamos cansados e queremos comer e dormir. Gosto do bairro, dessa vez caminhamos para o lado de trás para ir ao Carrefour e foi uma grata surpresa ver aquelas casinhas, e descobrimos até uma loja de pães. O recepcionista do dia é uma simpatia e muito educado e prestativo. A limpeza do banheiro é ok, e tem serviço de quarto diário. Para mim o melhor custo benefício de Paris. Se um dia eu voltar, apostarei novamente nessa hospedagem.

Le seul point fort de l’hôtel est le parking et l’emplacement face au métro. Hygiène à revoir : un cafard a été retrouvé mort dans la salle de bain. La housse de couette était à moitié froissé. Alèse pleine de poils c’est très dommage. Le matelas était très peu épais, il n’y avait pas de couette et oreiller supplémentaire de disponible. L’état des ascenseurs est déplorable …

Ótimo custo benefício. Hotel limpo, organizado e com staff gentil e prestativo. A localidade, embora um pouco distante deixa de ser um problema por estar em frente de uma estação de metrô. Super indico

The only con is, even after we had the “do not disturb” sign they would still come knocking at our door at 9:30am. On the morning of our checkout they came at 11:45 asking us when we were going to checkout. We shared with them we would be out at noon since that is the checkout time. The front staff was not helpful and often times aggressive when we did have questions.

Booked a twin room for my daughter and I, was very small but we were rarely in the room other than to shower and sleep. Room was very clean and the hotel in general was very clean. Service by the gentleman on reception was outstanding he was such a nice friendly guy. Ideal location opposite terminus station on Ligne 13 (Les Courtilles) absolutely perfect for getting into Paris. Would definitely recommend staying here and saving yourself hundreds of euros versus staying closer to attractions. Thanks for a brilliant stay

Seitdem ich im Hotel war sind meine AirPods weg, ich habe sie nirgends mitgenommen und die einzigsten die Zutritt hatten, waren die Reinigungskräfte… Außerdem war das Zimmer am Anfang und auch sonst immer nicht gestaubsaugt, ein Handtuch war dreckig und im Zimmer wurde nur der Müll entleert das war’s. Ansonsten ist eine Metro direkt gegenüber.

Très très bruyant toute la nuit, impossible de dormir !

Was not a full bed. Two twin beds side by side. Only comforter and no sheet. I sleep under a sheet. Air conditioner did not work

One night stay. Got the job done. Rooms are definitely dated, efficient three bathroom. But location directly across from the metro is perfect. Would stay here again for a short time but not for a long trip

The environment is quiet and peaceful. The front desk staff are very helpful with suggestions . looking for ways to make your stay a great one. Even the cleaning staff are helpful

Metro was nearby. Staff were great at communication and cleaning of rooms. Breakfast was basic, but fulfilled all the needs. Definitely recommended!

Front desk gentleman was nice but I think he was trying to scam us more money. We booked for two nights. And he was claiming we had to pay property tax of $150. And I have no idea how he got that number. I think he thought because we were tourists that we would fall for it. But after pulling up my Expedia receipt, it said $34 Canadian pay at property. So I genuinely don’t know where he got that number from. The room was OK very basic for what you pay for bathroom and bedding was clean. My biggest fear is bedbugs and I didn’t see anything like that so it felt safe to sleep on. Stiff bed. Because it’s on a wooden frame. And I do think some of the walls either needed to be cleaned or repainted. But for a couple of nights, it was doable. But I would not recommend sleeping there for up to a week just because the bed was stuff and you only get one pillow per person and there was no blow dryer in the washroom. Also, when you go to check out on your last day, don’t leave the room too early because once you leave after 11 am. The room automatically locks you out we were lucky to have all of our stuff out.

Alles in allem reicht es zwar zum schlafen aus, allerdings würde ich dieses Hotel nicht ein zweites Mal buchen. Die Gegend ist wirklich sehr unsicher. Vor dem Hotel wird gedealt und am Bahnhof befinden sich immer alkoholisierte Menschen. Als Frau würde ich in dieser Gegend keinen Fuß setzen. Lieber etwas mehr für eine „sichere“ Umgebung bezahlen. Auch war das Personal im Hotel sehr unfreundlich. Ich habe ein barrierefreies Zimmer gebucht, habe aber ein Zimmer im 3 Stockwerk bekommen ohne Aufzug. Laut der Rezeption gibt es solche barrierefreien Zimmer gar nicht. Auch war die Kommunikation grauenhaft. Keiner spricht kaum englisch und man bemüht sich auch nicht den Kunden zufrieden zustellen. Das Zimmer war okay. Das Bett war gemütlich.

Ótima localização, bem próximo a uma estação de metrô, os apartamentos são novos e bem limpos, com destaque para os super confortáveis travesseiros (e cama também!) Ficarmos bem satisfeitos com o que experiência proporcionada pelo hotel. Recomendo!

First of all i love the location, walking distant to the train station and bus stop. There is a close by grocery store and restaurants.

Lo mejor del hotel es su cercanía a la estación del metro linea 13.( 30 min al centro histórico). La habitación es muy pequeña al igual que el baño, solo esta lo básico para pasar la noche, punto a favor la insonorizacion y la limpieza diaria . El desayuno es muy costoso para lo que ofrece. Hay un Mac Donald a 200 mts, y un supermercado a 100 mts ( 7 am a 10pm)

The only good thing about the hotel was its cleanliness, even though there was some limescale on the inside of the toilet. But, overall the room was pretty clean and pleasent to stay in. That is where the positives end. The hotel breakfast was a joke, serving little to no food with a very limited choice. Even the things that were supposed to be offered, were not available, e.g., the orange juice run out after one day and for the rest of the week we could only drink the apple juice. The "hot food" offered, like sausages or scrambled eggs were cold and made in the microwave, which was appaling. The lady from the reception also took care of our breakfast, so she was running back and forth between the buffet and the front desk (meaning that one minute she was touching the money or credit cards from the tourist and the next minute she was touching our breakfast, following no sanitary rules). On top of that, the service during the breafast was incredibly rude. When I wanted to use the bathroom, all the toilets were closed so I had to go up to my room. When I came back down I was shouted at by the lady - she was screaming that I could not go in and out of the breakfast and that me and my daughter should come to the breakfast together, not separately. This has never happened before in any of the hotels I stayed in, so I was shocked.

Sejour agréable seuls bemols manque de restaurant a proximité (hors restau rapide) et viennoiserie rassis au petit-déjeuner (surement le reste de viennoiserie de la veille)

Personnel très aimable. Chambre raisonnablement grande. Ménage et lit fait tous les jours. Bon petit déjeuner. Proximité immédiate du metro.
